      I had been approved with ashleys furniture through TD Bank. When you submit an application, you have to double check your address as well as provide a state licensed ID. They input my address incorrectly and tacked on late payments to my account and sent it to the credit bureaus after I had called ******* to find out who to contact for the fact that I was not getting any bills yet. They resolved all but one late payment being reported on my account. I received letters after disputing several times and was told that I provided the incorrect address after proving that I did not in fact provide the incorrect information and they were negligent on inputting it correctly. I am never late on any of my payments to anyone and they have been the result of my credit score not being as high as it should be. I will NEVER be willing to use them again once I have this paid off. They shouldn't condone lying to customers and they need to take accountability to say, "hey I'm sorry that we fckd up, let's fix this for you" and instead they want to blame anyone else, even when they are sent documentation of proof that they are in the wrong. I honestly hope this company gets shut down for lying and being shady. Never in my life have I dealt with a company like this and I hope to the lord others don't have to deal with their negligence like I am.

      I frequently travel to ******. I have a TD Canada account. My wife is currently working a remote teaching job and having issues with receiving direct deposit payments. I went to this TD bank location and one of the managers, a young **************** build, with long hair in a ponytail and earrings spoke to me really condescendingly saying ****** and U.S are two different countries do you understand? I had simply stated that I have a TD Canada account, but because I am currently here in the U.S and had questions regarding direct deposit, if you are unable to help me, just simply tell me no, I am sorry we cant help you, because we do not have that capability. To patronize me, to insult me, why would I remain with TD Canada?

      I purchased a truck from td auto finance. I have had it for almost 1 year. I am self employed and respectfully request a deferred or extension on my payment for December. I was told by td auto that I would have to pay over $435 of interest before they can give me an extension. Iam current on my payments and payments are due on the 20th of the month.

      td bank is a fraud itself i will be closing all my accounts with them soon yes i have personal and business accounts with them and long story short their fraud **** keeps making up a fraud locks up my account so i cant do business when it is me using the card they use some excuses they cant reveal raises red flags ( get to know your customers idiots)one flag was for a ******* purchase i did online for $76.00 they let the purchase go through ( so i have no idea something is wrong because there is nothing wrong ) then they lock up my account without me knowing when i go to use my card somewhere else i find out i cant use it !!!!so i call the number on the card after 45 minutes on the phone the lying lady on the other end says she unlocked the card! SHE LIED TO ME I FOUND OUT LATER IT WASNT UNLOCKED card still didnt work i had to go into the bank get a new card after the manager called them waste of alot of time and money there excuse is always did you check your text ?? im thinking hundreds of transactions every month how am i suppose to know which one they are going to flag ??do i need to check my text after every purchase i do if they had a question they should have called me by the time they did call me they still didnt help reporting them to all state and federal agencies for investigation on this bad pattern of business THEY CANCELLED MY CARD AND THEY CREATED THE ENTIRE PROBLEM WOW !! i hope they make them change there ways im also looking for CLASS ACTION SUIT !!! someone has to stop these ignorant people setting up these ai computer set *** or whatever they are using anyone want to join call me direct ************

      This company has very deceptive business practices! The staff can't give you a straight answer or do they know who handles what in their own company. I have been overcharged and penalized and "Fee" fined for owing nothing! I have had my credit affected with negative ratings because this company can't do that they say they are going to do! DO NOT do business with this company who handles all of ******* credit business!!!

      I saw transactions on my account that I did not authorize or use my card for and I called thrice and filed disputes. They credited me their so caller temporary credit and too it back leaving my account in overdraft and then they are gonna tell me that after investigation the transactions were approved due to successful signing in on websites. How are you going to tell me what I use my card on? This bank is a thief and Im not paying any over draft fees for transactions I did not do.

      TD Bank on ********************************************** Every week they turn the service off on there ATM machine,sometime for 3 days ,early or late costumer are unable to withdraw our money...they making money with our money and we even get monthly fee and we can't even use our money....someone investigate this bank pattern,Thanks

      Website looks and functions like it was made with Geocities. Their system was unable to process my payments and I was assed a $25 fee for their systems mistake, they refunded one fee but not the other. Terrible experience, very hard to get on the phone, customer service reps are not help. Not advisable to do business with. I called 14 times about a payment not processing and was assured by reps each time that everything was done correctly, going as far as confirming the *** information I provided and pay other banks with and then assessed me fees even though their system made the mistake. Easily one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. If you want basic customer service and to have trust in a bank, this is not the one to use.

      TD auto finance is a rip off. We got our payoff on a truck and sent it in to ********* off and never received title. So 2 months went by and I call them on it and they tell me I owe ***** in interest charges even after I received my final statement showing we owe a zero balance. They set on a ****** check for a month before processing it then tell me I owe interest because of it.

      So if you go into a TD Bank with a personal check from the bank but you are not a member they are requiring under a new policy as of September 2023 that you give up your full Social Security number to this ******** bank. What is the reason for this? I am not opening an account i gave you the two forms of ID but yet you now are forcing people to give up their full Social Security number? So it ends ** in ****** somewhere? This is a security issue No i will Not give u my SS# foh
