I wish I had read this site before ordering. My fiber boards arrived unwrapped and damaged. I asked for replacements and they said new ones would arrive the same. I have to pay for the return shipping. Based on the other notes, I am curious about what percent I will get back though the products are unused and wrapped in their original packaging. I even wrapped the fiber boards better than the way they sent them to me. ************** set is super flimsy and looks unlikely to work with the molds. While their website states it has technology to look up your order, to return the items you have to fill out all the details like it is a catalog from the 20th century. Overall, they do not seem interested in repeat business.

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience when shopping with Delphi. In reviewing the photos you had submitted, the state of the fiber board you received is average for this product. We were concerned about reshipping, as you may be equally as unhappy with the product you receive as replacement. However, we do not consider the product to be defective. Per our return policy, we are happy to take returns on these items. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund for the items you are dissatisfied with.Customer Response

The item I ordered cost $49.99 and from the description on their website sounded worth the money. When I received the item it was cheaply made and did not meet the description. I sought a refund and was given only $41.00. Additionally I was charged $12.95 for shipping and also paid the return shipping of $6.50.As I sought a full refund I was told there was also a 25% restocking fee! This company created a cheaply made item and then proceeded to tack on anything they could think of to keep from refunding my money. I will never purchase from this company again and would advise others not to take the risk.Review from Stephanie D

This business is highly disorganized and uses bait and switch sales tactics. I had never purchased from this business as I found their prices to be high. However, came across them having a sale and decided to place not 1 but 2 orders. (I changed my mind and wanted more because of the sale)Order 1) This arrived and was completely wrong. I ordered an item something else came in its place, items were missing. Things happen I accepted that. **************** was quick I took a loss on the refund but it was dealt with swiftly. Order ) This order came two weeks later and was a mess. The packing slip didn't match my order nor did it match what was in the box. Again Items were missing.However this time customer service did not answer my emails, I called and told someone would return my calls and never did. So I put a charge against them with my Credit card company.These items were purchased as Buy 1 get the discount on the 2nd. However, what the company did was not Ship 1/2 of the items the discounted items. The reason to purchase is I was getting a deal overall. This is a pattern for both orders. The company does not ship out the discounted items to keep the money from the full-price items. It is shady business practice. While in dispute with the credit card company the company finally reaches out to offer me a settlement so once again they ensure they only refund the discounted items. Items that would not be purchased if not for the sale. I offered to ship back the other half of the items for the WHOLE refund however that would have been at my cost and no idea If the transaction whole even happen anyways.
