Today I called to ask for an email so I can send Fortis the link the fire department sent me to fill out the Fire Report Application (so their insurance could get their claim) but ended up ARGUING with **** and asking for someone else or a manager to solve my problem. Instead of transferring me I was told There is no managers here on weekends, youve been a customer since 2020 you should know that I then asked for her name and employee number or something to identify her because now I want to report her. She said I dont have one . Im the only **** here . When I called back another agent told me they cant proceed with my insurance claim UNLESS I pay 500 (rather I provide the fire report or not) ASAP. Because I havent made a payment a month AFTER my vehicle caught fire. I just talked to a different agent of theirs a couple days ago and she did not mention that, just asked about the fire report and when would I be able to make a payment on my past due balance. I informed her that after the insurance situation was settled and they adjusted the past due amount from before and after the vehicle fire I would start paying .But now its a different story and ** being told they cant fill out the application because their insurance isnt a real insurance but told me its a different company.. so send it to themReview from Dustin F

***** is on the money. My wife and I have had many of the same experiences our selves. We have a few small business we need processing capabilities for. I signed us up with Parallel Economy and found out that they utilize Fortis. These people have lied over and over and over again. Their depravity has no limits. At the end of it, we had canceled a couple accounts. They were canceled that night, so it very much can be done faster than their policy, which is 5-7 days. I went to close the last account with two days remaining in the month. ******, a dishonest man Ive felt with on the phone prior, didnt bother to send my cancellation request until the 6th of the next month, just to squeeze a little more money out of us. The nasty Marry ******* couldnt be bothered to refund just the $18 for a month of service that wasnt canceled (after the very same guy put a rush on it) until the next month. We didnt use them for months prior to or on the last month.Nasty, dishonest company with nasty, dishonest, greedy employees. Just shameful.
