They do not answer their phone or reply to e-mails. They gave me an outrageous quote to fix a problem that I fixed in literally 15 minutes and $0 in parts. They changed my oil and now it leaks. They keep giving me large quotes for changing fluids because it's recommended by the the manufacturer. My service/maintenance manual, that I got with my new vehicle, says otherwise. They don't give me an itemized quote as to what services they are going to perform...just a large quote. Total frustration.

I’m reporting these crooks from Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi in Minnesota. I was completely taken advantage of, because I’m a foreigner with mixed accents & they thought I was ignorant about cars. Well they’re wrong because I am very intelligent. Before 2023 begin in 2022 I had issues with the Mazda’s 3 tyres traction controls. The Luther Brookdale Mazda give me an overpriced Mazda3 2016 i Sport with $60 dollars tyres equipped on it. Now ask yourself this how could an expensive vehicle that’s worth $25k which isn’t yeah? It’s equipped with a cheap tyre brand called “Starfire” the costing on it is $60 at Walmart. If you purchase a BMW that’s worth the same as the Mazda you’ll see the differences, because BMW equipped their cars with luxurious features & their tyres are way more reliable than Mazda’s. The salesman Reggie Thomas took advantage of my papa & I by overpricing the Mazda3 2016 I Sport which is worth $16-18k. Reggie rip us off by giving us 21% APR which when from $20k on their website towards $25k, afterwards I’ve finished trading in another overpriced car he give me was the 2013 Chevy Cruze LT with a engine light on with blown head gasket. It was worth $6k on their website, then charges me with 13k for the Chevy Cruze that’s facking bullocks! The Mazda3 in 2023 the 4th of January I was stuck in a deep snow, The check engine light been on two days ago. I was stuck in the snow while going 160 km/h (120 mph) the Mazda3 was losing petrol while I was trying to remove it from the snow. The check engine light came on because the tyres they put on the Mazda3 was worth $60 dollars at Walmart. I saw vehicles similar to Mazda3 (Family vehicle) it'll be called compact vehicle in USA. While I was trying to go up the hill the Mazda was stuck, and I couldn't go nowhere. The wheels weren't spinning at all until I turned off traction control. The tyres are bald and useless. I didn’t go to work for ten days I lost my job. They give me a loaner car after I lost my job!
