I was just threatened to auction my storage by the employee if I dont pay whatever extra they are charging me. The people whom Im talking to are either lying or/and incompetent or/and scamming/extorting or/and racists and trying to get all the money they could from me. Im glad I have evidence of their lies/fraud atleast for most part. Background:I was getting charged inconsistent amounts each month so I asked the reason, the employee who spoke was extremely rude and possibly racist (you cant tell for sure as its a phone call but the condescending tone made me think so) . I was shocked to see more fees added to my account in the next bill. The fees was supposedly for using a credit card which I never used, I always paid with the my debit card. So they added past few months fees also because of my conversation with the employee and possibly him not liking my accent. I shared my experience on ****** review and I received the call from their corporate person so they resolve my issue. He offered to resolve the issue if I remove my experience/review from ******. I said if my over charges were removed I have no issue in removing. The guy and I were in contact and each time we spoke either he was busy or said he will call back or he didnt have the ledger and it was not resolved and went to the next month and only accrued more late charges but I assumed since he was in the loop it will be taken care because he kept apologizing for the late response and assured me of resolving so I believed him.Now after all the communication and promises to take care of it and making me late one more month he conveniently forgets the issue from their end and punishing me for their fault that too when its time for the auction, this seems nothing but extortion very well planned.I really want to complain about them what they did to me no one deserves itReview from J. I had an incident happen here the other day where the company let Racist and Discriminatory remarks be made by one of their customers. My boyfriend and I were unloading our cars into our storage unit when an older white lady pulled up and asked ** to move, we explained to her that she had room to get through.. she then started calling ** names and looked at my boyfriend and said "it's a race thing" . Turned her car perfectly where she "couldn't fit into" and then sped down the lot at 55+ mph. I rushed to the manager and told them about it. I made a complaint on their review page about the incident and then the sent me a termination letter. I am confused at how they handled the situation, and I am utterly dissatisfied.

This tenant has had multiple issues with staff and tenants, including having police called when the tenant and her boyfriend got into a physical altercation at the site. Given the ongoing issues we opted not to renew the month-to-month lease. Rather than have a conversation about the concerns and the reason for not renewing their lease, the tenant has left multiple 1-star reviews on ****** and refuses to answer or return phone calls in an effort to resolve this amicably.Customer Response

The incident with my boyfriend and I happened multiple days before hand. There was no letter sent to me about the Incident. Two days later when we went to the Storage center my boyfriend got discriminated by an older women. We were parked near our storage center putting our items in the storage shed when an older white women pulled up, demanded us to move and when we politely told her that she was able to get through the area she started calling ** names, stating how rude we were and then she said to my significant other its a race thing in a derogatory manner. She then fit perfectly into the area where she couldnt fit into and sped off going 55+ through the lane, putting my pregnant self in danger. This is all on camera as there is a camera right above my storage number. I told the manager on site and she said she talked to the women and said I just did the most because of that incident with no apology at all from the racist white women or herself. When I received the lease termination it was the same day that I had made the 1 star review because of a racist interaction that the manager let slide. I received the lease termination within the same two hour period that their team replied back to my review involving the incident. I received multiple calls yesterday from a No Caller ID number. I answered the phone multiple times, and they didnt say anything. I also have proof of this on my phone. I have only made 1 review on the ****** site because I was disappointed and dissatisfied that a company let a racist comment slide. Thank You, ***************************
