      I'm getting 2 phone calls a day from people that claim to work for financial credit service. They wanted information from me and when I told them I felt uncomfortable answering that they hung up but continue to leave messages. I keep blocking numbers but the voicemail continues. Please help me stop the calls.

      This organization is harassing me. Calling my cell phone multiple times a day from different phone numbers requesting a return call. I returned the call & the representative asked to verify my identity, they asked my name, I responded 'correct' they then asked to confirm my social security number and date of birth. I would not, nor would I use the word 'yes'. I repeatedly asked who they were representing as a client. This classically fits the description of an identity fraud scam. I have excellent credit and make it a habit to pay my bills completely and on time. On occasion a small medical bill slips through, but if you cannot tell me who your client is, there's zero chance I'm confirming personal identification beyond my name.

      This company keeps calling my land line looking for someone (not me) to collect a defaulted payday loan allegedly. They won't remove my number from their robocall list and as you can see below they keep leaving voice mails at my home number for this person they think is me.        I am rejecting this response because: The number the robo call is telling to call back is the business' phone number of ************. The person they are looking for is *** ****. They originally called my cell phone looking for this person before I was able to get it blocked. Now 3 months later theyre calling a land line I have. I have blocked every number so far but they keep using different robocall numbers to get through with an automated message saying this is FR Services, please call the number on your caller ID for an urgent issue.

      Our company is Financial Recovery Services, Inc. and not FR Services. We do not leave any messages in the format you list in this complaint requesting to call the number on your caller ID for an urgent issue.
      The phone number you list of ************ is our Consumer Hotline and is listed on our website but it is not a number we output on our caller ID or leave on any voicemail messages.
      We have again reviewed our call log database and inventory database and have confirmed that our company has never called your phone number of ************ or received an inbound call from your number. Our look back included a review of all calls placed and/or received since January 1, 2023.
      The calls you identified are not coming from our company and are most likely being made from an unauthorized third party illegally impersonating a similar company name to ours and/or spoofing our company phone number.
      We apologize you are getting these calls, but again they are not coming from our company and we suggest you do not engage with these impersonators. We are reporting this incident to the *** and you can also do your own Impersonator reporting to the *** here *******************.

Stated to collect a debt for Fast Cash. Debt created Nov. 4, 2019. Informed them to send the original paperwork to my home. Connected to ******. Claimed to pull up file. Asked if I was *****, I said correct. Asked if last 4 of social was ****. I said correct. ****** said I have a Reported default from Fast Cash in the amount of $1277.44. Stated that a lower amount could be negotiated, and how would I like to resolve this.I told him that it would be resolved once I receive copies of original paperwork to my home. He stated that they have, and I informed him that I have not received anything.He hung up

      I keep getting calls from this company at the number ************ saying I owe an outstanding debt for a payday loan I have supposedly taken out back in 2019. I have never done so. I have asked that they please send me a letter with this information for my records, and was told they don't do that since it is an outstanding debt? Complete garbage. The last time they called I asked for the same thing, they confirmed my address and said they would but never received anything. They didn't tell me then that they didn't send out documentation.

      I have started receiving calls from a debt collector. They have the wrong last name, wrong address for the year the debt was supposedly defaulted, and have changed the amount owed. I did not take out an online payday loan as we did not need the money as my husband's back pay from the Navy came in. They also state they have sent the documents to me in 2019,but I was not living in the town they have on file at the time. I asked them to send new **************** refused I even called fast *********** have no record on file for me. I would like the calls to stop as it is obvious the 7years statuette is up & they did not send documents within 30 days. I will be calling a lawyer

      I have been receiving calls from this company for the last few weeks. Against my better judgment I called back and was hung up on immediately after requesting paperwork (which is required) proof of this supposed debt I owed. I like a challenge so I called back and got another person who said she would send me the proof in the mail in 2 days. That was an odd number. Not shocking Ive never received anything. They also had pieces of my information but not all of it was correct. Another flag. The final flag during the call was of a debt I KNOW I never took out - never even heard of the company they claim I owed. I asked them to send me proof so I could forward the information to my lawyer as well. I dont know what the government can do about this scam - probably nothing, especially not this government but Im tired of them calling my phone and theyve now started calling from a different number since I blocked the first one!

      Once you block one number they start calling from another. 
      They are also probably getting around specifically saying they are your business by calling themselves FR Services. However all ****** searches for FR Services go to your business so it appears as though it is the same business.

      I've received several phone calls from F.R Services and mentioned that I need to call back due to a timely matter, it's urgent, and important for me to call back. I don't have any debt, never dealt with this place before and they don't have any information on me (I don't think), I would like the phone calls to cease since I don't have debt and it could be for another person that used to have my # but moved/changed locations/got a different phone or # I don't know.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      When the scammer called my # and left a voicemail (since I didn't recognize the call) they said something like "this FR Services and this is a urgent time sensitive matter and you need to call us back as soon as possible" that is it. The person that left the message didn't specify any amount owe, any call back number, or a name it's for either, other than the one that showed up on my phone that is **************. I did leave a voicemail when someone from the actual company called my # and left a voicemail for me to listen to. Thanks for informing me about this and I knew something was off since I don't have debt nor did I recognize the # when I received it.
