      my order number is ************* I was supposed to receive my game last friday on release date (September 10), but it never arrive, despite already arriving in my state. the ***** location has no update at all since last thursday, and the package is just stuck. Now it says it's getting delivered on thursday, but it's just sitting there without getting delivered. It already missed the launch date and I'm still waiting for it with no updates at all.

      I cancelled items from a pick up order: I never picked up the items and cancelled all except one item. I was charged for entire order although it was never picked up.

      I bought a Amazon Paper White from them. I also bought a case to go with it. The case didn't fit and after troubleshooting the issue I found out from Amazon the Model Target sold me was not the one I paid for. I bought a 10th Generation Model, the box said 10th Generation but the serial number came back as a 7th Generation. I asked them to replace with the correct product and they won't do it. It was $89.99 plus tax. I purchased it on 9/7. I don't want a handout, I just want the product the advertised and I paid for.

      I purchased a Bosch router online from Target, the item was coming from their Target partner CPO Outlets. I received a reply on 9/10/21 11:21AM:Order # ************* Thanks for your order, *****!Placed September 10, 2021 Your recent order may contain more than 1 order number since this order #************* includes an item sold and shipped by a Target+ Partner.Then I received this email on 9/12/21 12:34PM:Order # ************* Sorry we had to cancel an item Hi *****,Thanks so much for placing your recent order #*************. We went to grab the item listed below, but it looks like someone snagged the last one.This is something we are working hard to avoid, but we didn't get it right this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.I called customer service and spoke with Sunni at their corp. office on 9/13/21 6:45AM PST and was told that this item was being sold by their partner and they could not do anything about it.

      I bought the pewter soap dispenser and it was last month. I opened it and there is a ***** color like it is from rust or loosing the color. I am trapped to function and the need for a soap dispenser. I know to report when a product has gone wrong. I have been looking for a soap dispenser without dents or scratches for 2 months at Target.

      In reference to curbside order *************, several items were missing after I picked up. This has happened to me several times before. At this point it just seems like it is being done intentionally and fraud activity is occurring. I contacted chat support and to report the above. They said there were transferring me and the the chat was dropped. Please advise asap

      On Aug 13, 2021 I ordered 10 Apple watch series 6 Order *************, The order was delivered on Friday August 20th to ******** and I live in Teas and at that time 6 of the watches boxed were opened and the watches were missing. When I went to the website the site said that "This item is only eligible for in-store return." so I bought a label and had the watches shipped from ******** to me in ***** so I can take them into the store. That tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** **** 13 because I believed that I needed the empty watches to show as evidence. I went to target today the day I received the watches to fix this issue and I was told to call the ***** number and they told me since I missed the return window that they can;t fix it. There is nothing to return because the watches were stolen. I never received them to return. I have attached the photo when the package was opened and attached the serial numbers of the missing watches.

The Apple Watches were originally delivered to ******** on August 20, 2021. ************** shipped the order to his residence in ***** prior to contacting Target about a potential issue with the order. ************** reached out to our Target ***** Services team seven days past the return window to report them missing. Per our return policy, all Apple products (excluding mobile phones) must be returned within 15 days. We recommended Mr. *************** with his card issuer, ***** and local law enforcement for additional assistance.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The watches were not originally delivered and there is no evidence that supports this and there was nothing to return. I have given the serial numbers to ********************** so they can contact apple and report these as stolen and block the watches.  I have contacted target several times because the person assigned to the case did due the due diligence to have all the facts before coming to a conclusion and with no facts she automatically made a decision in favor of her employer.

      Target has a promotional edition of a new CD (remember those) - only available thru Target. Target.com will charge me for shipping (about $6.) ALSO NOT available at ANY Target within 60 miles (according to Target's own website.

      Target takes pre-order for items such as funky pop and ****** black series figures. But they cancel them for no reason. They say you have to approve delays which I do on a daily basis or the credit card failed authorization (but it is their own target red card). Other sites give longer periods to approve delays. Target also ships product to store before pre-orders and then cancel orders saying they have no stock. Store do not know or share when items will be stocked. The process is very anti-customer and customer service has no solutions. I included 3 but have more examples

       I am rejecting this response because: I was heard and my complaints were taken but I was not given a resolution or how target plans to improve the pre-order process. I want some amount of feedback as to how they are going to improve the process to know that all my recommendations were considered and I did not waste my time to have nothing done to better serve the customer.
