Unfortunately, we are unable to control the cost of parts and labor when it comes to repair shops and dealer rates. As those costs go up so do any type of protect plan.Review from James G

They are a scam. I just opened the booklet to look at the cards on the back because I needed to put my car in the shop. I never read it since *** had it until I needed it. The cards says it expired 8/2024 but I signed up 6/2024 and theyve been taking money every month! Its about 300 bucks now!!!! I received an auto warranty expiation card and I thought it was from where I bought my car from. This is very frustrating and unfortunate in the event where I need some work done and its hard to get to work. I have two jobs, working hard to provide for my family. I need my car! And the fact that its crooked people in the world capitalizing off hard working people!! Shame on you!!! I want my MONEY BACK!!!!! If I wouldnt have stopped and read the booklet I wouldve looked stupid coming to the shop with no real coverage. I googled the business and it all makes sense now.Nationwide Assistance Response

******** customer service. It took over 20 minutes to simply cancel the service with a representative that was difficult and reluctant. He refused to allow me to speak with someone else, know his name, or get a written confirmation that the service was cancelled. He ultimately hung up on me and I am left feeling very uneasy and uncomfortable.Nationwide Assistance Response

The policy booklet that was delivered to your home address on 5/12/2024 stated in black and white every component that we were covering. I have a charge on my account from this company. I NEVER signed up for anything with them. I have called the phone number listed here several times and it just rings and rings and rings.Two days I have been calling. I've sent an email through the web site and so far no reply.I want my money refunded as I never signed up for anything. has to be some sort of scam. and if they called and spoke with my mom that has dementia well shame on them for taking advantage of her. although I doubt she would have signed up. who knows. what I do know is there is nooo way to get in touch with this company.Nationwide Assistance Response

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The customer service representative accused me of harassment because I called to check if my policy was cancelled. I have never been disrespected and spoken so rude for just trying to cancel a policy. He was over-bearingly rude and would not stop asking questions about why I wanted to cancel my policy. I would not ever recommend using this company under any circumstances and in my personal opinion I 100% believe that it is a scam.Nationwide Assistance Response

I apologize for your experience. I can assure you we are not a scam, we only sell A+ rated Administrators. It is not come for a Customer to set up and cancel within 24 hours which would explain why the Representative was trying to figure out why you were not wanting to keep the protect. Upon receiving a pink card in the mail I hesitated calling because it was time to update my cars warranty, myself being a first time ****** owner I was new to the whole process. When I spoke on the phone with 'whoever' he had never spoke his name, I was told that the payment would be less than what I was charged. I went to ****** to get my oil changed with this so-called service I paid for and they couldn't find it anywhere to get the service done. So the service guy told me to dispute it with my bank and I did everything necessary and my bank thought I was joking about it and refused to dispute it. The payment was made on Aug 1st. $165.00 I am so appalled of how many people have went through this SCAM!Nationwide Assistance Response

Definitly a scam!!! Do not interact with this company under any conditions or circumstances.Whether or not this company is a scam, the representatives that I talked to on the phone are absolutely and atrociously rude. I've never been so disrespected, especially by someone trying to sell me something. When I asked, "who are you and what company are you with", he responded by saying "well, who are you?!?". For several minutes I asked why my manufacturers warranty was expired and if I could go to the dealership, where I bought the car, to get more details on the warranty and the representative kept dodging my questions. As the call went on he got significantly more pushy and rude, continuing to ask if I wanted to put the $190 a month for 18 months on a **** or MasterCard. I couldn't even get him to tell me what company he worked for until the very end of the call; he just kept dodging the question and saying "you called me so you tell me who I am".Nationwide Assistance Response

07/15/24 I got one of those pink post cards saying my vehicle service contract on my car has expired. I thought it was from the dealership I bought it through. I asked the guy on the phone I was talking to if I could call back to look at my warranty and said if I ended the conversation he would terminate my coverage, which on the notice says expires 07/23/2024. Long story short my car is under warranty still after a few minutes of searching and finding out these little pink slip are scams and I didnt need this bs extended warranty. Called a few minutes after paying $189.00 down payment. I called to cancel immediately, the customer service guy was an a** and hung up on me. They used a scare tactic on me to get me to buy something I dont need. They owe me a full refund, and theyre a bunch of frauds.Nationwide Assistance Response
