      Definitly a scam!!! Do not interact with this company under any conditions or circumstances.Whether or not this company is a scam, the representatives that I talked to on the phone are absolutely and atrociously rude. I've never been so disrespected, especially by someone trying to sell me something. When I asked, "who are you and what company are you with", he responded by saying "well, who are you?!?". For several minutes I asked why my manufacturers warranty was expired and if I could go to the dealership, where I bought the car, to get more details on the warranty and the representative kept dodging my questions. As the call went on he got significantly more pushy and rude, continuing to ask if I wanted to put the $190 a month for 18 months on a **** or MasterCard. I couldn't even get him to tell me what company he worked for until the very end of the call; he just kept dodging the question and saying "you called me so you tell me who I am".

      07/15/24 I got one of those pink post cards saying my vehicle service contract on my car has expired. I thought it was from the dealership I bought it through. I asked the guy on the phone I was talking to if I could call back to look at my warranty and said if I ended the conversation he would terminate my coverage, which on the notice says expires 07/23/2024. Long story short my car is under warranty still after a few minutes of searching and finding out these little pink slip are scams and I didnt need this bs extended warranty. Called a few minutes after paying $189.00 down payment. I called to cancel immediately, the customer service guy was an a** and hung up on me. They used a scare tactic on me to get me to buy something I dont need. They owe me a full refund, and theyre a bunch of frauds.

      I got a pink slip in the mail saying I was out of time to activate my warranty on my car. Absolute scam and completely disrespectful. Laughed and tried shaming me because I told him I didnt have 159 to put down and when he dropped it to $60 down I said I still dont have it. He literally scoffed and said wow you dont have 60 bucks? ABSOLUTELY I DO BUT NOT FOR YOUR STANK LYIN A** and the men are ******* cause the second my man grabbed the phone and they heard his voice they hung up and refused to answer again. Claimed to be a supervisor too. Hopefully God, *****, and their mamas get them before they scam too many innocent people.

      In 2023 I bought my car. I purchased a warranty for tires and other repairs. In December I received a notice stating I havent activated the warranty yet. I called them and signed up not realizing this wasnt the tire warranty. Once I realized my mistake I called them to cancel. The man I spoke with would not help me cancel the policy. I called a month or so later and spoke with *****. The same thing happened. Whenever I mentioned I cant afford $60 a month he would give me several reasons why I cant afford NOT having the coverage. All I want is to be canceled and a full or partial refund of my $480.00.

      Upon receiving a pink card in the mail, I faced significant challenges when attempting to cancel the associated service over the phone. Despite my repeated requests, it took two phone calls to finally cancel. The representative I dealt with was overbearing, rude, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Even after clearly expressing my dissatisfaction and desire to cancel, they continued to press for reasons and made the process needlessly difficult. As someone with experience in sales, I find their behavior towards customers highly disrespectful. I have already reported this to the bank so if I am charged again, I can dispute the charges.

      On 06/14 I received a bright pink letter in the mail saying *Final Notice* it had the name of my lender on it and said I had not paid my home warranty yet. I was dumb enough to call the number and didnt realize it was a scam. I talked to a man who didnt mention Nationwide. I payed over the phone and didnt think much about it. A few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail that looked sketchy. I called the original number back and he directed me to customer service. When talking to customer service, the guy was SO RUDE. I simply told him that I wanted to cancel the plan, and he bombarded me with questions about what other warranty company I was using. I insisted that I wasnt comfortable woth sharing that information. He kept going on about how great the warranty is and wouldnt listen to me. He then, hung up the phone! I have never been talked to like that by a customer service rep and it was repulsive.

      I received multiple postcards in the mail that told me I had a final notice to update my cars factory warranty so I called the number. They requested debit card information for an installment fee so I used my debit card, I was told this card would be used to pay an amount of $198 per month for 18 months to pay for the warranty so I called the company, Nationwide Assistance, and the same exact representative answered and rudely argued with me for 18 minutes before he supposedly canceled the monthly payments. THIS IS A SCAM! I have reported this incident to the *** and my bank who are doing an investigation, I highly recommend anyone else who has fallen for this immediately freeze your card and report this to the proper authorities.

      I was receiving a pink post card from Nationwide Assistance regarding my mortgage. Because of my inexperience and after thinking that It had to be with my mortgage, On May 13, 2024, I contacted them and I was practically forced to take a Home warranty. They made it seem like they were offering me a good warranty, for a decent amount and that I really needed. After this I proceeded to contact my bank to advise them to cancel and stop transaction. On May 14, 2024, when I called their customer service number and told them that I didn't want the service anymore and I wanted to be cancelled immediately, the person who attended me from that office was very irritated and rude to me and hung up the call and dont know if he canceled the policy or not. They took the $212.00 from my credit card. Still no refund on my account yet
