My car was parked on a city street, and got towed at around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. They close at five so by the time I called they said they couldnt help me or give me any information until Monday. So we called on Monday and they said they were busy and would give us a call back. They called us back at 4, telling us that it would be $400 cash, and that they were charging us an extra $50 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, even though there was no way for us to pick the car up. And since that was quite a hefty sum for us to gather up, and we couldnt get there Monday, since they didnt call us back until too late, were getting charged an extra $100 for today and tomorrow, even though we had no way of getting the car any sooner, due to their negligence. And since theyre basically the only towing business in Rolla, theres no other choice than to deal with their c***

NEED THEIR LICENSE PULLED!!!********************'s was dispatched by *** to change a flat tire on my son's car in a parking lot in town.The young man who showed up to do the job was bragging about how he's been doing it for two years.After he was done putting on the spare we drove just a little way down the road, but the car was shaking so bad that we had to pull over.We got out to check the tire and ALL OF THE LUGNUTS WERE LOOSE AND ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!! They weren't even finger tight!This is (lug)NUTS and I was livid that some "professional" tasked with something so simple (yet essential) could fail to do the most basic aspect of their job, which put my child and I in major danger.We could have been killed - we're so lucky that our tire didn't fly off and cause us to have a horrible wreck because of this extreme negligence.I called *** and filed a complaint so I hope they stop using them... I intend to file a report with every agency possible to ensure that this incompetent company is held responsible so they don't hurt someone.Stay safe out there folks, and stay away from Dishman's towing!
