1 starMy husband ordered Instaflex Advance trial in January and then received the subscription bottle at ***** the following month. He called to cancel the subscription. Then on 2/16 his account was charged again. I called for him and spoke with a **************** Representative named ****** who told me that there were two accounts one from Nugenics( we have no idea what that is) and both accounts were showing as cancelled. I became upset and pointed out that apparently it has not been cancelled because Im looking at a bank charge! She then interrupted me and I raised my voice again stating you need to listen, I want this cancelled today! At no point did I use offensive language toward Graciebut she hung up on me. It took another call with a male **************** Rep immediately after ***** or ***** who within five minutes found the account and refunded us. I then pursued speaking to a Supervisor who was responsive after two dropped calls (on her end) and called me back. I explained my frustration with ****** and suggested the woman be retrained or fired. After reading all of the 93 BBB reviews it appears this company not only uses a bait and switch to lock people into paying a lot of money for this product but also has a hidden catch within the advertisement that is easily overlooked with the agreement to purchase a trial at a much more reasonable price that being you are buying a $***** monthly subscription oh by the way, I was offered two discounts by the second customer service rep dropping the price from ***** to *****. I did not take the bait! This product can can be purchased as needed at ******* apparently. What a joke, and what an inappropriate way to do business. The product is fair and not worth $76 a month by any means!Direct Digital, LLC

In signing up for an Instaflex trial you were required to check a box immediately next to the checkout button agreeing to the monthly subscription terms and conditions. In addition, every purchase is followed by a receipt email that once again outlines all of the terms of the trial and the company's customer service contact information. As is the case with all Instaflex trial orders, you checked the box next to the checkout button affirming your agreement to the terms and conditions of the trial offer. Because you placed two separate orders, you agreed to our terms twice.On February 1, ****, the account made under the name ****************** was closed indefinitely at your request and no further orders will ship out. In addition, the monthly subscription payment for February was voided and the charge was reversed. The second account made under the name ************************* is linked to a different phone number and, therefore, the handling agent was not aware of a second account during the call on February 1st. As of February 18, ****, the ************************* account has been closed at your request and the February charge has been voided and reversed. Finally, a third account for a ********************** product was opened by ************************* on January 6, ****. The Nugenix account was canceled at your request and the cost of the trial order was refunded.We trust the reversed charges and refund resolve this complaint, but if not please feel free to call or email customer service at any time with additional questions.Review fromSandy S

1 starI have the same complaint of ordering a sample of Peptiva in early Jan 4 **** and made sure I was not getting stuck with an additional order. I now see a charge coming thru of ***** which I did not authorize. I dont want any more items or charges. I tried calling the number listed and what a scam. Cant get to customer support or someone offers a gift card or hang up. Says all the lines tied up. Thats ridiculous.Direct Digital, LLC

1 starThe product didn't work. It didn't provide the pain relief advertised. When I canceled the product they make you pay shipping to send it back. Plus they don't refund the shipping to ship you something that doesn't work. It may work for some people, but for others it's useless.They should refund everything for a product that doesn't work.Direct Digital, LLC

1 starIm very upset with Direct Digital LLC. Back at the end of December 2023 I authorized a charge of $5.99 for shipping to be withdrawn from my checking account for my sample of Peptiva. Now on 1/12/24 I noticed that Im being charged for $65.98 to Direct Digital LLC, however this charge was not authorized by me. I did not signup for anything further other than the sample of Peptiva. 1 starAbout a month ago I saw a tv commercial to try a sample of Insta flex. I am dealing with a stroke in the medication causes me a lot of aches and pains. I received the sample and another package of something else which I did not order. I was not expecting anything other than the four dollar and change plus tax. I called many times, and there was always a very long call line to find out why I got this extra Insta flex product. Because various medication's I have to take I became fearful of using your product since I really don't know if it could cause me more problems now I see that you're charging me $80 and change for a product I did not request. I still have all of the products the one I expect to only be a sample and then this other $80 product I did not request a subscription. I cannot afford such a high price on anything that I need to buy. Please show me how I can return this, please do not charge my account.If you created a subscription for me, I was not aware of it and I cannot afford it. Please cancel anything that might've been subscribed for me. I have the product and can return it. Thank you for any help you can give. 1 starThe below is what i just sent to instaflex. I sums up my grievance. I am utterly discussed at the bait and hike that your company did. This product is mostly used by older or chronically ill persons. You bait customers in with the free 7 day which is Not free because it cost about $3-4 to mail and i paid almost $8 for shipping. This product came in a package with no way to contact you so it finally took me about 2 hours to find which credit card was charged and then research how to cancel and then finally create an account to find you so I could call someone to cancel. This product came while i was sick and among other shipments so I did not open until weeks later. I did not want a refill but since it was weeks since I received it i decided to keep it. But when i saw a charge for $75.98 I was Mortified!!! I looked and saw that this is Not even a 3 month supply its only a 30day!!! WHAT? My prescription medications dont cost this much. The person i spoke to on the phone was very nice and it is Not her fault that your company uses tactics like these to fleece customers. She asked if she could give reduce the price for my next shipment. Absolutely not. I told her that if they could give me something back for this outrageous cost I have already paid. She said she was only a **************** rep and could not give refunds. I would have bought this product from you as I believe it is helping with my pain. But you charge more than 3x the price on Amazon. I could get a 90 day supply for @$38. What a profit you took.You should be ashamed of yourselves. Most of us seniors are on a fixed income and this is robbery at its best.I am usually Not this upset at a purchase. But i find it difficult to express how i feel any calmer. I believe you ***** a 100% money back guarantee, if that is the case i want to return this. Products are shipped with informational inserts containing the company's website and customer service phone number. Additionally, each sample pack includes the customer service e-mail address and phone number. The product bottle also has the contact phone number on the back. Customer accounts are generated when an order is placed and it is not necessary to create an account to find our customer service contact information. We received a call from you on 9/5/2023 requesting cancellation, and your account was canceled indefinitely on that day. You were e-mailed an RMA number and return instructions on 10/17/2023. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card. 1 starI signed up for free trial and membership that was cancelled on 6/29/23 per an email sent by company. Subsequently I was charged after said cancellation was notated, not only for shipping but a membership that I cancelled. I got no resolution for the company, they claimed the product was out for shipping and had to be returned, however said order was cancelled before shipment. On June 29, 2023, ************** signed up for a 15-day trial of Peptiva, which included an autodelivery option. She also purchased a 15-day travel pack of Peptiva separately, which was offered as a standard upsell but was not part of either the trial or the autodelivery option. Consistent with the terms and conditions of purchase, ************** elected to cancel the autodelivery option that was part of the trial offer. As ****************** cancellation request was made within the 15-day trial period, she was never enrolled in autodelivery. However, ************** did not request either a cancellation or refund for the 15-day travel pack she purchased. On July 4, 2023, after ****************** subsequent e-mails, an agent explained that since her travel pack order had already been processed and was in transit, she would need to return the product for a refund. ************** was issued an RMA to facilitate the return. When ************** returns the travel pack, we will issue a refund. 1 starTheir TV promo ad deceive saying for sample only pay for shipping $6. Less than 10 days they billed my credit card $71. I never used the product. Wouldnt have agreed to this if I knew. On May 14, 2023, ************ signed up for a trial of Peptiva. Customers who do not cancel before the end of the trial period are shipped and billed for a monthly supply. Customers may cancel any time during or after their trial period with no further obligation to buy. We disclose all aspects of the trial program on the checkout page immediately next to the checkout button and require all customers to check a box stating they have read and agree to the terms and conditions before they can complete their order. We also include a copy of the terms in the email receipt sent immediately after purchase. Consistent with the terms of the trial offer, ************ was billed for a month supply of Peptiva on June 2, 2023. At that time, Ms. ***** account was still active. ************ did not reach out to us at any time to request cancellation. As you know, you signed up for an 18-day trial of Instaflex Advanced on 1/29/2023. All aspects of the trial program were disclosed on the checkout page directly next to the checkout button, and we require all customers to check a box stating they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions before they can complete their order. You then had 18 days to cancel your account. You also received a receipt email with the terms of offer and reminder emails about your trial. You were billed for the first monthly shipment on 2/17/2023. You called to cancel on 2/21/2023 and at that time customer service cancelled your account indefinitely. We have reviewed all the call files and we do apologize that the customer service agent did not provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. The agent has been coached on how to appropriately reiterate the terms and conditions and return instructions to customers. As of 2/24/2023, you have been emailed with an RMA number and return instructions. Once we receive the product and it is processed at our warehouse, a full refund, including S&P, will be issued. We trust that the offer to return the product for a full refund is a satisfactory resolution to your complaint. Please feel free to call or email customer service any time with additional questions.
