    I have for months now tried to get this store to honor getting me a new battery. I have spoken with many of management and the dealer to get this resolved. They keep passing the **** or saying I thought such and such took care of it. They owe me a battery and I can not get anyone to get me the ***. They dont even deny they owe me a battery but just dont care I guess. I have spoken personally with Chip and the dealer **** and no one will resolve this debt.

    We have text ************** instuctions about how to get his battery replaced and it is documented in our system. We sent a text because his phone number on file goes directly to voicemail. We not only offered to replace it but arranged for a mobile service to install the battery for him. he failed to call the company to arrange a time and date.     This company thinks woman our stupid,I know more about cars then they do about,anyway I purchases a used car from this company which was a lemon I write a review they I guess they read it and they called me repeatly till I answered the phone and ask me to take off the review and they would help me,that was a lie I missed three days of work and they didn't do a darn thing but telling me to keep putting oil in the car. I've gone thru 12 quarts of oil since I purchases the car and I read it will catch on fire ?? but they don't care. All they care about is the money!!! I repeat do not buy a car from this company. They are scammers!!!!

    ******************** purchased a 2017 ******* Santa Fe Sport 2.4L with ****** miles from Hickory Used Car Superstore. The vehicle was marked As Is-With No Warranty Whatsoever; ******** also signed a copy of the notice (See Attached). The customer was also provided a copy of the Carfax for the vehicle. On 06/17/24 the customer advised she was having an issue with oil consumption. Unfortunately, as with any used vehicle, issues can arise at any time. We did reach out to the customer several times to speak with her to see if there was anything we could do to assist her but she either cursed and yelled at the salesman or sent the call directly to voicemail. We offered to try and assist her in getting into another vehicle, but were unable to do so.

    The business is run poorly,they shove you in any vehicle that they want to.all they are worried about is the commission that they get on selling cars.they are not worried about if the car will get you home or not.they are not worried if they tell the truth or not just to hurry up and get you out the door.they will also put you in cars that are not safe to be on the road and the manager does not know anything about the cars they put you in.and the manager is rude .the help time is awful unless you are young and mainly a young female if are ** in years you will there for hours.there shop has had my car more than than I have had it .the check engine light came on before I got home with the car.and they still have the car and my second car payment is coming due

    They Lied at the time of purchase saying they could get me in cheaper payments then they could. Then promised me my car the same day. But took 3 to 4 days extra to get me the car despite promising every day to give it to me that day then promising it the next day in the morning. Then that afternoon again then the next day again. Over and over again. When I complained the sale manager called to see why I was unhappy. I tried to explian what happened he didn't even know I didn't have my car got mad about complaints and rude telling me to bring it back if i was so unhappy. Proving he didnt take the time to even read my compliant. After i got my car due to compliants I filed they offered to give me 3 free oil changes to get me to take them down now the company over the dealership ********************* is saying they won't honor my free oil changes that I have signed documents for and are trying to get me to agree to a different program one that would not equal the same value. They cliam they changed their probmgram in November but the people over the service center didn't even ask for information about my car to try and look it up. Went to speak to a manager because I was considering legal action Wouldn't talk to me anymore. Didn't offer to let me speak to anyone else. Where is the value of my time. They claim I have to go in to talk to them if I need help. Like we don't live in a digital age. Or that the managers couldn't be bothered transfer me to them or to call me back. Don't do business with this shady company. They will say anything to try and get you to buy. They don't keep their promises when they make them.

    horrible customer service. Dont expect a phone call back about anything no updates. Sold me a vehicle with a check engine light had a couple codes and didnt mention anything to me as i was buying now cant get a hold of anyone or get anything done to resolve the issues
