      I currently am paying a lease payment for tires. I am current on my payments but this company refuses to keep/ give accurate info to TransUnion. I make my payment every 2nd of the month yet transunion keeps telling me that Ive missed payments and Im currently late. I have the receipts. I have contacted both companies numerous times with no help from anyone.

      I made a purchase using Pay Tomorrow's buy now pay later agreement. Since my purchase in February 2023 it has been a nightmare trying to work with this company.This has come to a head as of 10/14/2023. Pay Tomorrow took an automatic payment from my bank account 30+ days before the payment was due! in addition they aren't even updating their customer portal to reflect the payment. I emailed their customer support on the morning of 10/16/2023 and received a snippy and unhelpful response stating I agreed to auto pay in my buyers contract. They did not explain why it was deducted 30+ days before my payment due date and told me to have early payments show on the customer portal, I have to call their customer service line! I didn't even initiate the early payment, they took it out a month early. I emailed a response and received no response back. I sent another inquiry in and their rep closed the case without even responding to me. I want my auto pay cancelled and I want my payment reflected on the customer portal.

      I am rejecting this response because:A representative from your company called me at 9:30am eastern time **, *********, told me she fixed which card my auto payments should be coming from, that she moved my new due date to 12/15/2023, and that I would not have another auto pay until then. She confirmed the customer portal has been updated. 

      Now I log back in the customer portal and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Nothing she said she was doing was completed. I've attached a new screesnhot showing the date and time stamp in the bottom right corner.

      I am rejecting this response because: Once again this horrible lender has taken my monthly payment from the wrong debit card. After filing BBB case #********, pay tomorrow representatives advised they would no longer take payment from debit card ending in **** yet immediately did so on my following payment dated 12/15/23 for $231.39. Refund this debit card immediately as you were advised you were no longer authorized to use this card. If not, I will send all communications including the previous BBB case as proof to ESL ************ that you were instructed never to use this card ending in **** again in which you agreed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This site says everyone is approved. And it was not based on my credit. I applied over a month ago and was denied because the address on my credit doesnt match the address I entered for delivery. I moved offcourse it does not match. Then I was told I had to wait a month to reapply so I did and the denial kept telling me that I was rejected by the lender because I updated to many times. After speaking with a rep who stated the system has to be reset and wait 24 hours to reapply I did. I was denied again stating info on my credit did not match as well as other factors. I make more than enough money but the application does not even ask that. Can this be resolved.

      So I lease something from pay tomorrow years ago. For some reason they got ghost for a year or two to find out the third year they calling non stop. They are trying to take money out my card WITHOUT my consent. Then when I do get in contact with them and tell them a date when ima pay they are very rude. The manager from pay tomorrow was very rude and sassy when we talk. When I told them Monday they tried to take money out everyday before Monday. They been harassing me everyday from different numbers and this got to stop before I get a lawyer in this case

      I am filing a complaint against this company for this reason. Yes, they have a "lease to loan" disclaimer that you must agree to before proceeding with the loan, however the purposefully do not disclose any numbers or loan amounts in these terms. I purchased a $3000 laptop through Digital Storm, and unfortunately PayTomorrow was the only financing option at the time. I have used Bread in previous purchases through them and their terms are clear and you don't pay a dollar more than the purchase price. Paytomorrow's terms state that the first 12 months are a lease, so you can return the product. The next 12 months are the remainder of the loan. Now the reason they word it this way is so they can make a 200% profit on any product you buy with their financing. If I had known I would be paying $3000 two times, I would have never used them. NOBODY would agree to that service, and this shady method is how they get people to agree to their financing. I was under the impression that the first 12 months would be half the cost, $1500. and I don't have ownership until after the first half is paid, something along those lines would make sense as a financing company. I did not agree to paying $6000, I just agreed to the lease to loan terms which are not clearly explained, as again, they do not provide any dollar amounts, or total loan costs. They know what they are doing. If they were to include any transparent numbers, not a SINGLE person would use their service. Even banks and car loan companies are not this disgraceful. To anyone that reads this, stay away from this company. Do not make the same mistake we did. And the customer service was disgustingly rude, laughed in my face when I told them my hardships and how this is burdening me financially.

      This company allowed someone to fraudulently open up a line of credit of sorts using my info that has been compromised on the web. They did not do the proper verification or call me or speak to me in person. Someone ordered tires under my name. I have receipts showing where I buy my used tires locally. This company need to start verifying their information before giving any *** d*** ***** product at a click of a button

      Purchased Motorcycle through pay tomorrow with no break down of the payments until after purchase. After making multiple payments and being in contact with company and not wanting to buy out after lease, pay tomorrow would not let me return item as stated if I wasnt happy before switch over to loan with customer service being rude and not being able to speak to management each time being put off that no one is available. They go silent for 2 years then hit my credit with 25 late payments out of no where when lease portion of agreement was never completed. This company should be shut down and all sent to prison for fraudulent activity. I will be following up with lawsuit against this company.

      Hello Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint with creditor Paytommrow. I contacted the creditor and spoke with collections manager *********************** on 7/24/23. ***** informed me, if I paid the balance of $838.04 they would reverse late reporting. I spoke with ***** on 7/26/23 and ***** said they wouldnt be able to reverse the late payments and honor what they agreed to. This creditor used deceptive and unethical tactics. The creditor isnt honoring what we agreed to. Thank you.
