We had arranged for the installation of a 5' white vinyl fence well in advance of the installation date, and we stressed the importance of completing the job on time as we needed an enclosed back yard for our dog on move-in day, yet on the morning of the move, when the job was scheduled, the workers installed one post and walked off the site without telling me. I called the office and was informed that the materials delivered to my home were insufficient to due the job -- no matter that Sunrise had a full month to ensure that all the materials had been delivered. The fencing even sat on driveway for a week, but no one came out to my house to check that the delivery was complete. Only one person worked in the office, apparently remotely, and she told me she had no outgoing line to contact anyone in the field and she could not put me in touch with inside management or the owners. Just awful customer service -- not to mention planning. I would pass on this outfit and let the sun set on them. There are so many more professional fence companies to choose from serving ************.

After numerous emails on when our product would be delivered we were given a time frame. On the day before delivery I had to call multiple times to find out a time frame for delivery. When calling THEM again the scheduled day of delivery I was told that they didnt know when our materials would be delivered, there are no refunds of any other ways to rectify the situation as we have no received materials that we paid for. We have tried to contact them numerous times as we had other projects scheduled that we cannot have begin without the fence installed first. They have still yet to give us a delivery date and refuse to let us speak with a supervisor. This company should be held accountable for the frauds they are and resulting with many unhappy consumers.Sunrise Fence, Inc. Response

I had this company install a six foot high wooden fence around my backyard in Spring of 2019. Many of the 4 by 4 fence posts are now rotten and the others are well on the way. They claim they used the right pressure treated material. However, the **** (American Wood Protection Asso) calls for all wood in the ground to be 'ground contact' rated, which typically will last 20 to 25 years. It has lasted less than 4 years so they lied to me. The wood had some type of treatment, but it most certainly IS NOT RATED FOR IN GROUND SERVICE. I'm a 60 year old guy and I have to replace the posts one at a time and it takes 3 to 4 hours to each one. That's over 50 posts!Review from Karolyn R

Terrible quality, horrible customer service! During my survey I was quoted 1 price, and with in 10 minutes the price jumped 2x. The product of wood is thin & warped almost immediately. They didnt hinge the back to the neighbors fence so its gaping open. And then gate is my biggest issue. It was extremely tight when first installed. I assumed b/c summer wood swells. But by winter it was worse & w/in 9 months it wouldnt shut. Ive been emailing & calling for 6 months with no resolution. Dodged emails. Promises to come out & never showing. Truly disturbing to know as a 24/7 single mom that I worked 2 years to save up for a fence & during covid everything jumped in cost plus I had property stolen out of my yard. So I scraped every ***** to put in a fence for safety. And this is how Im treated? Its unacceptable. Im appalled!Review from Heidi F

They gave me a good price. Finished work promptly, same day. I even saw them taking extra time to make sure the area was cleaned up. It obviously still looks like a fence was installed, but its nice they didnt trash my yard.
