I have had good and bad experience with ***. It started with there authorized dealer colt buildings which has a terrible reputation and reviews (I learned that after the fact). **** sold me empty promises and totally botched up my order. but *** did step in and help fast track process and square away everything and got my building out and up. Had a few hiccups along the way as the crew they sent spoke zero English and had no idea how to read a blue print as they erected my building backwards to do the fact they were holding the plans upside down. Then all the windows and door openings were off due to Colt never updating my file and wrong siding. Which they were amazing and had it resolved in 2 days which was great. But now I ran into an issue when my contractor sent his crew in to frame and I have windows on one side that *** installed in wrong spot about 5 feet off where the plans says they need to be. So I sent a 2 very informative emails explaining my issue as it threw off the whole layout on one side of house and I have not received any feed back which drove me to this review. I do expect compensation on this as we needed to resize my childrens bedroom and they all down sized immensely which will carry through for the remaining years we are in this house. Also when the *** crew measured for the height of all the exterior doors they took height measurements off incorrectly so I have a 3 inch gap over all my exterior doors/patio sliders which I need resolved via contractor at a cost. Im very displeased with the lack of urgency. I will say the communication is not up to par as I have several email threads with *** complaining about the communication issues.

We had a 1200 sq ft building installed Now have a roof leak and they say they don't see my order.number they sold the acct to summit management group the lady at American building that doesn't see my order under my name is of no help not pleased with this company should not have a roof leak already I suggest if you purchase thru them don't store anything you don't want wet.

Well today was my scheduled day for an install. I actually called yesterday and tried to get a confirmation but the only answer I got was as long as you haven’t got a cancellation call you’re still on and they will call about 30 minutes before arrival. So today I called @ 8:00 asking if they know anything about my install and they said they would check in on it and call me back. After 1.5 hours with no return call I called them. The lady informed they had talked to installer and would be here after lunch. Around 1:30 I decided to call back and spoke with another lady and said they were trying to reach the installer but unable to get a hold of them. Therefore no one ever spoke to them earlier. About 30 minutes later the last lady called me back and said they would be here at 5pm. Still not here and no call stating anything different. I scheduled time off work to be here for this install so I could pay them after work was complete. I understand things come up, but communication, communication, communication can not go unattended. This really ticks me off now I have to take another day off work, hoping they come tomorrow, or maybe just another wasted day. Just never had any big company like this to leave you in the dark. The right thing would have been to confirm they actually come today, not just hoping things goes as planned. Communication and verification work hand in hand. Just think, I was talking to some of my neighbors about getting contact number for this building. I am a Christian man and would never do or say anything out of the way, but this is bad service.
