In March 2024 I saw an advertisement for ****** Rodgers Millionaire Summit for a business class for women wanting to obtain funding and knowledge for owinging their own business. I signed up for the class but after a couple of sessions found it to be basic knowledge which I had already obtained from my local community college and the *************************** I informed the company that I no longer needed their services and asked for a refund from my local bank. The bank issued a temporary refund; however, yesterday when I checked my account the ******* had been deducted from my account. I am frustrated and scared that this will continue because there is no contact information via phone. The phone number listed on the web site is for some ************************* This is a big scam by someone who is an attorney scamming innocent women and men out of hard earned money. I would like my refund immediately and will seek other measures to obtain my money for services never rendered.

In January 2023, I booked at ticket, $2945, for the ROI Millioniare Summit, helmed by Rachel Rodgers and Hello 7. It is being held in Costa Rica in January 2024. My brother, who lives in England. by himself, has Motor Neuron Disease. In May I found out that his condition had worsened considerably. We have been trying to find support for him, including live-in care. All of his limbs are now severely compromised, the musculature around his mouth has gone. I am expecting at any time to be called to go to England. If my brother is hospitalized, I will have to go back to England, clear out the house, sell it and organize further or hospice care. While Hello Seven doesn't permit refunds, I asked anyway since I hoped they might consider a partial refund on humanitarian grounds since it was now clear I couldn't attend the Summit. They refused and kept refusing. They said they wanted people to "be serious about their business." After some exchange, they said they'd permit me to use a "ticket transfer" towards the end of the year, meaning I could sell my ticket to someone else. Over the past 8 days I have sent 3 emails to Hello Seven asking about the process for transferring my ticket. Today I received an email "While we may consider allowing ticket transfers in the future, this option is not currently available. Rest assured, we will keep you updated and inform you promptly if we decide to open up this possibility." I emailed them to ask if they would prefer to have an empty seat in lieu of having someone actually attend and have the benefit of the summit. I don't expect I will hear back, or if I do it will be another non-engaging message. Naturally, I should have been more alert to the "no refund" policy, but in the circumstances, I feel that being allowed to re-sell my ticket should have been permitted. I'll never attend any event by Hello Seven and I advise anyone who reads this to be aware that Hello Seven is completely unsympathetic to any unforeseen life event.
