I contacted Milan Laser and have stopped treatment due to the fact that I have very bad reactions to the laser treatment and have had to be on a steroid. The provider left me a message stating that they were canceling my services and that I was paid in full. They are now saying that I owe money and will not cancel unless I pay an additional 163. They are now saying if I do not pay they will take me to collections and will not close out my account.

I signed my contract on 6/12/2023 with Milan. I spoke with ******* for my consultation. She never said all sales were final, she just told me to sign in these places and it’ll be fine because she’ll send me everything. I ONLY went through with it because she told me that I could take a break from it & come back whenever I wanted. I didn’t know that even if I couldn’t go to appointment, that they would still be taking money out. SHE TOLD ME I PAY PER TREATMENT. I ended up paying her $288.88 dollars that day. She kept pushing for me to get a treatment that day which I didn’t. I know now that she wanted me to get a treatment because once you get a treatment you’re expected to stay in the contract. I no longer have the money to pay for this due to other financial problems. I also didn’t understand why I have to pay them and ally lending when I’m getting my services from MILAN not ***** I also called them after I signed that because I didn’t understand and all they could say is that that’s who they’re partnered with, you have to pay them first… which I just don’t understand. I want out of this contract. I cannot afford it and it is not per treatment like I was told.

I signed up for a treatment plan and they did a loan payment for me. They did not tell me that it was final. The plan started on 8/21/23 and I have to pay $14,364 total. I have had no treatments, I cancelled it a few days after. Was never told that I would still be charged. The business has not tried to resolve it for me, they still want me to pay them.

On October 6th, 2023, I signed a contract with Milan laser hair removal for $363.58 as a monthly payment for the next 2 years. I paid the first payment today. They were very pushy and I was not given any time to consider. They also pushed me to do my first treatment the same day, not even an hour afterwards. I had a bad experience and have a very painful breakout because of it, so I would like to get my contract terminated. I called them, but they said they could not do anything about it. I was not informed that all sales were final during the consultation and did not see it anywhere on the contract that I read. According to Ohio law, I should have 3 business days to void or otherwise dispute this contract. Is there anything that can be done?

I attended a consultation for laser hair removal on May 26, 2022. The manager, **** ****, was punctual and extremely kind and informative. I signed a contract that day to get treated at Milan Laser Decatur. At first, everything was fine and consistent. On two occasions, I got in contact in advance if I wasn’t able to attend my appointment (both times due to my cycle). This year though, I have been canceled on approximately 5 times. More than half of those times, with little to no notice. And I would be informed through text with an insincere apology and then I would be responsible for calling in to get rescheduled for the appointments THEY cancelled. Even when you do call, they allegedly don’t have any appointment slots open for weeks, which causes you to be knocked off track with lasering. The last time they cancelled on me, I just requested to be moved to a different location that’s even further away from me. I called that location, got rescheduled, and now today, I received a message saying they need to cancel (after they had me confirm my appointment this morning). Every month, I am expected to pay almost $300 for these services that I’m having to fight tooth and nail to get. Milan Laser has been inconsistent and extremely unreliable. Had I known that this is how’d they be after I signed their contract, I would’ve never went to them. I am requesting to be released from my contract and to be reimbursed for the months I had to pay but despite having my services cancelled. Attached are screenshots of them canceling my appointments this year.

Hello, I've been a client of Milan Laser for 8 months in Arizona at the Mesa and Chandler locations. I lost my job recently and it's because of this that I can't afford to make payments for these services anymore. I signed a contract back in December of 2022, and at the time I felt pressured/rushed into signing the contract during my consultation without fully understanding the details of the contract and the extent/length of the contract duration. Despite this, I tried to make it work because I want to have these treatments done, but unfortunately, I can no longer afford to pay for them. The extreme financial hardship I'm in won't allow me to do so. I've paid for 6-7 months worth of treatments but my schedule has only allowed me to have 4 treatments done so far. Considering this, I'd like to know if there's a way I can cancel my contract because I can no longer afford to pay for a service that I want but also felt that I was rushed/coerced into. I would like to continue services with Milan in the future when I have a sustainable income, but currently I have no income and no means of paying for any monthly payments. I believe I signed a 36 month contract. I contacted the payment services but they said that my contract can't be cancelled. They told me to call customer service to make arrangements but I've tried once before and they said they cannot cancel the contract. I'm at a loss for what to do.

Upon entering the building on 07/14, I was told the special would be 60% off when I asked what the current special was from the receptionist. After being viewing the plan builder, they said they couldn't do the 60% off for full because it would not show them the option, but that makes no sense in hindsight as they should offer the discount for whole body to entice people to choose that package. I signed the contract upon the urging of the manager for the 50% and feel lied to. Another issue, is that I mentioned I was going on a trip to Florida next week and encouraged me to get my first procedure done on Monday. The problem from research and pretreatment is that you should avoid swimming and sun exposure for a few days/weeks after your treatment, so this could have ruined my entire trip/left me with side effects. The what I feel was deception with the pricing, pressure, and apparent disregard for my trip/health has left me disheartened about the service. I wish to cancel the contract.

On May 26th, I went to Milan Laser for a free consultation. During that consult, I felt pressured and manipulated into buying the services. Therefore, I signed the contract and paid in full. At the time of the consult, I believed that this would be okay financially. However, after further review, I am no longer able to receive treatments due to a health concern, which also due to this health concern, will wreak havoc on my finances. I did not receive any treatments from Milan. On May 27th, I contacted Milan Laser, requesting the contract to be cancelled and that they issue a refund, however, they said all sales are final, and that they do not allow cancellations. I was not made aware that all sales are final until after my card had already been charged. When my request to cancel the contract was denied by Milan, I attempted to dispute the charge, however, they denied the dispute. It is my understanding that by law, a customer has the right to cancel a contract within three business days, however Milan did not allow me to do so. It is also my understanding that the company must give the customer 2 copies of documentation showing the customer their right to cancel the contract, however, this was not done by Milan.
