Careful, they’ll repo your car with out a letter. Then to force you into signing the repo paper they will. Mark that they sent out the letter in mail when it was never received and never actually sent. They will mark it on there end and lie straight through there grimy teeth. I hope the Omaha and Lee summit get shut down as well.Review from Shaniqua G

Let’s start I bought the van sept 1 2023 first day broke down with my 4 children in it. When I signed my contract with Tim the contract stated they do not giver loaner vehicles if the car needs to be in the shop. I told Tim I had 4 children and also had a baby on the way. So I kept using the vehicle. I learned the car (I did however reach out to them) and the van shuts off when stopping at a light stop sign. Recently I took the van in because the transmission was slipping. Sean threatened me and told me I had to find all my receipts from any services I have gotten on the van. So I did even though my family told me I shouldn’t have to show anything because it’s supposed to be under warranty anyway!!! I was asked July 22,2024 for my receipts . July 23 I asked if the transmission was ordered. Sean responded it was order and they would start on it the next day. I told Sean July 23 I have a newborn baby and the air goes warm to cold cold to warm . I asked will this be fixed he ensured me yes! July 23, 2024 I asked if the thermostat showed up on the diagnostic because that’s been the problem right along with the transmission. My question was ignored! Which because they cleared the code off my dashboard! I also told Sean the catalytic converter was bad as well he told me that’s not covered in my warranty. I’m paying $318 twice a month !!! July 26 I called to check on my van it was ready. I go pick it I paid $100. August 5,2024 my van overheated and started smoking leaving from work. I had to leave the car. I couldn’t get home I work and live in TWO DIFFERENT STATES ! so a reliable car was needed from the start ! This time was the radiator. Again I asked Sean if this would stop the air from going in and out once again he stated yes that was Aug 7. Aug 7 I went to pick up the van. Aug 11 a appt bye cause the van shut off that weekend . I could get off work I needed to reschedule. I had just missed a whole week. My car was shut off because I couldn’t make the fullReview from Gina W

I actually went to the drive fast USA in lees summit mo. Trent was my sales man. He demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Others should follow the example of his professional personable skills. The company is fortunate to have him represent them as their employee. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from drive fast USA as long as he is working there. Thank you Trent at lees summit mo. If not for you getting me in to the vehicle I wanted I would never have made it to my daughters first recital in class instead of trash.Review from Rebecca D

Would give negative stars if I could. Do not go here unless you are absolutely desperate and get denied literally EVERYWHERE else! The cars are ridiculously overpriced and full with mechanical issues. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry for $26,000(Includes interest). I’ve had the car for three months and it has already had issues. It went to the shop for a catalytic converter about a month and an half after I got it. About two weeks after it got out of the shop, the engine started seizing. I took my money elsewhere to get a different car and attempted to return the Camry to Drive Fast. They tried to convince me to keep the car and when I explained to them that I do not want it at all, they said they could put me in a different car after their mechanic looks at it and deems it “unfixable”. Because I don’t want to risk getting another problem car and spending an astronomical amount of money on a used car, I declined and told them that they would need to come and pick up the Camry because it’s not drivable. I was told that it will count as a repo on my credit, even though I am voluntarily turning it in. And then I was told by a manager at Mend financial(their finance company) that I should “expect used cars to have mechanical issues” and that “Nebraska does not have lemon laws”, which is funny because I never brought up lemon laws. I am not naïve and I expect used cars to have some mechanical issues but if I am paying $26,000 for ANY car, new or used, I should be able to count on vital parts of the car to work correctly. It has been one week since I have reached out to turn the car in and they still have not picked it up. But that hasn’t stopped them from texting or calling me every day reminding me that my payment is due. Overall a terrible company that preys on people with bad credit and charges them brand new car prices for 14-year-old cars with major mechanical issues.Review from Weston H

The first car they sold me had a bunch of issues over the course of two years. It broke down and was left on the lot for a month until I was rushed into another car that got 3 check engine lights in a matter of 50 days. Honestly drive fast. I hate you. You scam people into paying full price for a new vehicle that's just a garbage used car made to look new. You absolutely have ruined my work life. How am I supposed to get to WORK with a CAR that doesn't WORK. This is by far the worst car dealership I've ever had the pleasure of being screwed over by. The owner is selfish. The sales managers in wichita get fired every year. The only thing good is the fake smile they put on. Oh, and the new sales manager that works there now? She smokes weed in or around the store. I had the pleasure of getting to smell that the WHOLE time I was there getting my second scam mobile.Drive Fast USA Response

STARTED OFF GOOD, went bad quickly! Would NEVER advise going through this place and their HORRIBLE "finance" company Mend Financial. We purchased two vehicles from them pretty much back to back. The first one a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder which of course was grossly overpriced (to be expected at a buy here pay here) however, if you sell overpriced vehicles at least have the common sense to not sell total pieces of crap! This thing has been in the shop almost half a dozen times and for weeks at a time in the barely over a year we have owned it. I will give them this, they have covered the repair costs. We were told if anything "catastrophic" happened they would put us in a different vehicle. This is a total LIE! The last time the motor actually went out and yet we again had to go 5 weeks with no vehicle and no rental from them because we live in Iowa and they can't do rental vehicles for some reason. So, just this time we paid out of pocket way over $300 for ride share while also making our payments and were finally reimbursed a measly $175 which was supposed to be applied to our last payment (sent receipts via email 12/19 payment due 12/29, we have emails/texts/and recorded phone conversations to back all of this up). *RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM* They of course dicked us around and took weeks to put the money on our payment causing it to be several days late. Fast forward to this payment and it was 3 days late as always due to our pay schedule and they DISABLED it leaving me and my CHILDREN STRANDED in negative 20 below weather!! Their reasoning was well we told you it COULD happen which they do this every time when the payment is a day or two late but we make it every week like clockwork and this has NEVER happened but this time its our fault because we went over 10 days past due waiting on THEM! While all this is happening our second vehicle has also been broke down in our driveway with no help from them and we had this one about 4 months so another POS!Drive Fast USA Response
