We had a rough time with all weather exteriors. -non NH crew (subcontracted out of Massachusetts) we went with a NH company to support NH -poor workmanship (flashing not done correctly) -a lot of “that’s the way roofs are done” type of gaslighting. When problems were pointed out. -items we asked to be avoided weren’t respected (asked our flat roof to not be walked on, soft spots, and they used it as staging ) Over all very disappointed with this company. Got told I didn’t know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying “ok” and paying because fixing items was a hassle. “It’s a 100 year old house” -yes we know. We’re trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such.Review from Russ T

The owner was incredibly rude. He claimed that the decking on our garage was too thin. The resolution was to apply a thin layer of decking over the existing one but still charge us the cost for total removal of the existing decking and putting on standard-thickness plywood. They claimed if we didn't elect to go with adding the additional layer of plywood he would finish the job then call an inspector to make sure it got all ripped up. They also installed gutters. None of the downspouts were plumb and were just attached to the gutters with a single screw. I could see daylight between the downspouts and the gutters. The owner is an extortionist.

Hi ****,
I'm sorry for this inconvenience , but when we strpped the roof we found that your plywood was only 3/8" thick which is below building code and installed the wrong direction. Unfortunately we couldn't install your new roof without bringing things up to code and applying the proper plywood. We would never install a new roof on improper construction. We could lose our License.
Whoever built the structure unfortunately caused this issue. this was a surprise to us as much as it was to you when we stripped the roof, so we also reduced the cost of the plywood to help you out as much as possible. Also the gutters are angled for water flow as we discussed. If there is anything else we can do to help let us know
