  No customer service if things happened to your flight. No email notification if your flight has changed. I have contacted the customer service and they said they will get back to me in a hour but my flight is leaving in a hour. I would never use any services from this company anymore. I would suggest people buying the tickets DIRECTLY from the airlines instead.

  Booked a flight and got a confirmation email immediately. Got a call 1/2 hour later saying that my flight was not confirmed and that I had to pay extra to secure my seat. This website commits fraud and should be shut down. I don't know how they are allowed to conduct business in the US.

  I opted to book through Cheapflightsfares.com due to their slightly lower pricing compared to booking directly with the airline provider. Upon immediate confirmation of my purchase, I noticed an overcharge of $15 on my credit card statement. Contacting Cheapflightsfares about the discrepancy, they assured me of a refund and requested my bank account information. This raised concerns, so I requested a refund by check, which they initially agreed to. However, after several days, I followed up on the status and was informed they couldn't issue a check but could transfer the refund via Zelle. I provided my phone number for this purpose and was told it might take a day or two. Subsequent inquiries revealed the refund was still "processing." This back-and-forth has persisted for several weeks with Cheapflightsfares repeatedly claiming they're in the process of refunding but failing to follow through, resorting to stalling tactics. I strongly recommend a thorough investigation into their billing practices, as I suspect this issue is not isolated to just my case.

  Booked flight online. They IMMEDIATELY charged my card. Confirmation did not come back within the hour. They finally emailed hours later that the price was no longer good. Tried to cancel but was told it would take 3 to 4 billing cycles to refund the money. We could not afford to have this charge and buy new tickets as well. They offered to rebook at a price $400 higher. This was an emergency flight to hospice to see my wife's sister. So we paid the extra money. Did a reverse DNS for the website. Registration was india. Appears to be another scam out of India. One week later and now all the information for the owner is now blank.

  This is nothing but a bait and switch scam and they should be shut down. They even have the audacity to threaten a $100 cancellation fee from the airline, but the airline in question has a 24 hour no charge cancellation policy so that too is a lie and another way for them to try and convince a consumer to take the offer they are giving them. I certainly hope others will avoid this company and I’m grateful that I saw them for what they were before committing to any payment.

  Encountered a recent scam booking my flight with an office credit card. They immediately called and said one flight could not get booked and needed my credit card to book a fare to give me a better seat and to carry luggage on. The individual from this agency who communicated with me thereafter was rude, interrupted me, and hard sale to allow me to book a higher priced flight. I ended up having to terminate the call without remedy that they appeared to have booked a flight for me. I independently called United who could not confirm the flight had been booked. United rep then tried to contact someone with cheapflightsfares to help alleviate the issue, and this agency would not pickup any phone line from United. I will NEVER use this website again, expect nothing but a problem.

  We booked tickets to Australia and ended up having to cancel the trip to unforeseen circumstances. They gave us a voucher that was $600 less than the price we paid for the tickets and told us we had to book something in the next month with it and there would be a $199 (per person) rebooking fee. We finally decided on a destination and figured the cost, including the rebooking fee to get the maximum amount from our voucher. But they insisted that we could not use the voucher to pay the rebooking fee, so we had to pay another $400 out of our pocket just to use the voucher. And if we didn't use the entire voucher, we could book another flight, but it it would cost us ANOTHER $400 out of pocket, so we figured we just accepted that we were going to be losing even more money on this voucher because we were not going to rebook any other flights. Then when we talked to someone about booking the flight, they kept adding in all these extra fees that put our flight over what we had and we would have to pay even MORE money. Every time we would agree on something that made us somewhat happy, they would tell us someone else had to do the booking part and they would call us back and then by the time we got the call back, the prices of the flights would go up and we would have to start the whole process over again. We talked to 4 different people, during 6 different calls over 3 days. We lost at least $1000 by using them and the amount of frustration in dealing with them cannot be measured. The "discounted" prices are not worth the headache of dealing with these crooks. Any savings you think you are receiving by using them will be made up for in fees and extra charges as you work more with them. We ended up just accepting the loss of money just so we could get something booked and get off the phone with them.

  An awful experience. I bought 3 airplane tickets for 12/22/23 with confirmation, I thought I was done, I had a call, the agent notified me that the time have been changed, I decided to cancel then he said if I cancel I will loose 10% of my total Payment of $5000. I decided to confirm my return because I didn’t trust them anymore and I was surprised they changed my time with no notice or an email sent to me. I lost my connection flight, money and so much stress. I will never use them again and I recommend anyone to stay away !!!! Very bad experience

  They switched prices and flights on me AFTER booking and CHARGED me $350 more for the change, when they're at fault, not honoring the booking! I booked with this co. for the first time because it was just slightly cheaper than *********, *******..., but then, I received an email a day later, with "we tried to process your reservation request under Booking ID ### The process is on hold due to fare issue. Please contact us at your earliest convenience at *********** for further action." I called, spent 2 hours, the agent was excellent in trying to accommodate us for our criteria: But in the end, I had to agree to a fare more expensive than what *******/ ********* had when I booked the day before. Our constraints were "dates, after a time for the departure, non-stop, and for 5 people". I should have gone with the other companies I have had business with previously.

  SCAM -5/5 stars I had a very difficult time canceling my flight within a 24-hour window with purchased insurance through this website. I spoke with multiple people named "Ryan." Their last names and employee IDs barely differed. Each person provided different information and different solutions. At first I wasn't able to cancel my ticket. Eventually, someone was able to properly cancel my ticket for a fee. The fee was different according to each representative - and finally, I just accepted taking the penalty even though I should have not had to pay $75 to cancel a ticket with insurance. I tried to cancel within a 24-hour period and could not successfully do so. Overall, it was very frustrating and relieved to finally cancel a flight booked through this site. I can only imagine I would continue to have issues with this flight until after my trip. I am lucky to have gotten some money back. I will not be using this website again. My friends additionally had extreme difficulties canceling the same flight. They tried putting us on hold, waiting for a call back from another representative, and even ARGUED with us about canceling our flights. Ridiculous. I will be using my large social media platform to advertise the issues I experienced and to tell people to avoid Cheap Flights Fare.
