I have had the worst experience with this company. The owner made false promises to us, tried to cut corners by having his ******* pump the contents of our old septic into the brand new system (the county inspector made sure that was rectified), there were damages to my home that were not brought to my attention. The list goes on. He did have the courtesy to drop the final $1,000 which couldve been for a number of reasons that I wont disclose here. Overall, this experience caused me extreme stress. Very unprofessional.

I signed their contract in Nov 2020 and was told they were 4-5 weeks out and could start February of 2021. They didnt start until June of 2021. They didnt finish until August of 2021. Within that time they tore out a marked underground electrical line and would have pulled it out of my foundation if I didnt stop the backhoe operator. Then he proceeded to smoke marijuana on the job before getting back into the backhoe and starting to dig again. ( he claimed that he could legally smoke marijuana wherever he wants because he had a medical marijuana card)I contacted to owner about this and the owner kicked the operator off the job but stated he could not fire family. After the Norweco tank was in the ground they left their broken down back hoe in my yard for 12 days before someone came to repair it. In that time I heard nothing for the company but watched them clean up The rest of their equipment and leave. On the day of inspection they failed the field bed due to wrong size laterals and not having a manifold according to approved engineered blueprints. Also they put the septic system in the wrong spot. They were 11 away from where it needed to be. The owner had their electrician install an alarm box in the wrong spot in my yard when it needed to be on the house and then refused to have it fixed until I got a lawyer. While keeping up with my end of the contract they lost one of the checks I used to pay them and told me to cancel the check. Then after I canceled the check they found it and told me they would reimburse me the money I had to pay to cancel the check. They never did that either. I had to chase them down just to get paperwork for my county that was never turned in or I was facing $6k in fines and had to go to court. Now 13 months later I have an electrical issue with my system. I contacted the contractor and was told there is no warranty for installation or work done. Im now on my own.
