On 12/24/2024, I received a noticed of delinquency of EZ Pass payment. It was stated that my car was not registered on EZ Pass and as such I was required to pay a cash toll. My car is in fact registered and I have proof to show this. Upon trying to dispute, the EZ Pass website blocks all attempts to attach files to dispute claims. These files clearly show that my car is registered and I have been diligently making payments. Therefore, this is likely a read error and I should not be liable for the cash payments and the administrative fees.

I received toll violations and when I called to pay the toll and remove the fee I was on hold for hours. each time I called the wait time was too long to reach someone to fix the issue. some tolls went into collections due to that. I have recent violations that I want to fix but can not due to wait times and I have told them I wanted to cancel my ezpass. I want to add my car to my husbands account but cant because I can never reach anyone

I received a bunch of violations from NJ Ezpass. When I disputed online it told me to make sure my license plate information was updated within 3 days or the violations would stand. I verified my license plate was in fact on my account and always had been. There were violations that had not been resolved from previous dates. I called NJ ezpass, minimum wait of 40 minutes to speak to a *** when you do try, I was told there was a limit on the number of violations that could be resolved. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was connected with ******. She explained to me that because NJ Ezpass is saying the problem is my lic plate not being on the account, it could be anything. NJ Ezpass just tells customers that because they do not know why NY Ezpass rejected the payment. Not surprising after dealing with NJ Ezpass customer **********************. After all was said and done, my payment information had to be updated on my NY account, I was not aware that my stolen credit card was the one used to fund my account. The only tolls accrued in that period were trips to **, so NY ezpass did not request the updated info yet. ****** couldnt help me so I asked for a supervisior. Like 6 days later Aailiyah, Lonells supervisor had call me back. I was told ***** hours. 6 days later, I wasnt expecting the call and missed it. I called back and went through the whole process again. The initial *** transferred me to a supervisor who mumbled her name and refused to give it to me when I asked later on in the conversation. She refused to give me to her supervisor and while i was trying to have her pause my violations, so that I could look into the documentation she was requesting. She hung up on me like a child. NJ Ezpass needs some training or retraining on customer **********************. They are trying to extort EZ Pass customers for $50 a violation because their credit card was stolen and their financials have not yet been updated. Had I been given an accurate reason for payment failure, it would be solved.

EZ pass on its own signed me up for ***** program and then continued to charge me from August 2024 till now. When I have called a about the charges they tell me I was always on this plan. I have called NY EZ pass and they confirm I have never signed up for the program as its for frequent travelers for NY and I have been. NJ resident all my life. This is a fraudulent charge and EZ pass is not listening to my complaint or looking into it. They call it my responsibility but I never signed up for the discount program in the first place.

In June 2024, we received a notice in the EZ Pass toll lane to contact the service center. We were unable to connect with EZ Pass for several days due to problems with the website and app that resulted in a delayed payment to bring out account positive. This created six violations with $50 fees. When we were finally able to log in to the site, the account was positive and the charges disputed. The violations disappeared from our online account and the matter seemed resolved until a second notice arrived in the mail that gave us 7 days to fix the problem. My wife called to speak with a customer service rep and supervisor. The supervisor was rude and laughed at my wife's requests for assistance. I filed a complaint with the State. A few months later we received a letter from a collections agency for the administrative fees. I logged in again to the Ez Pass site and saw the charges were back. I sent another dispute and a service request through the website. Additionally, letters were mailed and emailed to customer service. The site says there will be a reply in 7-10 days. It's been longer than that and we've heard nothing. To the point of the violations, we were told that one could only dispute up to 6 per year. This is not written anywhere in the agreement paperwork for EZ Pass.

On 8/31/24 I was charged $9.00 to go through the toll from NJ to Easton PA. This was for a class 2 vehicle. I only own 1 vehicle and it is a class 1. I always pay $1.50 for this toll. As a matter of fact this is the only toll I go through to visit my sister. I called EZPass twice and both times I was declined for a $7.50 credit to my account. I also mailed a letter on 10/22/24 with no response or no credit. If they did any research they would see I'm always charged $1.50 for that toll. I've also attached my most recent statement showing the usual charge of $1.50. For what they over charged me I can make 5 trips to visit my sister.

Easy pass closed my account and now say I owe them over 600 dollars in fees (not tolls). I was never notified of this. I was trying to login and update my payment information but could not find my account therefore I could not update my information. Today I finally waited for almost a half an hour on hold to get through to a human only to find out they closed my account and are now telling me I have all types of violations.

New Jersey EZ pass has failed to notify Credit Collection Services that payment was received by them on Sept. 20, 2024 in the amount of $75.52 (confirmation number *** *** *** ****. Due to the failure to report this debt as settled, Credit Collection Services continues to report that a debt is owed. NJ EZ Pass has still not recalled the debt, and date of payment has surpassed 60 days.

I am a Pennsylvania EZ Pass customer and NJ EZ Pass is stating that I owe them 7 administrative fees @ $50 each ($350). I also have 7 outstanding tickets totaling $27.20. My EZ Pass transponder has never left my car. NJ EZ Pass is stating that because their system did not read my transponder, I am responsible for the fees. I am more than willing to pay the fees that are due (which should automatically come out of my PA EZ Pass account). I refuse to pay administrative fees when I am a paying EZPass customer. Below is just one of many violation numbers due to the transponder not being read
