    They are horrible at phone wait times. They do not contact you if something is wrong with your order. I called at the beginning of the month and was told that there would be a shipment of my medication going to my doctors office and would arrive in about 10 - 14 days. 14 days later I call to check on the status and was told that my order was never processed. No call was made. I do not have the $1400 its cost to get just a month of the medication. Its the only reason that I am using their patient assistant program, but there is so much problem at trying to get medication sent. I have had to go weeks without medication. Their automated system gives me a tracking number that NEVER works. I am a diabetic and need this medication.

    I went through a barrage of denials from ********. Finally was approved due to heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol, plus obesity. Ive paid $99, $136 and now theyre asking $360 that I cant afford on ********* I asked to move down a tier to the $136 cost, but after 2 weeks its still not available. After close to 5 months, agains aggravation and money, have lost zero pounds.

    Doesnt adhere to new customers for **********************. Have to start at square one continuously. National shortage because they limit the amount of lower doses which you need to start the medication properly. Very dissatisfied. I would give zero stars

    The customer service wait time to speak with a representative is way over 2 hours.The recording states information on the application was missing. The missing info was faxed over to them over 2 weeks ago. It states once they receive it the application will be reviewed upon receipt. The system is not updated and no one answers the phone even after a 2 hour wait. This is not acceptable at all. There are no other options to call. My *************** cant get through either. Whats the point of this program when no one answers the phone?

    I have been on hold to talk to a representative for over 2 hours and no one is answering. Its a shame that a company of such good medicines has such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

    I qualify for patient assistance program. Filed an application twice. Tried to follow up on application. Waited an hour on hold. Representative answered and hung up on me. They are extremely unprofessional and treat their customers/patients like garbage. I've been on Ozempic for 3 months but can no longer afford the outrageous co-pays. It's hard enough to request assistance. It's humiliating and inhumane to have someone fill out forms with their doctor only to have their applications discarded and then put through trying to contact their office for days. NOVO NORDISK SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT CONSUMERS!!

    I give a 2 star rating because this medication (Ozempic) is great! I qualified to get a diabetic medication through ******** Nordisk patient assistance program. I NEED this medication and it is helping with diabetes immensely. I had a problem with the help line (was told incorrect dosing information). Since that time, I have had repeated delivery issues, where I go without medication for weeks! EVERY time I have to contact PAP, I am on hold for ***** minutes and then the issues are not resolved. The medication has to be delivered to my doctors office-per requirements of the foundation. They keep delivering meds on Friday, when the doctors office is closed. I went 4 weeks without the med because reordering the delivery must happen from Mars or something. Just a few weeks ago, the med was delivered again on a Friday and again Im with medication. Recently, I was given information to use a voucher for the med and when I went to the pharmacy, was told all the numbers from the voucher were the same as the last voucher givenit was expired and not redeemable. I called the foundation (again) and waited on hold for 38 minutes and when someone finally answered and asked how they could help me, as I started to speak, I was disconnected. It feels like customers receiving meds from the patient assistance foundation are punished and treated poorly. I receive different medications from other foundations and the patient/assistance process is more dignified and staff are actually helpful. I am assuming users that have great drug plans or are able to pay $500-$1,000 copays are not treated like PAP users. I worked in healthcare all of my life and the goal was always to be patient-centered. Because I cant afford expensive medications doesnt mean I (or anyone) shouldnt be treated with dignity. Does anyone that answers the phone have training and authority to execute an order and delivery? To say Im frustrated is an understatement.

    Zero stars. NovoCare does not care about you. At all. Dropped calls after waiting on hold, little to no communication back when the paperwork is not to their exacting and ridiculous standards, shipments of prescription products to the wrong location, inappropriate use of patient data (documenting a hospitalization of a patient in their records when told specifically not to, which is illegal), I could go on. Truly the worst drug company I have ever interacted with, and I've been in healthcare for 20 years.
