      Worst company ever! 1st my doc didn't semd my insurance info, 1st I tried to call them after receiving ****, hold time was hours! Then I downloaded app and had hard time putting my insurance in. I'm a senior widow now on ********, embarrassed about that to start with. Thought I got my info in then received past due ****. Then i tapped on msg option, put all info into there. Said 3-5 day response, after 5 days another msg, this went on 5 times, finally got enail, they ****ed wrong ******** (i have Highmark Wholecare) they ****ed Highmark gateway. After about 6 wks and finally get msg back, several msgs back from all my sent msgs. Saying they sent to my insurance (not my insu) Been checking app, now there's 3 ****ing numbers, the one on my **** (says paid) 2nd ****ing number says paid and 3rd ****ing number says i owe almost ******. I'm on fixed imcome and looks like they've been paid for same **** 3 times! No sane way to reach a person at all. I have severe anxiety issues and this is causing more at this point. I do have screenshots of 3 ****ing numbers and 3rd saying I owe them after 1st 2 said insurance pd whole **** for my annual bloodwork. Honestly don't know what to do now. I'm on ******** for a reason! My hubby passed 1 year ago and no choice but ********. Have limited income from his SS (survivor benefits) ************ is causing more than stress and anxiety. Everything in Highmark Wholecare site says they cover bloodwork in full. Need help with this desperately. Hoping i can add screenshots here I took today showing 3 ****ing numbers and what they say. Honestly believe they're illegally submitting 3 claims for same bloodwork, same day, same amount.

      Wow, I wish I had read these awful reviews before getting bloodwork done here. Get your bloodwork anywhere other than the Quest Diagnostics on ************* in ******. An appointment means nothing. I waited over an hour from my scheduled appointment time only to be stuck in a back room along a wall and forgotten about. They had a room full of fasting people waiting for bloodwork and they ordered ********** and stopped taking customers back for bloodwork while peope ate. I sat in a waiting room being coughed on by sick people for over an hour. It was awful. The guy who took my blood left a nasty bruise on my arm, which hasn't happened in 30 years. Their check in system is a joke. I elecgronically scanned both sides of my insurance card, got a message that it was successful and then was had to have the tech take my insiurance information again. I'm not sure how they stay in business. And now based on the lousy reviews, I'll be waiting way too long for my results.

      Run for the hills as you will receive benefits but Question Diagnostics fails to pay its portion of the bill and sends you the full bill without insurance adjustments. After 10 months of continued failure to pay its portion, after repeated phone calls that took over 1 hr to talk to someone and get disconnected, I thought this posting may assist others from experiencing the same issues. Stay away from Quest Diagnostics, *********** and PHCS.

      Wish I could leave no stars. Horrible phone service. Went through pressing a million buttons only to still be on hold for over an hour! You can't even call your local Quest and get answers. Agents on the phone are not even able to help you!.

      I did an exam in August and gave my card for payment, which wasn't done right away. Days later, I received a bill. When I went to pay, I realized the bill was for an exam I took earlier in the year, for which I shouldn't have paid anything at all. After countless failed attempts, I managed to speak to someone who asked me to send an email explaining what happened so they could issue a refund. Today is September 16th, and they still haven't issued the refund. No one responds to emails, no one calls me, no updates, nothing... but hey, they are so fast to charge you!

      NO ONE should trust a bill from Quest. They DO NOT work with insurance companies and what they bill has often already been paid by insurance. Someone truly needs to look into how much "double money" this company is making from patients who "fear owing on a bill" and pay; the bill has likely already been paid or negotiated by their insurance...patients are being scammed. PS I choose 0 stars but the system only allows 1.

      NO customer support via phone. (ALL options on the phone tree lead to a recorded message.)Have to drive 1.5 hours to a collection center and can't even get a question answered that could negate the reason for the ********** WASTE OF TIME.

      Quest is the poster child for horrible service. I had basic liver profile blood draw which should be 1-2 day result. After a week, nothing. The only way they give to "talk" to someone is a phone number that after literally 60 minute hold, it hung up on me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

      Fasted all day for my blood work. Paid the 3 previous bills amounting to 40 dollars and the technician refused to do my scheduled blood work as it said on the computer payment pending even when I showed him the screen shot of the 3 bills paid. It's really money before health with his company. Technician was also rude and arrogant..
