      I went to this location on ****** blvd in ****** ks to get a test redone for both my children because quest messed up the first test . My five year old was scared to have his blood drawn a second time. The woman acted extremely irritated with us and wouldnt let my other child who also had to have the test redone come back with us to hold his hand so I had to leave her in the waiting room by herself. She didnt even try to look up the lab order, didnt even ask for the doctors name that ordered the test and told me I had to call the doctors office for a third time and drive all the way 50 minutes from where I live a third time to try and get the test redone. She was slamming her keyboard keys to the point a nurse walked up behind her and asked her if she needed help all while my child was clinging to me crying because he was scared. Extremely unprofessional and should not be drawing any blood on children.

      ******************************** - ZERO STARS!!! I've never had a more horrible experience with a drug testing company than this particular Quest Diagnostics location in *******, **. EVER!! When I arrived the woman taking my urine sample had to call her manager because she couldn't get through the computer system to start my test. I went outside and the waiting room was so backed up people were standing around the perimeter of the room and every seat was taken. I was there over and hour and a half! I was told the test results would take 3-5 business days. Nope! My results took 10 business days! They took so long that the Goya, one of the ONLY companies with full time work in ******, ** ended up finding another person through another agency and I lost this job!!!!!!!!! I needed a local job to be near my family member and now have to find another job outside of the town!! This was the WORST drug testing experience I have EVER gone through in my life!! The fact that I lost this job is so incredibly frustrating!!! Do NOT use this testing facility if you can avoid it! Go to their site in *****, ** where I was in and out within 20 minutes!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

      Worst place to go. No person to answer questions. And if you catch one in the door they are short with you and tell you, you have to wait for your appointment. This isn't the first time. Crestview FL office stay away go somewhere else. I have a special needs child and they have no clue how to handle him. They couldn't even get blood because they scared him bad with the way they do it. Not child friendly. Will never use them again.

      The worst place a doctor can send you to get blood work. I have never had to wait this long for my blood work past 3 days. Why doctors would use them is beyond me. Its been a week and I called they said one is delayed till September 30. I took my blood work on July 31st.

      Today on 8/7/25 at 2:20 pm I had a drop off specimens at the location in the city of *******, I had a really bad experience with the lab technician today [ ****] was rude for no reason. In a dismissive tone. barely made eye contact and acted like I was a bother. It was an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction.

      Read the reviews before you select this company. There is no guarantee of when you will be seen even with an appointment. Not enough chairs for the people waiting, and very small waiting room. People bringing 3+ people with them so even less room. Constantly behind on appointments (30 minutes to an hour) and not able to tell you when youll be seen. No staff to communicate with those waiting, just a machine. People waiting in the waiting area rude, blasting music, and talking on cellphones. I came in assessed the noise level and lack of available seating and went outside. I came back inside 20 minutes later, the same woman was still blasting her phone. I politely asked the woman to turn her phone down, as per the sign in the waiting room, and I have a medical condition, and multiple people in the waiting room berated me and called me rude. Staff did nothing to resolve this issue nor did they care. This is discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ive left a ****** Review, answered their online survey they sent me after my appointment with my negative experience, and called their customer ********************** number and left a voicemail requesting a call back. No one has contacted me back. The only conclusion is this entire company does not care about their reputation and prioritize making money, not customer experience, ********************** professionalism, or legal practices. Avoid this location and maybe the entire company all together.

      ***This review is specifically for the my interaction with the Quest Diagnostics location at **************************************************My panel from this site showed a dangerously high value. Alarmed, I rushed to the specialist *** oversees my six-month medication regimen (I was four months in). He referred me to another doctor *** focuses on that abnormality; her office repeated the test in-house, and the result was completely normalstrongly suggesting the original reading was inaccurate.Because of Quests report, my medication is now on hold for at least a month and I may need to restart the entire, very expensive course, which also requires monthly labs. The two unplanned specialist visits added further cost. Throughout this period I dealt with severe anxiety, constant stress, and several sleepless nights.Over the past three weeks, my parent (on my behalf), have phoned this Quest location repeatedly. Twice a supervisor promised to investigate and call back, but no one ****** my opinion, the likely false result, added expenses, treatment delay, and unanswered calls raise serious concerns about this sites quality control and customer **********************. I am considering formal action to resolve the matter.

      Protocols and the law are not followed and customer ********************** will avoid dealing with the problem. My ex husband signed up online to schedule an appointment to get his blood work done (You have to be 18 years of age or older). The day of the appointment he manipulated staff to draw our minor daughters blood. Staff illegally changed a doctors order to a different patients name and dob who also is a MINOR. If youre a minor an outside doctors order is required. Staff at the ************************************** location completed disregarded protocols, procedures and the law. I have been attempting to gather documentation and answers since September 2024 but quest continues to avoid dealing with this issue.

      The automated tablet at most of the labs do not work very well it all. Now I been waiting almost an 1 hr on a simple text I had to fast for only to find out it didn't register me after the hall the pages of login info I had to sign and even when a clerk came to help it still didnt register me. Hopefully this new annoying tech cost them more money.

      I'm an independent physician and am writing a review because Quest has been so poor with their customer **********************. I sent a ******************** for testing for hepatitis....ACUTE hepatitis...and his test came back positive, but Quest didn't get the results to me, EVER. The patient finally called, and after 2 weeks, was able to get the bloodwork results, though they had been completed a few days after the blood draw. Needless to say I was upset. My staff called Quest. We started a 'ticket' about the problem. We never heard back. We called again and were assured that someone would get back to us within a day. They never did. We called again, and got a run-around. This has never been addressed, and there doesn't seem to be any avenue for us to talk to someone higher up. This is not the first time we've had problems, but it's the worst case, and was a significant potential patient safety/qoc issue. Luckily the patient is fine.I used to send all my patients to Quest for their bloodwork, and I will now very specifically be making sure they go ANYWHERE else.
