      The Friedlam Partners do not care about their properties. I have been living at the Domain Apartments since January of 2021 and the Friedlam Partners has allowed this facility to switch management and maintenance teams at least 6 times since I have been here. Every time a new team comes, the work orders are completed but the work has not been done. The facility will order parts for one unit and then give the part to another unit with no communication. There is no checks and balances. This a very unprofessional facility and Friedlam Partners knows of these issues but nothing is done. I would not recommend someone to move here because in the end you will be disappointed. People are moving out just as fast as they are moving in. The front office does not answer the phone and when you go into the office, no one knows nothing. The only reason I am doing this review is because I have had a work order since August of 2022 for my Central Air Unit and my toilet and as of today 05/10/23 nothing has been done. The maintenance man has quit and I have not seen any maintenance man back. This is sad. I would not want any one to be treated like this especially when you work hard to pay your bills and you cannot even enjoy your home due to work orders not being completed in a timely matter. So please be careful when looking for some where to move to because the Friedlam Partners property is not it. Unless you ok with not having all your amenities that you are charged for.

      I would like someone to call me asap regarding the rent price increase please. I have lived here for 5 years and the most my rent has increased is to $50. I would like to know why the price has increased almost $200. My apartment building is still not labeled so people know where to go. The trash compactor is constantly broken and looks disgusting when you pull in or leave because trash bags etc are built up and its the first thing we have to see when coming home or leaving. My building had branches cut several months ago and still has not been cleaned up. When is the last time our plants around our buildings have been cared for? The office has a sprinkler to care for those plants. When is the last time our buildings have been pressure washed? When is the last time the ground has been refreshed in the pet area? When is the last time the holes in the roads repaired? Why do we never know when pest control is coming, but we pay a monthly fee.Yet we pay a community fee. Where is the money going to take care of your residents? The only positive for this complex is the maintenance men. They go over and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. **** has been over the top since he started here and I hope he is recognized for everything he does.Please email or call me regarding this email

      Decent and quick maintenance, but rent has gone up 20% every year since they bought the place.It eats up almost all of my SS money. They don't consider that older folks may be homeless since low income housing is almost non-existent here They now have a large vacancy rate here. Wonder why...I am disappointed and scared about *************.Do better, please, and find compassion for long term loyal tenants.

      Friedlam does the absolute bare minimum for their tenants. I live in ******************** in *********, **. I have had many issues over the years I have lived here but this last one was by far the worse. I contacted Friedlam Partners last Wednesday to inform them that I did not have hot water. Maintenance did come by and said the pilot light would not stay lit so I would need another unit (although this one is only a few months old). I understood Thanksgiving was the next day and there would be a delay but I didnt expect it to take over a week. ***** the apartment manager is extremely rude and does not keep you informed or updated when you have a problem. She specifically told me she would order the new water heater on Wednesday then on Tuesday said that she was ordering a part.. I was not given updates or an adequate answer as to when it would be fixed basically. I finally have hot water after a week. My thanksgiving was ruined because I had family coming from out of town and had to get them a hotel room. I'm sure I won't be compensated at all for this but I did get the text message about Rent Is Due. Plus, do not expect adequate parking, decent landscaping or for your issues to be taken serious.
