    In February 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado conducted a file review and found that this company has a pattern of complaints alleging failure of the business to fulfill delivery of orders within their promised processing time, failure to provide promised refunds, not receiving accurate tracking numbers and issues with receiving replies to their inquiries.  BBB contacted the company about this pattern of complaints and has not received a response.

      On November 25, 2023 (Black Friday), I purchased $79.20 worth of apparel from this website. They promised that it would come before Christmas because "everyone deserves something special underneath their Christmas tree". However, it did not come before Christmas. I emailed them to change the delivery address to my college address and they quickly responded agreeing to change the address. Now, in June 2024 no items were sent. I've emailed them again demanding a full refund and they do not respond. My bank wont let me file a chargeback because it's past 60 days of the purchase.

      I ordered from vivere website on April 30th. 2024. Got a receipt from *******, (the web platform that sets up the web store,) I’ve emailed many times and Instagramed many times! No one responds. No tracking. Nothing. I was scammed. They stole my money and no one can help. ******* seems not to care. They claim to be secure but they set up these scammers to charge money for nothing.

      I recently purchased from this company (Vivere.la) and they told me that the order will arrive in 3-4 days which I paid extra for. Today I received an email stating that it will now take 10-15 business days which is not what I paid for. I would like a refund and from everybody else that I’ve seen, orders can take from 6-8 months to deliver.

      I ordered 5 items on April 14, 2024. Order #****** One of the items arrived in the wrong size. I immediately began emailing the address stated on the website 'to begin a return.' ********************** I have never received a response after numerous attempts. There is no phone number to call on the website.

      found the clothing brand on Instagram two years ago when it was an actual brand got clothes from them then and it was fine, got a second order that was really messed up and never fixed but had spoken to the owner and was assured it would be fixed and was supposed to receive extra stuff and a refund with my last order this did not happen I have been trying to contact them since November 2023 with no success after an initial conversation of me, saying I hadn't received a package in December 2023 i and hundreds of other people i've been commenting on their post constantly asking where our packages are to which they do not reply.. they recently made a post saying that their site is closing. and I do not want them to get away with all the people they've scammed money out of

      This happened on the 7th of march I bought 2 items from vivere.la and I am yet to receive my order I am sure this is a scam and would like a full refund. It says it ships in 3-4 days and it has still not shipped and upon further investigation I discovered this website is likely a scam and would like my money back.

      In early November of 2023 i placed an order on the Vivere la website for some slippers and a t shirt. I was informed in an email after a month that the slippers i ordered would require some more wait since they were in demand. I waited another month and still did not receive any updates or my order. Now it has been 6 months and i still have not received any updates on my order.

      I ordered a sweatshirt on 01/26/2024 and still have not received even a confirmation of shipping. I have emailed the support email twice, once in February and once earlier this month and haven’t gotten a response to either of them. Order number ******

The package hasn’t been shipped yet and other customers have reported not receiving there orders in over a year.       placed an order about 2 months ago that has still not shipped and no update has been given. i have emailed and contacted them multiple times and have gotten no response. ideally i would like the item i’ve purchased but at this point the company does not seem to even have real items to sell, so a refund seems to be in order
