In February 2024, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado conducted a file review and found that this company has a pattern of complaints alleging failure of the business to fulfill delivery of orders within their promised processing time, failure to provide promised refunds, not receiving accurate tracking numbers and issues with receiving replies to their inquiries.  BBB contacted the company about this pattern of complaints and has not received a response.

    On October 27th 2024 I ordered 2 items from Vivere.la for a total of $109. The items ordered were a t shirt and pair of shoes. I received an email from them on the 31st of October stating that they were still working on my order and that it would take 10 to 15 business days. After hearing nothing else for almost two months I emailed them on December 18th 2024 getting no response in return. I’ve emailed them twice since then on January 23rd 2025 and on the 29th of January 2025. Both still resulting in no response.

    I used a Visa gift card I received on Christmas to buy a “Random Item” which is heavily advertised on Memento Vivere’s website. After placing my order, the order details said the package should’ve been shipped within 3-4 business days. It has now been over a month and I have tried reaching out to the seller, but my order status is still listed as “Order Placed”

    I ordered 2 packages from them and never received anything. Hundreds of people have been scammed by them as well but Vivere has never said ANYTHING about it. They don’t respond to dms, but they post on their instagram every week deleting comments and trying to act like they didn’t scam hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars.

    On September 28, 2024 I placed an order of $90.81 for clothing from this business. I received a message days later being told it would take 10-15 business days to ship. It has been months without my package shipped, or even an update. I tried contacting their support email, and also contacting them on their instagram to no avail. I have attached images of my order being placed, their email saying it would take 10-15 days to ship, and my email asking for an update on shipping. I’ve heard from others that this company has a consistent problem not shipping out orders. I would like a refund if possible. Thank you very much for your time.

    The business in question (A clothing brand), known by the name Vivere.la, has failed to ship the orders of myself, and others. The orders vary in price as low as $15-$150+.

    I placed an order almost a month ago , tracking status still says it hasn’t even been shipped yet . I figured I’d wait it out and decided to look up some reviews for the company and found out that this has been happening to tons of people . Some people waiting over a year for packages. I reached out last week for a refund and they never responded to me after multiple attempts.

    I purchased several items from their online store. The total amounted to $116, and I purchased on 9/5/24. I’ve emailed the company on several occasions and got pushback that they had order influx. At this point, It’s January, I don’t have a tracking number, no communication. They blocked me on social media and refuse to give me an answer when I request a refund. I’ve sent at least 8+ emails with no response.

    I placed an order with this company, back on November 22,2024. Only received one email saying my order was processing, but after that email i haven’t received anything in over a month. No update when I messaged the company, they do not reply. I have read other people waiting for a year and they haven’t gotten anything. I would like my money back

    I have placed two different orders with this company within the past year and have received tracking numbers for one orders and im just being completely ignored about the other one. I’ve not received either order or have been contacted back about a refund. All my emails are being ignored and tracking numbers are not working. This is the tracking for my first order in the amount of 35.71$ ******************************  And my second order was in the amount of 38.91$ They haven't given me a valid tracking number on this order but the order number is *****. And i have proof of the purchases.

    I bought several clothing items from the vivere.la website on the 13th of this month. I paid for the 2-3 days shipping but its been 13 days and I haven't received the package. I contacted the business twice via the email, they never replied. I wonder if I got scammed or not. I perfer that they just send me the stuff and update me with information like the tracking number. If they can't do that, just refund me. Main thing is communication.
