    I purchased a bottle of power steering fluid on 11-29-2024 from Henderson Chevrolet for $20.58 cash but the product was the wrong part number. I returned product on 11-29-30 and asked for a refund. I was told by the sales person that I could not receive a cash refund but I could get refund by check.

    I went in for an oil change. They said I needed an air filter, so I also got this done. Price ok everything ok. Next day check engine light came on. I couldn't take time off right away eventually called they said I need an appointment in order to come in and have the problem fixed. no fee mentioned. I called the 2weeks later this now about a month later and I'm informed I would be charged diagnostic. "Just in case it is not due to the air filter" was the reasoning I was given. I'm reaching out to BBB because clearly, I had no check engine light or issues with car until after the oil change and air filter. and now I am being charged? who is to say that they just would say it is something else rather than the oil change or air filter just so that I would be charged additionally. Now my car shakes and codep1101 is popping up clearly it is something that they did.

    I was called to come in. I came in they checked air filter. Told me it's fine. Didn't check anything that had to do with the oil change which overfilling can cause p1101 code as well. Mentioned nothing about fee waive or diagnostic.

    On 11/2/24, I went into the dealership to look at a car. They ran a credit report and a trade in evaluation for my current car and we were negotiating regarding the trade in value and the price of the car. They decided to run my card for a deposit amount before I signed any form of a sales contract (I did not in any form sign a sales contract). I have contacted the dealership 3 times asking them to reverse the charge. The first time was on 11/2/24 in person at the dealership. Second was over the phone on 11/4/24 with a representative of the dealership. 3rd was over text to the same representative describing no services/goods were rendered, therefore this charge needs to be reversed. Each time, they have said they would reverse the charge, however the last time, they said I am required to revisit the dealership in person in order for the charge to be refunded. I have nor will I ever receive goods/services from this dealership, this charge needs to be reversed.     I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with my recent vehicle lease from Henderson, ******************************. Three weeks ago, I leased a Silverado Custom to replace my soon-to-expire Blazer RS. Believing the lease was finalized, I made personal modifications and drove the vehicle for ***** miles. On 09/27, **** *******, the representative who completed the lease, informed me I needed to return the vehicle due to unresolved financing issues. This was a complete shock, as I had ensured all details were in order during the leasing process.For context,June 2023, an issue occurred with the ******************* App, where automatic payments appeared submitted but were later denied due to "insufficient funds." Despite four years of no prior problems, I was unaware of this. As a result, my vehicle was repossessed in February 2024 due to what appeared to be six months of missed payments. I quickly resolved the issue and reclaimed my vehicle. However, my credit score suffered due to the *************** frustration is rooted in the fact that I have done nothing wrong, yet I am now being unfairly penalized due to what appears to be a technical glitch. Despite a $2,500 down payment, Mr. ******* repeatedly assured me everything was fine. I asked multiple times if the deal was solid, but he misled me with reassurances. After I signed all paperwork and received the bill of sale, Mr. ******* congratulated me on my new truck.Since his message, Ive tried to contact him and provided all requested documentation, but he has gone silent. *** also reached out to the sales and finance managers with no response. I am deeply concerned about making my first payment since I cannot access the vehicle via ************* and I worry about registering it on time.I am seeking your help to resolve this unfair situation, as I followed all procedures in good faith and am now facing undue hardship. I appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    I paid $30,000 for a vehicle that was to be delivered between May 10th and 13th, 2024. I inquired on the 13th about the whereabouts of my vehicle. They told me shipping was delayed and it could be a month before I could get my vehicle. I asked for a full refund. They said they could not give me a refund on Monday the 13th because it requires two people to sign off on the check. I checked back the following day as instructed, no check was available on Tuesday the 14th. I am now formally filing a complaint as I believe this to be their customary business practice.

    On 12/19/2023 I bought a **** **C **** Denali dually from *****/******* at Henderson Chevrolet. I spent $110,000+ dollars on this truck at this dealership and all I got was empty promises just for me to make the purchase, luckily all of the stuff promised to me to make the sale was documented and written in my closing paperwork, I have spoken to my attorney and was advised to try to reach out to them which I have done on so many levels, I've left the salesman, manager, desk manager, general manager, secretary (whoever answers the phone) voicemails and emails. The salesman now has very rudely blocked me and sent me some rude text messages. I even visited the dealership twice to receive my weather mats that were promised and were supposed to take only 2 weeks or less to arrive and ship to my house then they sent me to another dealership location where the manager at that location looked at me and laughed at me while demanding an additional $500 for the same mats that had agreed on prior to making the purchase of this truck. I am asking for a resolution on this matter ASAP. I also would like the ** of this establishment to reach directly out to me. By the way my loan was with ** Financial and i just got paperwork that it's with BOA, luckily, I have the finance managers number and he said that his boss/director switched it over without telling him or me being the customer in this case that spent allot of money at this dealership....

    We had our 2013 ***** Malibu checked out 5 times by Henderson ***** from June 3rd to July 21. for the same issue, check engine light. Multiple repairs were made. Invoices are attached and totals $2,210.67. We were without a vehicle for weeks and there was poor communication from technician. After the last drop off on 7/21, we were told that they were not going to continue throwing parts at the vehicle and offered a $500 refund if we signed a release agreement. We have not received the funds nor has there been any further communication on the refund. The Malibu completely stopped working on 7/25/23, therefore, the repairs made were not the issue in which were needed. Requesting refund of full amount paid.

    August 2022 my truck was brought in for repairs after a collision. After more than 45 days my truck was returned with a heavily damaged tailgate. I had to leave my tailgate at the dealership so that they could fix the damage that they caused. While they had my tailgate the top dust cap was also damaged, the damage to my tailgate was never fully repaired because the inside is still just bare metal , and my bed liner mat was stolen out of the back of my truck. When I spoke with the representative via email. He promised to replace my stolen bedliner mat and also send me a new tailgate dust cap. I did receive a bedliner mat but it was nothing like the one that was in my vehicle, and I never saw the other parts either.

    I purchased a new vehicle from this company. They sold me an extended warranty that was supposed to be 7 year 100k miles. ********** the warranty policy came to me as 7 year 70k miles. I have tried to get information from the company and get the matter resolved, but they will not return my calls and I have no other recourse but to get assistance. I only want what was sold to me.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Although the business is going to refund my money and cancel the policy.   I still believe that other consumers need to be aware and protected from the deceptive business practices by this business.  The business contacted me finally on Monday of this week.  They informed me that there "wasn't even a 7 year 100k mile warranty available".  That leads me to believe that the company was intentionally trying to defraud me...offering a product that did not exist and then hoping that I wouldn't notice that they had bait and switched me with a lesser product than was offered at the time of sale.  I am fortunate that I was diligent in my review of the whole situation or I would have found after about 5 years that I did not have the coverage that was promised...at that point I would have had no recourse.  For me to accept this response, I believe that the company should produce the product sold to me.  At this point yes I may get my money back, but what about the more than 10 hours that I have spent trying to track this down...I can never get the time back.

    Dear Chevrolet Senior Management Personnel, On 8/24/2022, I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado, with Vin# 1GCGTEEN0KXXXXXXX at *** N Gibson Rd, Henderson, NV XXXXX. Unfortunately, upon purchase, we were handed 1 single very worn-out key. The images or icons can hardly be read. The problem is that the key situation was not clearly informed to us that we'd only get the 1 single key no matter the condition. We were also informed after purchase that we could not get a 2nd key as in any dealership regarding keys(2) you are allowed. Your Salesman told us "It is what it is, a Used Vehicle!" ?????? Very disrespectful Patrick ***** To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a replacement key and an additional key for this vehicle Sir/Madame. Enclosed are copies of the original key we were given.
