On 7-21-24 I made a pure chase with The Concealed Coalition immediately after purchase and realizing what I had purchased I email rage collection for a refund. They instructed me to call and request refund. But when calling the customer service agent could not provide a refund. This website is a complete scam. Stay far away.Business Response

You were charged for the months that your subscription was active. You have called in to cancel your subscription and no longer will be charged monthly. I am rejecting this response because: I spoke by phone with ****, a representative of Concealed Coalition, Inc.
**** had a meeting with her supervisors of "Concealed Coalition, Inc.", at approximately 1406 hours,Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
**** Stated, the supervisors / company refused to refund the total amount, $120.37, due to their refund policy, but stating they will ONLY refund $14.00 for the hard copy of the training certificate, which I had NOT received, due to NOT taking the examine.
I did NOT argue and/or threaten **** and/or any other representative, I was professional, thanked **** for her attempts, and stated to ********** will continue with my pursuit.I will send Concealed Coalition, Inc. a certified demand letter. Once mailed, I will download to BBB for their review / records, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your Concealed Carry Weapons Certification. We realize that the process can be confusing at times. We make it a point to be known for our **************** and would like to resolve this situation as soon as possible. We have a very strict No Refund Policy that is posted on our site. In addition, this is not your concealed carry permit. That would be illegal. This is, however, valuable education necessary to safely carry a weapon concealed. We have thousands of happy and certified members. It is the responsibility of the consumer (yourself) to research and become familiar with your State and County Concealed Carry Rules, Qualifications and Laws. They mislead me, I was not told from the beginning, I would need to travel to **** to qualify with my firearm. Besides this, since I hold a Texas Concealed license, they should have stated that I had no need for an OHIO license since OHIO has reciprocity with TEXAS.
Concealed Coalition, Inc. has this knowledge, but fails to express it.

On or around the 26th of March I looked up conceal and carry and was directed to this site for the state of *********. When you read the website it explains you take an online course, if you pass the test you get certified. After you take the online class to get your certificate you pay *****. , if you want to add another person it was ******. I expected another video to come up for my husband. After you make your payment is when they tell you about the 4 hour class wed both have to take 45 minutes away in a hotel conference room. The more I read its role playing in gun situations. When I called to get a refund I was told because I watched the 10 minute video I owed that money. Its no refund. None of this is explained up front. Only after you have paid for it. This is extremely misleading and corrupt.Business Response

Dr ***** our website states that the state of Wisconsin requires classroom training. We offer additional online supplemental instructions with classroom instruction. The online course and test that you took was a Qualification test. The website states once you pass the test the next step is to schedule your in person training with livefire. You paid for the class itself and you also purchased a Family and Friend add-on which allows you to bring a guest to class with you, you also purchased an Arizona non-resident certificate, this brought your total to $119.97. It also has a refund policy that you have to click on to read that policy. Its very misleading and under handed. And when I called to get a refund I was told that because I took the online class I had to take the in person class because its a bundle. The website states, Step 1: Complete your instructional requirements by watching our short instructional video for free. Step 2: Pass our ********************************************************************************************************** person training with live fire training. As you can see step 1, lets you know that you are not paying for the video. The website makes it clear in step 2 that you will need to schedule your in-person class with live fire training. On or around 5 Dec 2023, I paid "Concealed Coalition" in ********* for online training to gain a MO Concealed Carry Permit which I was advised would count in MO. I paid $79.99 and was told they would send me a certificate to gain onsite training here in ** to complete the requirements. No certificate was ever provided after online training, I sent several emails in Jan and Feb to no avail. I called the company and they advised there are no returns or refunds and they refused to provide me the certificate as well. They advised it was my fault I didn't call them sooner even though I sent several emails in which they did reply. I asked who the person was who replied and they advised it was a automatic response but the email did not say it was an unattended email address. I requested a manager and she refused to provide one to discuss these issues. This business, even though it is not part of the BBB network, is a scam! They have no intention of providing any service for any monetary value in which I paid. I am asking for a complete refund. They deserve an "F" as a business and needs to be investigated by law enforcement to ensure they are actually a business or not.Business Response

We have reviewed your account and found the several notes that were added on March 1st, 2024 and March 6th, 2024. Following is a synopsis of those calls.
3/1/24 - ******** purchased on 12/5/23. ******** called in and requested refund. Agent explained no refund policy. ******** became irate with agent - cursing at her and threatening to *** our company. Agent wished customer a good day and disconnected call. At this point the agent added the customer name for account review.
3/6/24 - ******** Service Supervisor reviewed the customer account as well as the 20 minute initial call with customer. Stated that agent reviewed all eMails with the customer. Following is a copy of the eMail: Hello *****, I understand you are requesting a refund as you have not received the items from your order. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I assure you that this is not a scam and we are here to resolve the is*** for you. Please note that I am not authorized to is*** refunds, so to process a refund securely and as part of our identity verification process, it is necessary that you speak with one of our customer service representatives over the phone. I kindly ask you to contact our customer service center at ************** during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8AM - 7PM CST. They will assist you promptly with your refund request. 3/6/24 - **** Center Supervisor notes - ****s with this customer have been reviewed. This customer is hostile and vulgar towards agents. Due to his temperament, I am issuing a refund as he is not a candidate to attend our in-person classes. We are refusing service at this time.
The notes on our account reveal that you did in fact receive multiple eMails and that those eMails were reviewed with you over the phone. You have been refunded. Our customer service team has been directed to not have any further conversations with you.
