The business needs to provide documentation indicating a zero balance on said account. I initiated claim with the BBB after having paid the due amount at the time. The fact that the business did not want to respond to either the BBB or myself until now is erroneous and derelict.

On 2/29/2024, I had received a Fraud Notification for my Reliacard (Childsupport). I had responded back NO, to the charge, but this was one of many that were charged. At 11:07AM CST, I received an email with my information on it (wrong last name and another NON-WORKING phone number). I was confused as to what the charge actually was because I had never heard of this company, nor would I use my child support card for it. I called into the company and asked what it was and why it says that I ordered a concealed carry license when I already have a *********************************************. I explained that I did NOT purchase this and I wanted my money back. It had only been 15 minutes since I had allegedly purchased a product that I don't need. She said well we don't do refunds, BUT I can offer you a $100.00 Restaurant.com gift certificate. This does not even make the slightest bit of sense. Among the 6 different places that charged my card this morning, this is the ONLY place even located in *****************. I have started a dispute with the credit card company and I have also filed a complaint with the ************************ under report #*********. I will also be reporting this to Online Crimes. Thankfully, I caught this within 15 minutes of receiving the email and they told me there was nothing that they could do. I have cancelled my debit card and will continue to fight these charges. They said that I purchased:******** Certificate (In Person)$89.991 Universal Concealed Carry Holster$29.001 AZNR + FLNR Certificate$14.991 Come to find out this is a certificate for ******* and *******. Concealed Coalition solicits by email certification for concealed carry permits. They accepted my credit card payment of approximately $200 and then sent a message that qualification is not available in my area. I am attaching documentation of same. These guys are crooks.Business Response

The class you scheduled and completed with us was on June 17, 2023 at 8:30a in *******, *********. At the time of purchase you also elected to be enrolled in our Concealed Coalition University. We do not have record of you contacting our **************** in regards to these charges, however, I see that on March 8, 2024 your bank disputed these charges. I have been charged $259.99 for a concealed carry permit from this business. I never received anything back from them. They appear to be fraudulent. So the charge was on September 11 2023 according to my bank statement. I knew this was fraudulent and I opened a fraud case for this charge. The bank which is key bank gave me a conditional credit until they finished their investigation. I now see they reversed the charge back to my bank account recently as I noticed on my bank statement. I did not receive any item card nothing and they took my money which was $259.99. This is fraudulent. I tried calling the company but no response. What can I do about this? This is wrong. When you purchased your Firearms Safety Course from ** on September 10, 2023 it appears that you may have given us an inaccurate eMail address as well as a different number than the one you provided here. I have, however, located your account. All of your scheduling information, a downloadable certificate of completion, Next Steps and purchase information were sent to the eMail address that you provided to us. We have no way of knowing if you eMail address is correct or not. When reviewing your payment information I see that there was no attempt to contact our **************************** You also filed a chargeback and were awarded the total amount of $259.99 on 10/16/23. We can not refund to you something that you have already received. We hate to see that you have gone to the lengths of filing a complaint with the BBB. Our phone records indicate that you have only attempted to contact our *************************** once. That date was on January 8th, ****, indicating "one inbound call abandoned." and that the caller did not stay on the line to speak to anyone. There is also no incoming eMail history from the address given. If you had attempted to speak with one of our extremely helpful **************** Agents they would have resent an eMail to you that would contain the certificate that you are claiming you were never sent. You also made reference to the receipt that you have in your possession. When you successfully completed your certification course the final page contains this receipt as well as a link to download and print your Concealed Carry Certification. I have attached screenshots of your purchase for reference. In a good faith effort to resolve this matter, I will personally eMail you a copy of your certificate in the next 10 minutes.
At this time we consider this complaint resolved and that no further action needs to be taken on our behalf. Stay safe. Stay concealed.

I BOUGHT A SERVICE PLAN FOR CONCEALED CARRY.
I WAS GOING TO GET A CERTIFICATE FOR CONCEALED CARRY AND THEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT CONCEALED CARRY WHICH IS REQUIRED BY LAW!
HOWEVER THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE APPOINTMENT HAS A 3 MONTH WAITING PERIOD AND I HAVE TO TRAVEL 40 MILES 1 WAY!
I WOULD LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG OR TRAVEL THAT FAR!

Website lists conceal carry permit online. after filling out a questionaire you are told you qualify, next question do you want to do it online or in person? As it they are presenting the permit is availible online i selected online . Then after a gun safety video they ask you to pay 459 FOR THE CERTIFICATE ! there are extras if you want a copy mailed and if you want a holster with it etc . which i did , the next screen says you now need to schedule the in person part before you get the permit!!! i emailed them saying their website was missleading, they responded to call a 800 # MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. which i did the lady said did you take the 6 hour course ? no i said' "well we sent you the link for it" i checked my email no link, she said while you were on our website it was availible, i told her there were a lot of complaints about this and i would not purse this on return of my money ' her response was you should have clicked on the last sentence of our website under REFUNDS before clicking on anything on their website. i know that you have received alot of complaints so you can add me to the list !!Business Response

We want to clarify that while we provide quality training that meets the necessary requirements for your Concealed Weapons permit based on your state, we are unable to issue the permit itself. To obtain your concealed carry permit, you will need to work directly with your state and submit the required documents.
As part of your state's training curriculum, Live Fire training is required in addition to the online classroom training that we offer. Please note that we do not have control over the specific requirements set by your state.
Additionally, as outlined in our refund policy on our website, we are unable to offer refunds for the online training or certificate once they have been provided.Initial Complaint

We provide you with quality training that is necessary for your Concealed Weapons permits based on your state, but we can not offer you a permit. To obtain your concealed weapon permit you have to go through your state and provide the necessary documents.
