      I placed an order with Lens.com in May 2022, which I am still paying for. I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to the order/receipt at the time. Also still waiting for the rebate! Same ole song & dance....COVID....COVID....COVID. I went to reorder and NOTICED THEY WERE CHARGING ME $ 112.00 IN TAXES on a $300 order. I contacted them in a live chat. They said that it is for taxes and their service to me. I find that absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I canceled that order and went to 1.800.CONTACTS.

      The lowest expectation a customer can have is simply that the order will be processed and arrive on the date the company advises. In this respect Lens.Com is a complete failure. I reached out to Lens.Com to find out status of order as there was a delivery time of August 5-9, and today is August 8, and customer service advised me that they have NO IDEA WHEN ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED. I am signed up to get alerts on my order.., did I receive any alerts? No. This is an example of a completely incompetent company with the only remedy provided to upgrade to overnight delivery for BUT with zero idea when the delivery will leave their warehouse. Current lens supply is exhausted as of today which means I will be blind as a bay for the foreseeable future, unable to drive and do my college homework. Thanks Lens.Com, first time and last time I deal with your incompetence.

      Ordered contact lenses and they sent the wrong size. Returned them and they said the box had been opened and glued shut. I did not open the box. They would not believe me and would not refund me the money, even though they had made two mistakes (sending me the wrong size and sending me a box that had been tampered with by someone else). They would not budge on their policy. A good business would trust the customer and refund the money.

      Waiting for my $135 rebate since April 2022. Unfortunately, I think I got scammed. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Lens.com. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

      I have been a loyal customer of Lens.com for years, always ordering my contacts through them. I was a satisfied customer UNTIL my last experience. Upon receiving my order, I completed the rebate process but forgot to enclose the bar codes from the lens boxes. When I discovered this oversight by contacting customer service, I was informed I still had time to resubmit the rebate with the bar codes. I resubmitted the rebate and the bar codes THAT SAME DAY, and waited. And waited. When I finally called to inquire about my rebate, I was told I did not submit the bar codes, and despite me explaining the entire situation and providing a copy of the text transcript between me and customer service (which proves my case), I to date have not recieved a rebate nor have I heard back from someone (which I was told I would). The entire reason I use Lens.com is because they offer the best pricing BUT ONLY IF THE REBATE IS HONORED. I am extremely disappointed that after years of being a loyal customer, this happened. Again, I have the entire transcript between me and customer service which shows that my rebate should have been honored. I am sad to have to find a new contact lens supplier.

      The rebate program seems to be a scam. I bought contacts in January and have yet to get my rebate in the mail, despite being received months ago.

      rebate scam. They market that you will get $100 rebate and it never comes. the response is always the same. Due to Covid we are backed up... what does Covid have to do with getting a check rebate mailed. so mad

      waiting my rebate since January 2022. It had been 7 months now. I still get the same answer from the customer service. Due to Covid 19, they are experiencing a delay.

      I ordered contacts 6 months ago and no rebate. They keep telling me it takes time. When i go to their site to track the rebate it says it is help up (for months) at the processing center. Money was added to the card but never mailed to me. Who has my rebate? When i contact Lens.com they have no answers for me. Furthermore there is no where on their website to leave a review. They ask that all reviews are emailed to them and they will in turn post the reviews. LOL I would never recommend this site for anyone - you will NEVER get the rebate!!!
