      I have been ordering from Lens.com for years and I have never had a problem. America's Best where i get my eye exam for contacts is TWICE the price of what I pay here. And they send them to my door. No hassles, no overcharges just a top notch business. I will continue to use Lens.com as long as I wear contact lenses.

      I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I'm not a fan of rebates, but there are typically manufacturer rebates on these lenses, so I assumed that's what this was. But it didn't matter because, first, they doubled my order after I submitted it. I ordered 1 box for each eye and received a confirmation for 2 boxes for each eye. But there is also a hidden fee that is half the cost of the lenses. The total in my cart is not the same total as on my invoice. But the invoice doesn't even show what the extra charges are. They simply charge $50 / box - 4 boxes, and it totals up to $311! I'm waiting for them to confirm that they have canceled my order, but they said it could take up to 24 hours to cancel the order I placed just minutes ago. This company is a complete scam! If I could give 0 stars, that would be too many.

      I ordered from this lens.com company in 2017 and I received my contact lens within a week. Fast forward to 2025 I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses but keep getting emails saying that they are being sent from a specialty factory because my prescription has an astigmatism. These emails contain dates past the middle of June 17th to be exact saying I should receive them by that date. I asked for a refund and was flat out denied so I asked for some type of compensation and was told lens.com doesn’t compensate anyone. Guess I’m out $110 thanks to lens.com

      It is a little pricy, but so convenient, making it worth the price. I have used Lens.com on and off for years and never had a problem. The chat feature has been very responsive and helpful when needed.

      So you go to make an order thinking you're getting a good deal only to find that they're charging a surcharge EVEN higher than the contacts they're selling!
      Get this, I was excited to order a $15 box of lens that showed a total of $120 for 8 boxes (to get the 'rebate'). Thinking that the order would be about $135 after taxes and shipping, imagine my surprise when it came out to be $458. I contacted their service department and it was eventually explained that I was being billed $180 service fee, $10 shipping and apparently over $140 mystery taxes and ??? Never got a clear answer on how the totals add up. I was told there was a "detailed breakdown link' which I could review (a complete lie as there isn't ANY thing you get other than a payment page).
      This type of business should be illegal. If this review saves 1 person the crap storm I went through, I'll be happy for the time in writing it.

      They hide the actual cost of the contacts by adding a HUGE Fee called Taxes and Fees. Very manipulative practice that I'm surprised is legal... It was over $300 that didn't appear in my quote when it told me how much the contacts were going to cost. Then in the final step when asking for payment, the Total cost was over $300 more than the original quote. Over 50% more than the price of the contacts... Unreal!
      When I called to ask what it was about, they gave a corporate answer that they couldn't differentiate Taxes vs Fees. This is clearly a lie. They do know exactly how much the Taxes are for a purchase. Or at least they should...
      This misleading sales practice should be illegal, if it's not.

      I have used lens.com for several years now, super easy to reorder, I get the annual amount of lenses. Price is lower than others. I send the rebates and usually get them on time. It would be best to get the discount at the time of purchasing.
