      I had ordered supplements pills and as I was ordering my phone messed up and had ordered twice as many than I needed I was going wanting to spend $ 146 and I got charged $340. As soon as I seen the mess up I emailed them as soon as possible and I haven't heard back from them the next day it said my order was shipped. The rest of the transaction did not go through as the payments were not successfully processed, so there is nothing to refund.
      The client may reach out to their financial institution to verify this transaction and get more details if needed. We have also provided the tracking numbers for the original orders so they may keep an eye on them. As per the **** tracking number, the order is now in transit and the expected delivery date will be on March 25, 2023.

      I have never received the products that I paid for. I have emailed V Shred several times and have not gotten a response yet. I need me money to be refunded is $132.68. There better not be any further charges made either.

      I purchased the Fat Loss Extreme for Her Bundle for a total of $62.42 on March 15, 2023 (order ID: *************************************. On March 16, 2023 I submitted a request for a refund (which was guaranteed by ***** during the sales video) on the company website due to the program not being what I expected. I received an automated email stating that they received my request and will be in touch soon. It is now March 23, 2023 and I have heard nothing from the company about my request for a refund. I tried calling the support number, which had an automated message saying they are not providing customer support via phone at the moment. Unfortunately, I feel as though filing a complaint is my only hope in actually getting a refund processed in a reasonable amount of time.

      I ordered a weight loss program subscription as well as a weight loss supplement. Upon gaining access to the program I realized that it was not at all what I thought it was and would not be useful to me. I wasn't worried because there was a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee insuring that I would get all of my money back no questions asked. I have emailed (since this is the only contact method for this company) customer support at least 30 times with no response. I believe that the company is waiting until the product ships so that they can try to stick me with it and not have to honor their promise of a 100 percent refund no questions asked.       On Saturday, March 18, after watching a video online, I joined the Fat Loss Extreme program with Vshred. I never received a confirmation but my credit card was charged $60.85. I sent an email to *********************************** I received a promotional email response. I then sent another email and received a response that said it would give me instructions on how to download and join the app. It also said that my temporary password was included in the email. It was not. I sent another email explaining that I did not have a temporary password and needed one to be able to participate. Nothing but promotional emails in return.       I purchased a workout plan from VSHRED and also purchased 3 bottles of Burn Evolved. The sales pitch I was given was $60 for access to the workouts and another "limited time offer" for 3 bottles of Burn Evolved but was charged $132 for those 3 bottles. When I emailed the company at ******************************** they sent me a confirmation email stating I would hear back from them in 24 hours. After 24 hours I did not hear from them so I emailed them again and still did not hear back after another 24 hours so I emailed again and finally got an email back stating I could either get 25% of my money back and keep the bottles or return the unopened ones, I just needed to email them back and let them know so they could refund it. Well, when I emailed back asking if I would get my entire $132 back for returning all bottles as promised, I never heard anything again. It has now been 5 days since the last email and still have not had anyone from the company contact me to make this right.
