      Transaction date March 5th. Paid $57 for VShred. Requested a refund through an email to customer service. Emailed back to say i would hear something in 24 hours. It has been a week.       I made a purchase on 03/14/23. I was charged for items I didn't order and when I tried calling the number the company provided it was a voicemail informing me that that number was not for support. The ** suggested emailing them at *********************************** I sent them emails informing them they charged me for items I didn't order but I never received a response. I did, however, receive almost a dozen other emails from the company trying to sell me more things. I still haven't received anything of value from the company and when I tried contacting them to just cancel (they promise a 30-day money back guarantee), no one responds. They are a total scam.

      I ordered the 90 Days to Get Toned program for $57 on March 10. I quickly realized it was not a good program for me. I am not saying the program is not good. Its just not good for me! The video I watched and the website indicates that I am eligible for a full refund within 30 days. I sent my first email requesting a refund on the 13th and have sent one each day since and have not gotten any response, except on Monday I got an automated response that they would respond in 24 hours. It is now Thurs evening and Ive not received a response. The chat is not working for me either. When I called the customer service phone number, the recording says to send an email.       March10,2023 i placed an order with VShred for workout program and a customized diet. I paid ******. Once i got my log in i formation and went on the website and the app. I knew immediately this is not what I wanted and emailed support to request a refund. I did receive a notice saying they got my email and someone would get back to me. It is now March 16 and have heard nothing. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling the number but it says they aren't providing phone support. I never received a meal plan either. I want my money back please

      After seeing a V Shred ad on Instagram Friday March 10, I ordered a workout plan and a 30 day trial for a customized plan. The ad/video promotes a good workout routine without needing supplements. During the purchase process (and its a long process), you are taken to page after page of trying to sell you supplements. You are trapped at that point because they don't present all the supplement upselling until after you've entered your credit card info and press what you think is the complete sale button. After finally completing the process of declining all the supplements and whatever else they're trying to sell you, I never received any login information.       I purchased the Fat Loss Extreme for Her program and Custom Diet Plan with V Shred on March 12 and figured I would spend the $124 and try it out because they clearly advertised the program with a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days if not satisfied. As soon as I got into the app, the program was not at all what I expected and immediately felt scammed. I started filling out the diet plan questionnaire and then decided not to as the looks of this program do not seem like a good fit for me.So I went ahead and sent an email to support that night noting it is not what it seemed and I was requesting my refund for the program, as well as the custom diet plan since there was no plan created yet. They state in the automatic replay that someone would get back to me within 24 business hours. I did not hear back in that time frame so I followed up on March 14. It is now 8pm EST in March 15 and still zero response.I just want me $124 refunded ASAP.

      I placed an order for two items and was charged for four items. As they have no live support, everything must be done by email.
