  My coach seemed to be pretty engaged at first; however it has taken her quite sometime to update my meal plan. I know I am not the only one she is coaching, however, being new to the program has left my impression very low. As of yesterday my plan still has not been updated. Not sure how well I really like the program that I spent my hard earned money on trying.

  Courtney is awesome! He is very responsive to questions and concerns. I’m stopping my custom plans not due to him but I now feel more comfortable crafting my meals to meet my macros. I also like the workouts on the monthly plan so will probably sign up for that. He did a great job!

  I started V shred almost 8 weeks ago and I was assigned David ******* as my trainer. At first I wasn't sure if David was an actual person but after my first email to him I quickly realized he was. David has been such an important part of my fitness journey. He has truly been amazing. He always responds to my emails with any questions or concerns. He cheers me on and points out the positive in weeks where I feel like i didn't do so well. He's adjusted my menu when I've needed a change and has been available for me every step of they way. Overall my experience with the Vshred program has been really good. I'm finishing my 8th week and I'm down 11 pounds. This program isn't a miracle program. It takes a lot of discipline and work but unlike other programs I've done; the hard work has paid off! I've been extremely happy with the my experience this far!

  I want my money returned to me. I only wanted the $57 dollar workout but the website fir Vshred would not allow me and insisted I watch another video. I pressed on the option to decline watching the video and to decline the $49 bottle of burn but it took me to another video and warned me if I hit the back button, I would be double charged. I consider this a clear sign that I was not going to veable to purchase just the workout so because of that I want to cancel the order and I want my money returned!

  I got the personalized food and exercises plans and I have been doing amazing. So far I lost 40 pounds since the beginning of the year, when I started the diet and exercise plan from a shred. I suffer from Hashimotos and insulin resistance and it is very hard to lose weight, plus I need to eat certain foods such as gluten and soy free. My VShred Coach is excellent, she listens to my requests and add variations to the food and exercise every month. Carb cycling combined with cardio and weight lifting has been my savior. Plus I am in the Vshred Facebook group for women where I comment about my concerns and hear other people who has similar issues. Thanks VShred Coaches For all the teaching.

  Vshred seems to be a legit company, but I am a very busy man and I put aside 45 minutes to watch the video- and it really could have been a shorter presentation. I liked the offer and ordered it. Then the trouble started - it took me to what it called an "Upgrade" but was really an upsell. And there was no way to opt out of watching this video - you could not go backward either as a warning popped up saying you might be charged a double order for backing up. So, even though I was in a hurry and probably lost money in my business, I watched the 20 plus minute video and said "no thanks" at the end. To my shagrin, another video popped up, and then another after that and another - 40 minutes of video I was trapped into laboring through. I don't know who this guy thinks he is that he can commandeer the precious time of people who placed their trust in him, only to have him stick it to them like this. This is ridiculous and I am going to post this review in every review cycle I can find - because this guy comes across as likeable and trustworthy and then turns out to be as greedy as all the others.

  VShred is ONE HUGE ENORMOUS SCAM!! The real secret behind VShred is their ability to scam people! It is a total lie. It is not personalized at all! It is an auto-responder program - NO ONE gets any different information than anyone else - it doesn't matter what your body type may be. And they LOVE scamming people who are older like me. They scammed me from DAY ONE! It sounds like a personal program, but it isn't. They claim to have a Money-Back Guarantee, BUT they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund - you have to be able to PROVE you followed every single step of their program for 90 days! SO, their money-back guarantee is total scam as well. Their coaches only have to talk to you three times, and then they, too, send auto-response messages. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!! Vince **** is a ploy to get people signed up. He is complete scammer and everything he claims has been debunked long ago. This entire company is nothing more than a money-making scheme. It's the main purpose, and the entire design is just to get people's money and keep it! Their supplements are garbage, too. And coaches basically just send automated messages, too! Worst of all is their callous, money-grubbing philosophy and attitude. In my case, I am over 65 - I became ill shortly after signing up and my arthritis in my hands and thumbs flared up, I couldn't keep food down and follow their program or do any exercise that involved holding anything - I was wearing big braces on my hands! They did not care. Then, I fell and injured my hip - followed by falling and hurting my ribs and while I was at the hospital, doctors found an issue with my heart! I wasn't allowed to do ANYTHING while being tested and doing PT (rehab for hip). I told them and they sent back a form. Since I did not follow their exact program - even though that was IMPOSSIBLE - NO FULL REFUND! Horrible company! (They did offer a small refund - but not even enough to cover my remaining payments on my contract - shame on them!)

  My 5-star review is specifically for my V Shred coach Kelsey G. Kelsey was amazing! She understood what I was trying to accomplish and helped me 100% of the way. She was more supportive than I could have imagined and anytime I needed updates to my food plan, she was there. While I was on the program, I lost approximately 10-15 lbs and am still using those same concepts to move my fitness journey forward.   I am finishing up month 3 of my plan, working with coach Janelle. I began in May. I needed a workout and food to push me through the last few months to my wedding. I have enjoyed new go-to meals with a set balance of carbs, protein and fats all calculated out for me. I'm consistently down about 13 lbs and about 2 sizes. Janelle is encouraging. She listens to my meal changes when I'm tired of eating chicken, and modifies the menu to keep it fresh, or recommends a swap. She's helped me set weekly goals like more movement, more water, and has helped me have grace (not every day will be a perfect plan following day). You get what you put into the plan. Some weeks I'm really into working out, but I still eat right. Even after an awful cold and going off the plan for over a week, I maintained the same approximate weight. I'm learning to appreciate hiit training, and I see that my body reacts best to this type of exercise.

  My VShred coach, Megan H., has been wonderful. I have enjoyed the menus she has planned for me, she worked hard to accommodate me with items I wanted on new meal plans, and she has always responded quickly whenever I had any questions. She encouraged me when I was frustrated with my weight loss stalling, and helped me to have a long view of healthy eating and weight loss. I’m delighted to say I’ve lost 21 pounds in the 5 months I’ve been on the plan. I still have weight I want to lose, but Megan and VShred have given me the tools to continue on. The reason I did not give a 5 star review is that when signing up for the next month with my coach and a new meal plan, the system treats me as a new customer. All the same emails are sent that were sent initially. Even with this frustration, I would still recommend VShred and my coach.
