Every review is the same thing that happened to me. If I could give less stars I would. The responses to these complaints are all formula that each and every one of us "INADVERTENTLY" signed up for the subscription. How about a company having more apparent wording so that they don't have to blame their customers for ordering and not realizing that they are going to get charged monthly for a product they don't want. After the second shipment, I sent them a message to cancel my subscription from their website's contact form. After another shipment, I assumed that order must have crossed over from the time I submitted a cancellation message. After yet another shipment and charge, I called the company. They would only refund the last shipment. I have three extra tubes and they would only refund the last one. I explained that I had already submitted a cancellation. The representative claimed there was not any record of that. Oh, I bet not. I am sure that's part of the scam. Only businesses that don't back their products and procedures and lack intergrity are the ones who continue to charge for unwanted products and not offer refunds, as well as blame their customers for "INADVERTENTLY" signing up for a subscription. I would be satisfied with a refund for the the last three unopened packages. I never even opened the mailing package. I will gladly add that if the business acts with integrity, I would follow up to say that they did so. I still have hope in the fact that this company will do what's right. Until then, BUYERS BEWARE! READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I left a review on 06/13/24 regarding my experience with this company. I wanted to add an update that I promptly received a very satisfactory response to my concerns and the company stated they have tried to make the wording more clear. After this, I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and would give them another try.

Melissa, we apologize, you should have been refunded for all orders, after the first contact with us. You should hear back from our support team regarding your refund within 24 hours. And we do take responsibility for so many people ordering the less expensive subscription price versus the One Time Purchase price. We have tried to make the wording much clearer on our web site. Never ordered Been sent 3 months in a row the INSTA Tox? billed 39.00 each time?! The won't cancel and had to cancel my credit card now and put a flag on CC for this company! Horrible! Hello Catherine, we are located in Las Vegas, yes, but this is not a scam. We have been in business for close to 3 decades. You have inadvertently signed up for a subscription. This usually happens because the subscription price is lower than the individual purchase price. You may contact us at 800-540-8662 for additional instructions on how to use the product.

I ordered the product as a one time deal! They keep sending me product monthly and charging my card. I am returning all 10 products and expect a full refund for all of them. It has cost me over 1,000 dollars for a product I just wanted to try one of! I will go further with this with a Scam Attorney.

I ordered a one time deal and they keep sending meore every month I have contacted them telling them I only wanted it one time it doesn't work and I would like all my money refunded I think it's awful the way they cheat people out of their money u try to cancel they they keep sending it and keep taking my money !

I have been trying to cancel my subscription yet I also did not know I have a subscription since I just want to sign up ONE TIME. I have reached out to them via email and they have not responded back to me. I do not want to be having these monthly subscriptions being taken out. Fix your website and make it EASIER for people to cancel their subscriptions instead of us jumping through hoops. This is a complete waste of money and a SCAM!

This is not a good product and they keep sending it to me saying I have autopay. I never chose a subscription or autopsy. Now the want to charge 37 dollars to cancel and I have two products I cannot even use. Dont get caught up in their scam.

They're flat-out scammers ,they make it tricky to find They're customer service. Subscribe with out your permission and charge you monthly . Oh and the product sucks!@##$%%^

Thank you - the customer service phone number is 800-540-8662. We have tried to make our site easy to understand - customer gets a discounted price for signing up for subscription. The one time purchase is at a higher price. You may cancel at any time.

Same experience as everyone else; ordered one, started getting it every month. And yes, the product is garbage. I’ve just left them a message and am praying they call back and cancel this horrible subscription.

I was not contacted within 24 hours. I left a message on Tuesday, and called back on Thursday and got through to someone. Will return the product, refund minus a re-stocking fee (LOL), and she said something about sanitization?? Are they gonna clean the container and sell it to some other poor sap?

Ordered one time only and they started a subscription plan without my permission.
