    This company sent me an unordered product, charged my account and now refuses to refund me or even respond to emails or phone calls.. My friend had the exact same experience with them. This is a scam.

    We apologize - many times people inadvertently sign up for auto-ship - as it costs less and shipping is free. We should be able to cancel and refund you - but we will need the email and full name you used when placing your order. We can be reached at 800-540-8662.

    If I could choose no stars I would. I do not feel the product works for me and contacted their support through the Serious Skin Care website 4 times with no response. I also left multiple voicemails on the number listed and no call back or response there either. I explained I did not want another shipment and wanted to return the original order if possible and yet today I get an email another shipment is on it's way. I have left another voicemail and emailed a response to support today. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend anyone try the product if this is the type of service they would receive.

    Purchased 11/27/22 a 1 time offer for $35.00 , did not sign up for any monthly payment on my CC. Showed up on my 12/26/22 similar price , called Customer Service , was told ,on the one time order , and free mail out, I had joined a club (really) , got this cancelled, but what a sham. Pulled up the same add no where do they adz when ordering 1 item you have joined a monthly club. Poor business practice, even more disappointed with the actors involved with conning people./Peaches

    We apologize - you inadvertently got club membership - which does charge a $9.99 monthly fee - but members always get 35% off and Free Shipping. For most it works out better. Your subscriptions are all canceled.

    I ordered their skincare product on a trial basis and without my approval or knowledge I was enrolled on a monthly basis. I have left phone messages and emails asking to remove me from the subscription and no one from the company will return my messages. Fran Ward

    I order the Insta-Tox skin care lotion on 11-05-22. The package arrive **** on 11-09-22. The charge of $ ***** was taken out of my bank acct soon after ordering the product. I used the product last night and it did not do what the videos claim that it does. I contacted the company today and the representative asked me if I applied the product per the directions. I stated I did and was not satisfied with he results. He then told me to use it for another 7 days and use a moisturizer when applying the product. I explained that was not listed on the directions on the box or in the videos. He then told me that if I wanted a full refund I would need to send the product back to them and pay a $ **** restocking fee. I would received the refund difference in 2-3 weeks. I asked him to direct me on their website where that was included in the Terms and Conditions regarding their refund policy, He did not answer my question so I asked him 4 times. He offered to allow me to keep the product and get a 50% refund. I said no. He gave me the return address and a *** # and told me to send back the product once received I would get a refund within 2-3 weeks. He stated that the *** # would tell them that they would not charge the $**** restocking fee. On the restocking topic I find it rather concerning that they would receive the returned product, put it back on the shelf and sell it to someone else. Let's see how this goes. *****

We do have a $5 restocking fee - should not be called that - misleading - it is a processing fee - we do not resell any product that is returned - it is destroyed.     Poor integrity. Watch for all the distracting offers when you try to just buy one product. You have to bypass 6 or more offers before you finally get to the checkout. I thought I had specifically purchased one tube of the wrinkle reduction product but it automatically signed me up for a recurring order and I got charged for another tube the next month. I had to call several times and they finally sent me an email stating they had canceled my subscription, which I Never intentionally signed up for..Plus I wasnt that impressed with the product. Lets see if they actually credit me back!!!
