    I placed an Internet order with Serious Skin Care on 11/11/2024. Order #******* for the A Defiance Skin Detailer + Blue Furry Tote Bag. When I received my pkg it contained only the Skin Detailer, they did not send the blue furry tote bag. I emailed SSC and told them this and that I want a prepaid mailing label to ship the order back as I received an incomplete order. *** responded by email saying they would ship the Blue Furry Tote Bag. That was dated 11/19/2024 @ 11:55am; today is 2/25/2025 and I still have NOT RECEIVED the blue furry tote bag. I want a prepaid return mailing label to return this order and my credit card refunded the total amount I paid $36.16.

    Have tried to reach via customer service number and email to cancel to no avail.This product has many parabens which can cause cancer. BBB has received many complaints about issues with inability to cancel.

    I am receiving products monthly via a subscription I do not want. There is no way to ****** this subscription online. I sent an email request to cancel. Please cancel this subscription immediately.

    My wife ordered a sample of this product. didn't like it and has been trying to cancel the order for over a year. She has called them, emailed them and has gotten no response from them. Meanwhile we have 13 packages that have not been opened. She is totally frustrated and asked for my help in this matter.

    I first purchased ******************* Pro Minerals SPF 15 on May 4 2024 with subscription and was disappointed so I cancelled the subscription right away. I received a second shipment on August 5, 2024, which I did not order. I am being told by customer service I can keep it and receive a 50% credit or return it and pay a $5.00 fee. I do not feel it's fair to charge me anything for something I did not order. I have tried calling customer service again to speak with a manager but cannot get through. I do not want this product and would like a full refund of $23.11, which is what I was charged.

    I placed an order for 1 tube of eye cream from this company, Serious Skincare. I did not like the product, so I didn't reorder it. I noticed a charge on my bank account for another tube of the same product. I called my bank and put a fraud claim for it since I didn't order it. I also called the company and left a voice mail telling them to cancel all future orders. I received a call back from the company and spoke to a CS representative. She said she canceled my account. To my surprise I received another tube of the same cream yesterday. I've called again and will have to call my bank to file another claim to get my money back. This is ridiculous and I will never do business with them again.

    I purchased a Glycolic Skin ***** System from Serious Skincare on a trial basis because the company advertised a money-back/exchange policy. After following the application instructions, the product was too irritating for my skin. I called the 800 number provided to exchange products and stop the subscription. The representative told me that couldn't be done and that I must email my request, I have done that with No Response, yet this company subtracted $89.95 monthly from my account. Please help resolve this issue. I hate to contact BBB but I can not get a contact person from Serious Skincare to change this subscription.

    On Friday May 31st I had a charge for $***** for skincare products that I DID NOT order, on my AMEX account.I sent an email to:support@serious skin requesting stop shipment and cancel the order( that I did not make)I havent heard from them. No response!Today June 5, I received 3 more tubes of this stuff. I would like my ***** refunded to my Am Ex acct. And will gladly send the product back. Thank you. *******************

    I ordered this to try, and they keep sending it to me every month and charging me for it. I never signed up for a subscription, and want it to stop immediately. I have contacted the company, but am still getting the product. I do not want the product. ****** learned. Contact BBB first before buying anything.
