    I purchased a roll of vinyl wrap from them to wrap my car. I was able to successfully able to wrap most of my car with no issues, however on the last few yards the roll was absolutely trashed. It had multiple incisions, ridges, and peeling vinyl protecting coat. They said they would not replace or refund my roll since part of it had been "Used" However, i can not be able to see under 13 layers of rolled wrap to see the damage that it had until most of the wrap was on the car. I have pictures of the wrap on the backing and still on the roll for proof. I have attempted to seek a resolution of my money, or a partial emplacement of my product to no avail. So now i have a 80% wrapped, bright blue car and no more wrap to finish the job. I would really prefer to not purchase the remaining wrap through them if possible as they are one of the few that carry it at the moment.Also included is the formal letter I sent this morning to have a refund issued. I can also show the emails back and fourth between myself and management.

    Buyer used most of the roll before claiming that the end was unusable. Unfortunately, we require that the buyer full inspect the item prior to use so that it may be returned in toto if necessary. We are unable to refund this customer and wish them better luck with an alternate vendor in the future.

    I understand that part of the role was used, but had you expect a standard consumer to unroll such a giant role inspect every inch before use. I would love to see the kind of facility that I would have to have access to successfully unroll inspect every inch of that wrap. When I purchase a roll, I expected to be perfect inside and out, yours however was not. It was an obvious defect, I have obvious proof that it was from manufacturing and not for mishandling on my end. And even if for some reason I was able to unroll the whole piece of wrap. I still wouldn't be able to submit a complaint for at least 3 days since it was a federal holiday weekend. I would like exactly half of my money returned as soon as possible.

    I was researching buying a vinyl wrap for my vehicle when I added a random length to the cart to see shipping which won't let you see the shipping cost until check out. I had accidentally submitted the purchase at 9:12 pm April 6th and realized what I had done. Emailed the company within 10 minutes later that same night requesting to cancel the order. They emailed me back the following morning saying that they can't cancel an order that is being processed when their processing time is 2-5 days. This is a complete scam that they can't issue a refund. Now I'm out $212 and stuck with vinyl that won't even be enough to complete my car.

    I still have not even a shipping confirmation 11 days later. So much for processing orders as fast as possible for your customers.

    I had made 3 separate orders from them. The first order was for a roll of vinyl and a tool. It came in a tube that had been opened and nothing was in it. Roughly $450 and received nothing. I emailed them back and forth for a couple weeks and nothing. No resolve, no help, emails got ignored and I was forgotten. I was even told a GM would contact me asap and never heard from anyone. Its like they were hoping Id just go away. That was just the first order. The second two orders were smaller just ***** dollars in total. Neither one of them showed up to my house, not one. They told me check with your neighbors. Thats basically all I got on those two orders. I ordered three separate times from them and received nothing. I do know it was out of their control in the shipping part. But they offered nothing to me, didnt reach out, didnt help, nothing. The lack of customer support is by far the worst Ive seen in awhile. If the owner knows how his employees are handling issues like this, Im sure hed have a sit down talk with them. I wouldnt let my employees treat customers like this. I have received absolutely no help from them. I ordered quite a bit from them and received nothing.

    I purchased pre cut tint from Rvinyl. I did not receive the full order I requested. The product was also defective. I had a ***** tint professional go to install it and he told me there were issues with the film. He suggested I try to reach out for a replacement or request a refund. I decided to request a refund given the product took awhile to ship and I didn't want to do business with Rvinyl anymore.This product was purchased through ****** but fulfilled by Rvinyl. Contacting ****** provided me with reporting the incident to them for review of their account. I however wanted to reach out to them first and try to settle this. After phone calls and emails, they tried to deem this an installation error.They asked me to provide a picture of the tint for verification that I had it. I provided the picture and then they made the decision not to refund me due to "installation errors". I just want my money back so I can forget about this mess. I was really excited for this product and it cost a lot. Now the whole project is ruined and the least they could do is refund me.

    I purchased a paint protection kit for my pillar and roof edge for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2/23/2022. Immediately after I made the purchase, I realized that it was for the wrong model (Jeep Cherokee). I sent an email to the sales/support team right away and got an email from the support team the next day telling me they could not refund my purchase even though the order wasn't even processed. They told me that they would inform their staff to cut it for a 2021 Grand Cherokee instead. When I received the product in the mail and lined it up on my vehicle, I realized that it was clearly not cut for my model as it did not line up properly. No offer of a refund yet. I have done a lot of previous purchases from this business, and this will be my last. I am requesting an immediate refund at minimum knowing that I am still at a loss for time waiting on the wrong product, when I could have made arrangements for the proper product and more acceptable service elsewhere.
