I purchased a home warranty from complete care home warranty for the full term.l 11/21-1/24! Ive been trying to reach them since last year of November no answer at first. By December I started receiving out of order telephone numbers I pay fully for this service and I havent even received a full years worth of service I have now had to pay out for a refrigerator that no one came out to repair also my air condition was having a problem and still no answer from seven months. This has been totally a horrific experience. I bought the plan so I can save money it has cost me double the price and they still have my full payment I am truly disgusted That a company could get away with this type of action no Repercussions no type of compensation and no one can give me an answer Im reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, hoping that they can have some type of resolution for me. Company did not abide by their warranty(policy #*********). The company did not repair a zone valve which is part of a heating system. This item is not a listed "heating system" exclusion. A company representative informed me of the decision. ******************* stated an exclusion from another section of the warrany listed under "air conditioners" was used to deny my claim. She further stated ********************* made the decision. When speaking with **** he informed me the company has the right to take a section from one part of the warranty and apply it elsewhere which happened in my case. I had a 30 day period to review the warranty before accepting it. I was not informed the company could do such a thing. I never thought to submit a complaint with Better Business Bureau until it was suggested to me just days ago.Customer Answer

I bought a 6 year Home Warranty package for $1,800 from Complete Care Home Warranty in 2021. I tried giving them a call a month back to create a service request. Their number has been disconnected. I tried doing a search online and it seems the company no longer exists. I'm unable to find their website. I need help getting a refund from them.Customer Answer

I purchased a home warranty policy from complete care home warranty from 5/01/21 to 9/01/23. I need a repair done in my home, so I tried to call them several times and file a request on their website for them to repair it. Just like others have said, it says the numbers is disconnected or the call just doesn't go through. On the website, when you click on "My Account" so you can submit a request online. It errors out. I tried to reach them with the 860 number and 273 number provided as customer service but service was not available on mentioned numbers. Then I was trying to do it through the website and the page was not available there either. I need help contacting them now for canceling the policy and pro-rate refund back. Please help. On May 9, 2023, I received a letter in the mail from CCHW - no return address, but the phone number **************. The letter announces "FINAL NOTICE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED" "Lender Info: ****** West FCU" "This letter is to inform you that the property's home warranty at [my address], secured by ****** West FCU, may be expiring or may have already expired. Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date." The letter includes what looks like a check for $299.00 labeled "Registration Fee Voucher." I have never had a home warranty with ****** West FCU - they've never had anything to do with financing my home or anything in it - and I'm amazed that this "company" CCHW can use that institution's name in what surely must be fraud. (I was further surprised that the young ****** West FCU representative that I talked to simply didn't feel this was an issue that anyone at their institution should worry about, even when I pointed out that many elderly people could fall for this scam and they could be blamed.]This letter provides no return address for CCHW, just their phone number.Customer Answer

I have yet to receive a notice regarding them going out of business, and the three times I attempted to get something fixed in my house, it was never covered. They had horrible customer service, beginning with their supervisor *****. Highly unprofessional and only out to get customers' money. Nothing was done effectively or fast. This company sent out a tech for my furnace. When they didn't like what the tech stated they sent another company to our home. They liked what that tech stated and said I am on my own. I had another service with them for a dryer. They sent a tech and the end result was our dryer was too old but they did tell ** they would pay ** $100 and change, I forget the exact number as it's been many, many months. Today I tried to call and now their number doesn't work nor can I access ********* online. ********* expires 01/07/25. I would like a refund for the balance of ********* but I can't get in touch with this poor excuse of a company.Customer Answer
