      Dec 2021 was hard sold on how much better this company was than the current one I was with, Elevate Home Warranty. Then I was only interested in a yr to yr, but yet again ********************* sold me on going with three yr plan was cheaper. I just needed to make sure was covered, as I was just diagnosed with stage 4 Sm Cell Cancer. So we sold our nice larger house and moved into a smaller, much older house so really needed to make sure I was covered. He went on about how long they have been in business and would be a excellent choice/worth the money. Yep, signed up, had problems with getting stuff fixed through them but did I believe do two minor repairs. But I've had problems past six months, tried calling never got through, didn't have time to actually deal with it due to my medical issues and then to top it off having major medical issues as well with my husband. This last two claims I've tried calling on were due to problems with water heater, and then also pipe to water heater leaking so I had a massive mold problem all along wall. Wasn't able to get through to them so I finally had to hire a contractor and pay. I just happen to have a moment, not really but making the time to research new number and notice other complaints. I can't afford to fork out more money with another company when already drowning in over $10,000 in medical expenses for me and now my husband. ****** me off because these people had to know they were going out of business at the time he was sitting there making his sale to me!       I purchased a home warranty valid from May 2021 to May **** for $2250. I found out the company closed down and need a refund.

      My water heater went out, so I called to see if someone can come out from this home care warranty service, and the number was not working. I called an additional number that was from the man who sold me the warranty and that number was not working either! I looked up their information on the BBB website to my disappointment. It looks like this they have an F and obviously theyre a fraudulent company. Otherwise I wouldve gotten something with new information on them in the mail. I am out of $1800 for the warranty how do I get my money back? Ive had this warranty for a couple of years and I have never used it now that I need to use it. They are no longer in service or never have been. Please help!!!!

      I purchased a 3+ year plan starting 10/2021 ending 04/2025 for ****. I attempted one claim, in which was told was not covered. I attempted to cancel and could not reach a representative. I was told if I moved I could receive a refund for the remaining months. When I go to look up my policy ********* I found the business was shut down. How do I get my money back?

      I purchased a home warranty policy in July, 2021 for six years coverage (8/4/21 - 8/4/27). I was told that I could cancel anytime and get the remaining money back. I've never used the policy and decided to cancel it in March, 2023. Their phone number no longer works and they have not responded to my email. Apparently, they are out of business. How do I get my money back?

      I purchased a home warranty combo plan from Complete Care Home Warranty on 11/30/21. It was a six year policy for the term of 12/30/2021 - 12/30/2027; and I paid $2400 for the plan. My Service Call Fee was $45.00. I have not needed their service until yesterday, 3/28/2023, and I tried several phone numbers to no avail. I searched online and found that it looks like they are out of business. As I've never used their service that I paid $2400 for, I'd like *** ************************** the Senior Account Executive to refund my money as soon as possible!!
