    My account has been suspended for no apparent reason. I have filed an appeal, which was unsuccessful. I am a buyer, not a seller, and am no longer permitted to shop on etsy. I cannot log in as my account is suspended and they will not answer emails regarding the reason for this suspension. I believe this is a mistake. My daughter operated an etsy shop, but it has been closed for at least a year. If there were unpaid fees associated with this I would gladly pay them, but cannot get in touch with anyone to tell me the reason for the suspension. I have left positive reviews. I have paid for all my orders. In one review I used a term for removing excess vinyl from an svg I purchased, which any crafter that deals with electronic cutting machines would know, but possibly was flagged as inappropriate? I am very frustrated, as all I want to do is shop on the site.

    hi my etsy store ********** registered under the email ************************** was randomly banned without any explanation. There has been no reason given for this ban it just happened and that make sme very upset as i really wanted to sell on etsy but now they wont even let me login to my account. I would like my shop to be reinstated as i believe this could of been a mistake and if it wasnt a mistake i would atleast like an explanation as to why i was banned. thank you

    Hi, my etsy store *************** registered under the email of ************************* was banned for some reason. I received no reason from Etsy which is why I believe this to be a mistake. I am trying to get back on Etsy but this ban makes it impossible as I cant even access my account. I would like my store to be reinstated so I can get selling and started on etsy

Unfortunately, there have been instances where customers mistakenly opened cases regarding non-receipt of goods, only for the items to arrive shortly afterward. In some cases, customers even admitted the error after receiving the goods and had to repurchase them. Since I currently do not have access to my account, I am unable to provide specific case numbers or attach photos as evidence. However, I encourage you to review the communication history with our customers, where they acknowledged these errors. Additionally, as a business operating in *******, we are facing ongoing challenges due to frequent power outages and an increase in shelling in our region.     Hello, my name is Le ***** ***** also known as ** STRONGER *** And I am the owner of ***************** located in **************************** account was suspended and Ive not been able to log into my account. Ive tried everything I can to get it back, but I havent been able to contact a highly trained Etsy **************** Agent to review my account, I tried everything until a friend of mine that works for the ********** here in ******* recommended I contact the BBB to try and resolve this situation.I created my Etsy account over 4 years ago and I specialize in custom wall and home decorations using natural materials that are only found locally here in *******, over time I have become very popular worldwide on and off the Etsy platform and it has allowed me to expand my humanitarian operations here in *******. Which involves me working with the ********** here to locate the missing remains of soldiers during the war.I have to buy these items from the collectors. I had planned to list these items on Etsy, but first I contacted the ********** in ******* to make sure that I wasnt breaking any laws. Over 10 years I have recovered more than 50 dog tags from missing American soldiers + physical remains to be sent back to families in *******. I have been featured in many articles and publications worldwide including the *************** for my efforts to bring closure to these families that lost loved ones during the war and I am still actively searching for these artifacts with support from the US government and funds from different selling platforms.Although my account has been suspended and the loss of income has affected my ability to search for these items my efforts have not changed it has just slowed me down a little, so I am hoping that Etsy will take a look at my account so that I can continue on the Etsy ************* is my website in case you need it ****************************** I know you are busy and i look forward to hearing back from you :)

I am writing to express my deep concern and request your assistance regarding the recent suspension of my Etsy shop, *******.I opened my shop about a month ago and have since invested a significant amount of time, effort, and financial resources into building it. From carefully crafting my product listings to ensuring that everything complied with Etsys policies, Ive been fully committed to making my shop a success. After a lot of hard work, Im pleased to share that I recently made my first sales, which was an incredibly rewarding milestone for me.However, without any prior warning or specific reason provided, my shop was suddenly suspended. This came as a shock to me, as I had diligently adhered to Etsys guidelines throughout the entire process. Following the suspension, I promptly filed an appeal, hoping for a resolution that would allow me to continue operating my shop. Unfortunately, Etsy declined my appeal and I recieved a response that I can no longer sell on Etsy, but there are no specific clarification regarding my case of what I do wrong.This situation has been quite distressing, given the significant personal investment Ive made into this business.     My seller account was suspended without any reason . I did not violate any Etsy policy and i do not know the exact reason it was suspended. Please reinstate my account.     On October 10, 2023 I purchased 2 heliconia plants from Tropical Heliconia in Order #**********. Recently the plant that was supposed to be a yellow rostrata ($60) bloomed. It was not the plant I purchased, it was a purple ornamental banana ($25), which Seller also sells on Etsy. Since I have never purchased an ornamental banana, I contacted the Seller who refused to reimburse me or replace my purchase. He said I was at fault for not realizing that it was a banana plant not a heliconia when it arrived. Both heliconia and bananas are zingibers. and look similar when they are small with a root, a stalk, and maybe a leaf. Seller was also misled by this plant that he labelled a heliconia, but was really a banana. or ;he wouldn't have sent it to me. However, my failure to recognize it was a banana rather than a heliconia when it arrived is beside the point. Seller had an obligation to send me the plant that I purchased and didn't do so. Part of the problem is that Etsy does not allow buyers to leave feedback or get help with orders after 100 days. .A lot of heliconias are sold on Etsy, this sellre has ******+ sales many of which are heliconia.. For the buyer who gets the wrong plant, which doesn't bloom for a year, there is no remedy against unscrupulous sellers who send the wrong, cheaper plant knowing there is nothing the buyer can do to get her $ back when it finally blooms. The seller's list price for the yellow rostrata was $60, but I paid $48 after seller's 20% discount.

    Etsy suspended our store and they had the option to appeal I also submitted an appeal and waited for 2weeks but after two weeks once again they were shown to appeal again, and after that, there was no reply also they are not telling me why my store was suspended. also, I tell them that "we will always try to follow Etsy's ************* will try to respond to customers ASAP."They also hold our wallet amount of $2,107.48

    Etsy account suspension details: Effective Feb 26, 2024 Shop name: *************** Last Appeal submitted to Etsy: Aug 22, 2024 Etsy Appeal ID: ******** My name is ***** ***** and I live at ************************************* is ***** and my country is ********* phone number is ************* I create an etsy accounts over 6 months ago and on Feb-******* etsy suspended my ********** of today I still have no idea what the reason that etsy suspended my account and it's seem like etsy suspended my account in error.i tried to appeal few times but etsy just ignore my appeals and don't answer back.I don't know if it's because I'm from ****** and maybe the represenetive on Etsy are antisemitic and I'm saying that becuase I'm not the only person that etsy suspended their account in *******Actualy I'm a member in **************** groups and I ready many complaints about this issue that etsy suspended ******* customers that create ********************** account for no reason.I did everything step by step and by etsy policy and I never violate any of etsy policy.I list just 1 item so far and boom, Etsy suspended my account.I didn't had any sales, So how can I avoid etsy policy ?I want that etsy will review my account and reinstate it and if they will keep ignore my request and appeals I will share this case all over ******** groups, X and instagram.Thank you
