      I ordered a sweatsuit set on November 27th. Today is December 12th & shop said it was delivered (it was not, I was home when they claimed it was delivered), so I have reached out to their customer service at least 4 times now about what to do with 1 very vague & basic response about 3 days after the first email. I am considering filing a fraudulent charge at this point because I cannot get any information from them.

      I really hate buying clothes online and almost never do it. You never know what kind of quality youre going to get, how the clothes will fit, or if they will actually look good on you. But I took a chance on iEDM because your patterns were just so unique and enticing. And man I am NOT disappointed. So happy! We got a matching set of hoodies, joggers, and shorts for the family (yeah were mad cheesy) and they are beautiful! They make a big deal of matching patterns on your website and now I see why. Gorgeous! Ive been wearing my hoodie for two days now. As comfortable as it is beautiful. So happy!I found them through some random ****** search while looking for something else, altogether. Now I have a new addiction to fight.Thrilled to find someone who makes such beautiful clothes. Hope theyre around for a long time to come. I look forward to ordering again someday soon.

      I ordered a pair of their awesome midnight garden joggers and shirt to match, however I ordered the velvet material thinking it would look the same as the standard material but just be more stretchy as I use iedm clothing for martial arts and working out, but when the joggers arrived they had a almost pajama pants look to them, completely went over my head that velvet is what pajamas are made out of ahaha, and Im not trying to wear something like that to the gym, raves and festivals yea sure itd be great for that not so much for working out, so i contacted iedm and they immediately sent me the information on how to exchange my joggers for the desired standard material and honored their word when they received my original order by crafting a whole new pair of joggers, **** has earned a loyal customer from their amazing customer service teams actions and honesty

      I ordered a "ready-to-ship" clearance hoodie on 12/17/23 and it didn't show up until 1/4/24. I understand they have no returns on clearance items so I ordered a MEDIUM when my wife wears a small. Item shows up and it measures 4 INCHES narrower than their own sizing chart for a MEDIUM. It literally measures smaller than a XXS. They at first refused to return it until I threatened a chargeback. Then they offered a "one time exception" but made me pay shipping BOTH ways. I'd have an additional $20 into this $50 purchase when this is not at all my fault. What kind of terrible company are they running over there?

We regret the way we handled the situation which led you to file this and the chargeback. Also, we tried to reach out to you in January and waited until February however, we have not heard back from you since. The chargeback was finalized a few days ago and you should receive your refund anytime soon. Again, our sincerest apologies and we do hope you'll give us a chance to redeem our brand in the future.

      I ordered 3-5 days shipping on a tapestry I havent yet received said first class shipping I paid 50 bucks in total if Im paying for shipping for those days why are you charging extra . When you know these reviews major complaints is how slow you ship terrible experience.

      Do not buy from this company! I ordered a hoodie and almost 3 weeks later it still has not shipped. I have emailed and called several times with no response at all. It's now 3 days before Christmas and I have no hoodie to gift my boyfriend. Worst experience ever!
