      On 6/1/22 I paid $5.95 for free earings just pay shipping, on 6/11/22 I was charged $59.95 for no reason I did not order anything I did not sign up for any subscriptions or anything else. I want my $59.95 back and my name removed from there data base. I received no notice of them telling me I owed $59.95 for a service I did not agree to.

      On 6/3/22 I ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace that said just pay shipping of **** I received my earrings 6/11/22 it's 6/13/22 I just checked my account and it says I was charged ***** from this company I emailed them and they told me right away it's going to be a few days before they get back to me via email

      I purchased a pair of free earrings for $5.95 on May 5th. I only had to pay shipping $5.95. On May 15th they changed my bank account $59.95. Later I received a bracelet in the mail that I did not order. I sent it back on May 23rd. The website says nothing. I tried contacting but was not successful. I want my money back. Please help

      They advertise Free 2CT diamond earrings and all you have to pay is shipping. I ordered and I did pay. Could not get the order confirmation prior to it going through to approve. It kept saying click here or contact us click here and nothing was working. When I received shipment notification #***** by email it stated my items are being shipped.2Ct Solitaire Silver Stud Pendant with ************ Trial ---- I never ordered these. They kept asking when you were putting your information in and you have the choice to decline or accept and I declined all and 2CT Solitaire Silver Stud Earrings - which I did want and paid for shipping $5.95 on my credit card.I looked at their reviews on your website and they have done this to other customers without their knowing.I would like everyone to be aware of their deception. I have sent them an email, but have not heard back. I will dispute this charge. I don't want their products or ************ Trial.Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I called them this morning and spoke to ****.  She said the trial was cancelled and there will be no extra charges.

Received earrings everything was fine. 2 weeks later I receive another piece of jewelry that I did not order and was charged $59.95. There is no invoice included in the package and no information for me to call and return. Will be returning item via return to sender.

I believe this started as a result of a survey that I completed for ********* They have charged my credit card twice. I received another piece of jewelry in the mail yesterday that I did not order. I am returning via "return to sender". I already filed a dispute with my credit card company.
