      I purchased a Presidential Bar and Presidential coin for $9.95 on 04/18/2022. The $9.95 was posted to my bank on 04/20/2022. I recieved the bar and coin a few days later. Everything was fine at that point. Then I checked my online banking on 04/28/2022, And saw a $29.95 withdrawel from this company . I never bought anything for that price and neither did I join anything. When I made the order # ***** Bar/Coin , That was all I authorized. I would like the $29.95 refunded back to my checking account. I am sixty-nine years old and on fixed income, So the money means a lot to me. I tried

      Placed an order thinking it was just for one item ended up being a subscription order without my knowledge called canceled the original order and I got my refund and then a couple days later they charge my card for a subscription and a merchandise that I did not place the order have no recognition of placing an order and when I called to have it refund it again they refused to refund and gave me the runaround and hung up on me numerous times and then when I try to email them they never respond. And this wasnt the first time it happened under the reviews for the company its happened numerous times throughout the years this companys been running.

      On January 24, I made two purchases from Lulu Rose Couture, ******** **. The amounts were $12.00 and $14.00.They furnished me with tracking no. **************************************************************************************************  Which shows the order being sent to ********, *****. (I live in ******, **.) Then On Feb.1 and March 1, I was charged $59.95. The Feb. 1 charge said trial. I didn't sign up for anything. I just bought some jewelry as I have in the past from them with no problems but this time was different. I wrote them and tried to resolve this and they didn't have any record of the transaction but their name is on my bank account for all three dates. I still haven't received the jewelry ordered and I am still out the money charged to me for what I don't know. The Total amounts to: $145.90.I am attaching my correspondence with them and what I am submitting to my bank. Thank You, ***************************

      I tried to get the pair of earrings for free just pay the shipping and handling well I never finished the transaction because the website crashed so I never got the the earrings or a receipt for the earrings ship and handling but today March 19 I got charged ***** for a necklace or something still no earrings and now no one answered my calls or my email regarding this matter from this company
