      I ordered a pair of free earrings from the website. I agreed to pay the shipping charge of $8.95. I received the earrings. I then received a bracelet I did not order and was charged $59.95. I have tried to contact the company and I received no response. I want my money refunded and do not want any additional charges made.

      Ordered a pair of FREE CZ earrings with $8.95 shipping on April 4, 2023. On April 14, they charged an additional $59.95. Have no idea why and have not received anything from them. I want my credit card refunded for the $59.95 ASAP. I will call my credit card company and lodge a complaint and refuse to pay this amount! This is robbery. I ONLY agreed to the original $8.95.

      A few weeks ago, I purchased a promotional pain of CZ's that were advertised as free, with shipping of approx. $8.00. The purchase came with a CZ pendant. A couple of weeks later, I received a 2nd set that I did NOT purchase or authorize. On 5/19 a charge of $59.95 was applied to my checking account. I have no idea what the product was as I neither ordered nor authorized any such amount. The company has no way to contact customer service by phone, only email, which I sent , as yet, with no response. Based on other complaints in your revuewed, this is clearly an ongoing practise of this company, All I want is a reversal of any and all charges, including the original shipping as this led into these clearly fraudulent charges and removal of my name and any personal information attached to any "account" closed. I am, like likely many of their other "customers", am,/ a senior on a severely fixed income and sorely disappointed in this deceitful practice."account" with this company. You shouldn't have to check the honesty of a company with the BBB "before" making a purchase.

      On May 13, I placed an order through one of their promotions. The first order was in the amount of $102.90 to cover the cost of three pairs of 2 carat simulated diamond studs. The second charge was for $39 even to cover the cost of an eternity ring. My credit card was charged immediately after purchase, and over a week later, I still have not received so much as an order confirmation. I cannot find a valid email address for this company, nor is their customer service responding. I am contacting my credit card company for disputed charges.

      I got charged ***** on March 1 and April 6 for jewelry I didn't order and could not get ahold of the company to cancel and get refunded there customer service would not comply for the cancelation and refund I made sure there was no money in my account in May so they couldn't charge me again
