1 starThey sent me a cover that didn’t fit my car. I called and they said (admitted) they don’t make a cover to fit my car. They told me l could return the cover only if I paid the shipping from CA to NY. I am out $$ because they sent me something they knew would not fit.CarCover.com

1 starBought a rv cover from CarCover.com. Dont ever buy from them. Product was ordered on October 3rd 2024. Website says in stock. You would think a company that sells covers for rv's , cars, trucks has them in stock. I get a call about a week later asking me if I can wait till the 15th for the rv cover. They claim they have 40 of them but can't find any of them. They are getting another shipment of them and will ship a rv cover out guaranteed on the 15th. I call the other day on the 16th of October to check on shipping status. Now I get told oh the container of goods is coming in and it will ship out the 18th guaranteed. Frustrated said no I can't keep waiting. I want to cancel my order. Then the guy at ************* argues with me about cancelling and trying to bribe me with another discount. He says they get the covers from some place in ******. Don't buy from these guys. Sounds like they dont even make the covers they just get these generic covers from a 3rd party supplier somewhere else. Went and bought another ADCO Rv cover. A company who actually makes their own covers. Will not do business with them ever. Tell me one day then get the run around and telling me will ship out another day. Then arguing with the customer who wants to cancel their order because the customer is seeing they don't have the covers.Review fromMartin M

1 starI was initially pleased with my Gold Shield 5L outdoor cover. It fit well and at $150 (with 61% off) seemed like a good deal that can withstand extreme weather conditions, including desert climate (quote: "This five (5) layers car cover is expertly crafted to withstand all weather extremities, from desert heat to severe snow storms, ensuring your car is well-protected.").
All was well for 7 months until we hit our Arizona summer and the grey top layer started to pulverize. You could literally blow or tuck on it and see the grey dust fly away and uncover more and more of the white layer underneath.
I contacted the warranty department, sent them photos, and they determined I had a defective product and was eligible for a full replacement at no charge. So far, so good. None of the hassles with lifetime warranty others have reported. But after another month of 110+ F. heat, the same started happening. The top layer is disappearing and showing more and more of the white underneath.
I don't see the point of applying for a second replacement in less than a year if the product just doesn't live up to the stated climate specification. Even if the company responded to this, I don't see what can be resolved with more of the same.CarCover.com

1 starI ordered two car covers and both of them did not fit. They were both too tight. Both of the car covers would not fit completely over the cars. I called and I was told that this is the only cover for that vehicle. I told them that it doesn't fit and their only response was that it is the only cover for that vehicle. I would not buy any products from this company ever again.CarCover.com

However, That is not the case the covers are prorated And depending upon the age of the cover, they will hit you with a charge Ranging from $45-$85 … just say no walk away and do not do business with these shady people again.CarCover.com

1 starAds claim Waterproof. Cover Failed in less than 4 months. No unusual harsh weather. Removed cover regularly and checked. Began deterioation at 3 months. Complete failure left inside of car soaked. On-line add claims waterproof in several places and even argues against water resistant products. ******************* claimed they dont advertise waterproof even after I sent them a link to their own ad. Admitted readily to inferior product but would not reimburse my $149.00. False advertising! How am Into trust supposed new product quality?They sent me replacement cover which I will not use. Wasted $150. I will not recommend this company. I will go out of my way to let others know that they are not truthful in their advertising nor in reimbursing me for a poorly made and falsely advertised product.CarCover.com

1 starThese covers are junk. Materials deteriorate within a year and covers start leaking. They used to have a lifetime replacement warranty that required a $30 shipping fee which I relucatantly paid every couple of years. But now they have changed their "terms" (how can it be legally retroactive to older purchases that was covered under older warranty, I don't know. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office as well). They are just selling a bunch of cheap quality covers and trying to lock you into repeat sales with their BS warranty. If you notice now, they only cover free replacement within 6 months (and you probably still need to pay the shipping). And the NEW terms and conditions state that the warranty is based on the date of the orginal order not the replacement date. For what they want for their "warranty replacement price", I can get an ******** at ****** (rated #1 by ******* *********). Don't be fooled by these guys. They are just scam artists.CarCover.com

1 starDO NOT deal with this company, original cover too small, they sent second cover still too small, not a “Perfect Fit Guarantee” as stated on their website. I gave a 1 star review, I received a call and he said if I remove the review he would refund 100% of the purchase price, I removed review, I was assured the refund was processed, waited 10 days (they said it could take 3-10 days) and still no refund. 1 starI got a rip in my car cover and try to reach out to them after a year and half of having the cover they asked for pictures and I sent them and they have all my information but refuse to do anything about my cover because I don’t have a order number I don’t understand this carcover.com lifetime warranty if there not offering it and they can’t look my information up in there system I guess that’s there loop hole to find a way not to fulfill the lifetime warranty I would never purchase anything from this scam of a company and I definitely wouldn’t recommend after going through all this for nothing and this doesn’t deserve any star at all but I had to put it in to complete my review and try to help the next person not get scammedCarCover.com
