      They advertise their five layer covers as having a lifetime warranty. However, That is not the case the covers are prorated And depending upon the age of the cover, they will hit you with a charge Ranging from $45-$85 … just say no walk away and do not do business with these shady people again.

      Cheap plastic motorcycle cover for 80 bucks, non-breathable moisture holding, save your money, return policy is a scam as well

      Ads claim Waterproof. Cover Failed in less than 4 months. No unusual harsh weather. Removed cover regularly and checked. Began deterioation at 3 months. Complete failure left inside of car soaked. On-line add claims waterproof in several places and even argues against water resistant products. ******************* claimed they dont advertise waterproof even after I sent them a link to their own ad. Admitted readily to inferior product but would not reimburse my $149.00. False advertising! How am Into trust supposed new product quality?They sent me replacement cover which I will not use. Wasted $150. I will not recommend this company. I will go out of my way to let others know that they are not truthful in their advertising nor in reimbursing me for a poorly made and falsely advertised product.

      These covers are junk. Materials deteriorate within a year and covers start leaking. They used to have a lifetime replacement warranty that required a $30 shipping fee which I relucatantly paid every couple of years. But now they have changed their "terms" (how can it be legally retroactive to older purchases that was covered under older warranty, I don't know. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office as well). They are just selling a bunch of cheap quality covers and trying to lock you into repeat sales with their BS warranty. If you notice now, they only cover free replacement within 6 months (and you probably still need to pay the shipping). And the NEW terms and conditions state that the warranty is based on the date of the orginal order not the replacement date. For what they want for their "warranty replacement price", I can get an ******** at ****** (rated #1 by ******* *********). Don't be fooled by these guys. They are just scam artists.

      DO NOT deal with this company, original cover too small, they sent second cover still too small, not a “Perfect Fit Guarantee” as stated on their website. I gave a 1 star review, I received a call and he said if I remove the review he would refund 100% of the purchase price, I removed review, I was assured the refund was processed, waited 10 days (they said it could take 3-10 days) and still no refund. Do not trust this company.

      I got a rip in my car cover and try to reach out to them after a year and half of having the cover they asked for pictures and I sent them and they have all my information but refuse to do anything about my cover because I don’t have a order number I don’t understand this carcover.com lifetime warranty if there not offering it and they can’t look my information up in there system I guess that’s there loop hole to find a way not to fulfill the lifetime warranty I would never purchase anything from this scam of a company and I definitely wouldn’t recommend after going through all this for nothing and this doesn’t deserve any star at all but I had to put it in to complete my review and try to help the next person not get scammed

      I purchased a car cover from this company (carcover.com) that included a lifetime warranty. When I first contacted carcover.com I was told that even though I had proof that I purchased the car cover; but unless I provided the order number carcover.com would not be replaced. After numerous email replies and a phone call to carcover.com; they acknowledged my car cover purchase. ***** from Carcover.com then informed me that even though I purchased a car cover with a life time warranty there is a limit of 3 replacement car covers. I purchased the original car cover in 2018. In essence I received basically a five year car cover (the covers actually lasted about a year a piece) and purchased a FULL WARRANTY that was NOT HONORED.**************

      These car covers are junk. Mine leaks really bad. I've sent many pictures and all they have is excuses. Even had an actual puddle on the trunk of my ****** ****  I am livid. Almost $150 wasted. I'm not done with them yet!!! Oh yeah I bought less than 3 months ago and it leaks more every time it rains.

      I purchased a car cover about one year ago from this company. At about the 11 month mark, the cover started to fail. It tore on several corners, and was eroding in several places as well. When I called car cover.com, they referred me to their warranty department. After several email exchanges, I was offered a replacement car cover, which I did not want. To this point, they refuse to refund any money.

      The $161.49 truck cover deteriated within six months of buying it from car cover.com. I contacted them and gave them the order number and they said they couldn't find me in their records. They are simply not honoring the lifetime warranty they advertise. Stay away from these scammer's! They are doing their fathers will, ***** the *****!
