      Citibank keeps on harassing me to give them my financial statements from my stocks , my pension, my social security checks ( which I have them under ************ , it is illegal to do that , but they say they will close or freeze my Citibank account if I do not do so . Who gives them the right to do that ??

      We've spent over 100's of thousands of dollars with Citibank and the one time we tried to dispute a charge from a fraudulent company that allowed the fraudulent company to take our money even though we showed them documentary of their fraudulent activity. This is completely disgraceful and disgusting of bank to do such a thing, especially after how long we've been with them. We will not continue to do business with this bank after they allowed this fraudulent activity to occur.

      One of the biggest mistakes I made was refinance under Citimortgage. My initial loan officer did not listen to me when I asked her to only refinance my 2nd mortgage which was due to have a balloon payment of 40k. I started the process in May, and the balloon payment would be due by December, Instead, she did not listen to me and combined my first and second mortgage into one mortgage payment. In this complaint, I am actually providing people's names because nothing is more disappointing than people who do not work for your best interests and would not answer nor hardly followup on my calls. Four people were handling my refinance: *************************, **** **********, ***************************, and ************************** except **** were replaced by the person following them. I asked why each person was "replaced" and I was told "the previous person was not qualified to handle my refinance."The US provided customer service number for Citimortgage did not work, and I had to take it upon myself to visit a local Citi branch here in *********, **. The employee of the branch informed me his boss informed them that the Citimortgage Finance and ************** were having problems with their customer service. I was provided with numbers to certain department heads. Here is a list of those department heads: *****************************, *****************************, ***********************, *********** *****, and *************************. I called them all, and though each was courteous in their initial conversations, none of them would answer my calls nor follow up on my calls. Note: I am not one to wish for people to lose their jobs: however; I do believe that someone deserves to lose their job when they don't follow up on their customers and leave us "high and dry". My refinance closed just days before the December deadline of the 40k balloon payment: however; my financial advisor said to me "why didn't they include your equity to help pay off your credit card and other debts?" My refinance was poorly handled.

      It is not my nature to list individuals, and I am not advocating for people to lose their jobs: however; everyone has a responsibility to communicate and follow up with their clients on their calls. I felt literally left high and dry.
