      My Lacoste order number is ********* ***** lost a package from Lacoste with ************ tracking number. I never received the package. When I opened a claim ***** denied it and gave me no explanation. Lacoste refused to refund me because ***** denied it. So now I have to pay ****** dollars just because ***** cannot deliver a package at a designated address and do their job right. Lacoste told me I have to dispute the charge with my credit card and they cannot help me. As if Im creating claims, contacting them over and over again for nothing and as if Im lying. Im never going to order from Lacoste again.

      MY LACOSTE WATCH has broken .t is during the 1st year so i believe it is under warranty please refund my money attached is my purchase receipt .the face has cracks the holder broke i tried filing under lacoste website but i was called and asked to pay , but its still under warranty

      I purchased a gray polo shirt three weeks ago at ****** ********** Outlet. Last week, I washed it and accidentally put it in the dryer, and it shrunk. I called the store and spoke to a male manager, but I did not get his name. I asked him if I could exchange it, and he said no because it was worn. Please allow me to exchange the shirt as a courtesy.

      I made an online purchase, the order was divided into 2 deliveries, I only received 1, and I didn't receive the 2nd package, the post office left it outside and not in front of my apartment door, and when I contacted Lacoste I heard that *** post office has closed the investigation and I will not receive my sneakers

      I've been trying to make a purchase since yesterday on lacoste.com and my payment isn't authorized. I've already spoken to the banks, I've already spoken to the cards and everything is perfect. The bank authorizes the purchase and then Lacoste cancels the purchase and refunds the amount. My details are all correct. I'm buying from the US site and delivery is in the US. I tried again with a debit card in dollars. The amount came out of my account but the order was not finalized. I contacted sac who told me that because I hadn't made any purchases before and it's a foreign card they won't approve it. this is discrimination. That's all well and good, but you won't approve the purchase? for what reason? Now my money is stuck with you and I no longer have the items I want to buy. I have already complained via chat reference number is ********. I'm on vacation in the *********'ll return to my country on Monday, January 15th. I want to take the presents for my son. I paid the fast delivery fee so that I would have time, but with these problems with you it is difficult.waiting for a solution Sincerely

      I purchased clothes on lacoste.com during Labor Day on September 4 on sale and paid additional 20 USD fee for 2 days delivery. Since then my order is being processed, I have already called many times to lacoste and write complains regarding the order. They keep telling me that they don't know why the order hasn't been shipped but at the same time they don't provide any information regarding shipment day. Also, they told me that they will return my shipment fee on card because of the delivery and some other fee as penalty. Still no reply on mail or actions being taken, almost 10 days and the order is still being processed order number is *********, indicated contact number on website is ***********, email ****************************

      On June 12, 2023 Placed an order online at www.lacoste.com to take advantage of extra sales and discounts that the company has been sending in email format for the past 30 days, an email a day. Finally decided to take advantage of Fathers Day Sales.Put in Order for 7 items. Full price is $658. Price on Sale $344.73 Your order number : ********* Date : 06/12/2023 Email address : ********************** Delivery type : Standard PAYMENT METHOD : Credit Card *********************** **************** **** Exp. ******* Subtotal $658.00 ***************** $0.00 Sales Tax $0.00 Order Total: $344.73 After a week without any updates I get an email informing me Lacoste has cancelled my order.This is false and misleading publicity. I cannot accept that I put an order in , get a confirmation on all my items and then all of a sudden they are not available.I called and asked, do not cancel my order, I can wait for my items to restock and be sent at a later time. Lacoste informs me this is not possible. Again misleading. Multiple stores in *** area carry these items, checked on their website on date of cancellation. But somehow I cannot get my items at the price I bought them ? Misleading Publicity. Bad Business Model

      On June 13, 2023, I placed order ********* on ************************************ for 3 items totaling $110.37. Seven days later on June 20, 2023, I checked the status of my order and it was listed as still processing. I called customer service on that same day to get an update and the representative told me that the order should ship by the end of the week. Several hours later on June 20th, I received an email from Lacoste stating that my order was canceled. The email contained vague information on why my order might be canceled including information on items being out of stock. I then proceeded to go on *************************************** and found the same items in my order that were available in my size but listed at a higher price.I am looking for my original order to be fulfilled at the price of $110.37. If items are deemed to be currently out of stock, I am willing to wait for them to be back in stock. The discounted price of my order needs to be honored and not canceled.

      Order made about ten days ago. Waited the. No shipping, no communication, not even after my contact via email. Suddenly received a cancellation email today. Not even clear explanation of reasons in the email.Checked back online, items were marked "last item reserved". By who? When I ordered, they ARE available and has continued for so for many days. So reserved by whom? You cancelled my order, gave to them, telling me no inventory now? Would not accept something like "we have bad IT system so it's was actually already out of stock" or "our inventory can change"...

      I have placed the following order ********* totaling over 300 dollars. This was placed June 2nd and I have yet to receive any confirmation that it will be shipped. After reading online that many customers are waiting 3 plus weeks for order to be fulfilled, I decided to cancel my order. When I called, a very rude rep called ***, told me there are no promises it can be cancelled. In other words, they are not fulfilling my order and they are keeping my credit card details hostage. This cannot be legal in any shape or form and customers must be protected from these shady practices. Please help
