    I purchased clothes on lacoste.com during Labor Day on September 4 on sale and paid additional 20 USD fee for 2 days delivery. Since then my order is being processed, I have already called many times to lacoste and write complains regarding the order. They keep telling me that they don't know why the order hasn't been shipped but at the same time they don't provide any information regarding shipment day. Also, they told me that they will return my shipment fee on card because of the delivery and some other fee as penalty. Still no reply on mail or actions being taken, almost 10 days and the order is still being processed order number is *********, indicated contact number on website is ***********, email ****************************

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and be informed that I received my parcel, however according the the attached updated invoice I should be charged in the amount of ***** USD because of withdrawal of shipping costs. I was charged in the amount of ****** USD and haven't received my money back on card. Could you please assist in clarifying

    On June 12, 2023 Placed an order online at www.lacoste.com to take advantage of extra sales and discounts that the company has been sending in email format for the past 30 days, an email a day. Finally decided to take advantage of Fathers Day Sales.Put in Order for 7 items. Full price is $658. Price on Sale $344.73 Your order number : ********* Date : 06/12/2023 Email address : ********************** Delivery type : Standard PAYMENT METHOD : Credit Card *********************** **************** **** Exp. ******* Subtotal $658.00 ***************** $0.00 Sales Tax $0.00 Order Total: $344.73 After a week without any updates I get an email informing me Lacoste has cancelled my order.This is false and misleading publicity. I cannot accept that I put an order in , get a confirmation on all my items and then all of a sudden they are not available.I called and asked, do not cancel my order, I can wait for my items to restock and be sent at a later time. Lacoste informs me this is not possible. Again misleading. Multiple stores in *** area carry these items, checked on their website on date of cancellation. But somehow I cannot get my items at the price I bought them ? Misleading Publicity. Bad Business Model

    On June 13, 2023, I placed order ********* on ************************************ for 3 items totaling $110.37. Seven days later on June 20, 2023, I checked the status of my order and it was listed as still processing. I called customer service on that same day to get an update and the representative told me that the order should ship by the end of the week. Several hours later on June 20th, I received an email from Lacoste stating that my order was canceled. The email contained vague information on why my order might be canceled including information on items being out of stock. I then proceeded to go on *************************************** and found the same items in my order that were available in my size but listed at a higher price.I am looking for my original order to be fulfilled at the price of $110.37. If items are deemed to be currently out of stock, I am willing to wait for them to be back in stock. The discounted price of my order needs to be honored and not canceled.

    Order made about ten days ago. Waited the. No shipping, no communication, not even after my contact via email. Suddenly received a cancellation email today. Not even clear explanation of reasons in the email.Checked back online, items were marked "last item reserved". By who? When I ordered, they ARE available and has continued for so for many days. So reserved by whom? You cancelled my order, gave to them, telling me no inventory now? Would not accept something like "we have bad IT system so it's was actually already out of stock" or "our inventory can change"...

    I have placed the following order ********* totaling over 300 dollars. This was placed June 2nd and I have yet to receive any confirmation that it will be shipped. After reading online that many customers are waiting 3 plus weeks for order to be fulfilled, I decided to cancel my order. When I called, a very rude rep called ***, told me there are no promises it can be cancelled. In other words, they are not fulfilling my order and they are keeping my credit card details hostage. This cannot be legal in any shape or form and customers must be protected from these shady practices. Please help

    I placed an order with Lacoste on April 24, 2023 (order #*********) for a pair of leggings, which is a clothing item and thus, would not be subject to sales tax in the *******************. On the $135.00 tax exempt purchase, Lacoste assessed $8.94 in sales tax, which is unlawful. I immediately reached out to Lacoste for a prompt refund of the sales tax, and they appear to have stonewalled the communication by requesting that I send applicable state laws as a reply to their email so the "correct department" can assess same. The fact that I was unlawfully charged sales tax, the company refuses to look into same, and now, is delaying my ability to be refunded is unacceptable. I ask for an immediate refund of the unlawful sales tax assessed.

    False advertisement - Lacoste is offering their VIP membership club. Level 3 is the top level. I am a member. The site states 2 day free shipping. It also states the following:"Free 2-day Shipping on all purchases on the Site for LEVEL 3 Members, except for Loyalty gift only. As a LEVEL 3 Member, you will enjoy free 2-day shipping on all of your purchases on the Site throughout the timeframe that you are a LEVEL 3 Member, to the exception of purchases including only a free loyalty gift. On purchases only including a free loyalty gift, you will enjoy free Ground Shipping instead. These shipping methods will automatically display as free on the Shipping Page during your Purchase on the Site. However, you have to actively select the 2-day Shipping or Ground Shipping method yourself in order to enjoy this free shipping. They are not preselected by default. Thus, if you do not correctly select them during purchase, you cannot claim them nor a refund for shipping fees to customer service afterwards. There is no limitation to the number of uses of these free shipping methods. This benefit is not available for purchases made in Stores (including Outlets)." However, this is not an option. When I reached out to their customer service ***** I spoke to a "kid" who couldn't care less and gave me another name, when I asked her for her name again.

    I purchased a 3xl zippered hooded sweat shirt and sweatpants and it fit perfectly when it arrived.I washed it for the first time, according to directions ( cold water, normal setting with hang dry) and the two items no longer fit, they have shrunk to a size too small.I have tried to request an exchange to 4xl for both items via email, chat and telephone and no one has helped me so far.The order number is ********* on 1/7/23 for $122.43.All I am asking is an exchange for the hooded zip sweatshirt to 4xl and the sweatpants to 4xl. I am not asking for my money back. Is this asking too much?THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NOT SHRINK THIS MUCH. This is beyond normal-especially with cold water like their washing instructions say.

     Lacoste told me I will be refunded $122.43 when I place a new order for the same amount or more and I do not return the new order. I did fulfill that requirement. I have asked them to refund me the $122.43 and the said they will, however they still have not  and it has been 13 days since I have received confirmation they would refund me and I requested refund. My credit card/PayPal has not been refunded.

    I even emailed my assigned BBB representative a while ago to explain that Lacoste did indeed fix the issue. She never returned my email. Why did no one get back to me. I do not want my complaint to be public.

    I ordered 4 items from Lacoste and received only 1 out of 4. The box was delivered to me on 11/01 and it only had a grey long sleeve pique shirt inside. I reached out to customer service, and they told me they need to investigate the case. They asked me to send photos of the box and the item I received and then I would get my money back. Everything is on a recorded line. I call back once I uploaded everything and they tell me "sorry I see it in my notes we cannot help you we shipped everything". I cannot afford to lose this much money. I paid $283.47 and only received one item.I order everything online and this never happened to me before. I want to be refunded. I lost $283.47, the one shirt I received was about $60.

    Hi, I visit ******************** Store #*** *************************** on Saturday, October 8 2022 and purchased couple items.At home I realize that store employee overcharged me for 1 item (Copy of receipt and Item tag attached)I was charged $48 for item ********* ** *** instead of $29.97 (Tag on item)I called store today, October 14 and ask employee to correct issue and process refund of the difference. My request was denied and store employee advise me to come to store to fix issue.His solution would not work, because I have to spend time (around 2 hours) and gas to fix store employee error Please refund difference of $18.03 to original form of payment and $500 gift card to compensate for my time and extremely bad customer service from the store
