1 starI purchased a tracksuit for my son at the ******************** location. The pants were not available in-store so they offered to ship them. This suit was going to be worn in his upcoming Senior pictures as his school colors are royal blue and white. The pants arrived with the security tag on them. I contacted customer service immediately and then the Grapevine ***** ** emailed me back. I could not get out to that store due to my job, the traffic and distance. He offered to email a return mailing label so I could send them back, let them take the tag off and then mail them back. That email he sent had no label attached. I sent a follow up email and even emailed from my job for this label. He responded eventually that he was sending it. It never arrived AGAIN. Instead I had to drive all around the metroplex to get this tag off on the day of his senior photo shoot. I was inconvenienced so much in this transaction. I reached out several times to **************** by email (no response other that the auto message) and even by phone. The phone conversations were not helpful at all. As of now I have not received a response to the list of customer service failures. The gas and time I spent correcting the problems caused by Polo has never been addressed either.Review fromRuth M

1 starI had a terrible experience this holiday season. I ordered to gift items for my son and paid $10.00 for gift boxes. The items arrived but the gift boxes were not included. I called immediately to complain and the representative told me she would have the boxes sent right away. Two weeks passed and still no boxes. I then called back two more times and spoke to supervisors who were no help. They did not offer to even refund my money. Because of the incompetence of their employees I have to go out right before Christmas searching for boxes to pack the gifts I bought. This what I was trying to avoid by orderinhg boxes with the gifts. I will not be ordering from Ralph Lauren next holiday season.Review fromSid I

1 starI live in ***** and the closest store for me is the store in *************** , every time I go there the guys on the floor are so aggressive and they just want to give you their name , when there is a promotion they want you to download something and the internet in this store is the worst , I was unable to ever download whatever they wanted to download and I never really cared for the discount , the funny thing they always finish the sentence with IS YOUR PHONE IS FOREIGNER ???? I get really surprised yet I always answer them politely no Im a **. Citizen and I live in the ** , last time I went to this store it happened again it was me and my wife but what bothered me they only make this comment on customers with my skin color , when I went to pay for my cloth , the young girl on the register was the most rude and condescending girl and I did let her know I wasnt happy with the way she talks and she kept on laughing like she didnt care, then the most weird thing happened when I asked for extra bag as some of the cloth I bought was a gift for my friend , she said the store policy we dont give extra bags to customers !!!!! Every time I go to this ********************** I spend between $600-$1000 and I cant get extra bag ??? I asked to speak to a manager and here comes ********* the most unhappy person I have seen working in customer service and she made it worth with her miserable behavior, I left the store and decided to do a survey , I received and email from the store general manager telling to call her to discuss which I did , funny enough she never replied to my email or to the messages I left for her at the store every time I called , I decided ti escalate the situation and I went on the web site and chatted with an associate to let her know what I feel , I was told she have escalated the matter to the district manager , that was almost 3 weeks ago never heard anything from anyone , this is the most horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life .Review fromSarah H

1 starRated 1 out of 5 stars TERRIBLE customer service Placed an online order. My package arrived with the wrong order inside it, including a packing list and order number that were not mine. In order to solve this RL will refund me AFTER they require me to return this product via *** on my own time. I have to drive over ********************************************* schedule an at home pickup which after I looked into it is an additional fee I would have to cover. HOW REDICULOUS! This should not be my problem. Then in order to receive my desired items, I had to place another order and another charge to my credit card (so as of right now there are basically double the charges from RL until the refund is processed). Lastly one of my items sold out in the meantime. HOW RUDE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, on an issue that isnt the customers fault.Review fromStephanie i

1 starRefund never arrived! I returned a coat ten days ago and the refund for $296.99 never arrived. I have called Ralph Lauren many times and each time they tell me to wait.... it has now been ten days. What a rip off! I will never buy anything from RalphLauren.com again.Review fromOllie S

1 starTried to purchase a simple robe with my last name on the back and after I paid and waited 2 weeks I checked my order status because it had been almost 2 weeks FOR A SIMPLE ROBE. They cancelled my order without cause. This is the first and last time and the last time I ever buy from Ralph Lauren and Im telling everyone at the office and client to never buy from this company. Absolutely a disgrace of a company and apparently im not the only order they have falsely cancelled.Review fromMeng X

1 starThe return policy is really unfriendly to customers. First let me illustrate what I experienced. I placed an order online on Dec 5 2023 and received it on Dec 14 2023( nowadays the other companies may be much faster in shipments). Then I found there a wrong size sweatshirt which I ordered M and they mailed XL. I request an exchange but they said no. They asked me to place a new order and charged me another time. They asked me to mailed the wrong item back and they don’t provide pick up even though it was totally their fault to pack the wrong item. OK. I drove for more than 10 mins and returned it on the same day Dec 14th. Then they received on Dec 27th. 2023. Today is Jan 9th 2024 late evening. I haven’t received any refund. From Dec 5 2023 to Jan 9 2024, this issue has not been solved for more than 1 month. The questions I have are below: why you put your customer on risk to wait for refund for more than 20 days( the online chat told me) even though it is your own fault to pack a wrong item? Why you don’t provide exchange when you mailed the wrong item and charge the customer another time? You are so irresponsible and so outdated in return policy. You never think at the view of customers but only your selves. That will make you fail in the end competing with other companies nowadays.Review fromMa L

Placed a Black Friday order and did not receive all the items. They will not issue a partial refund or replacement of the items. I am told it is company policy to essentially steal from customers. Will never be ordering from Ralph Lauren again.Ralph Lauren

My review is based on an exchange issue I am currently having. I order items under the sale for Black friday and A single hoodie was delivered without draw strings. I have spent a total of 4 hours contacting customer service and being bounced around outlet locations just trying to complete an exchange option. My items where delivered without an Order ID number and because this no Online or retail location has been able to complete something as simple as a return label. Location 100 Premium Outlet Dr. #*** Store ********************************** Plaid patchwork Ticket number ***** Ordered on 11/26/23 Time 4:02pm processed using a Pay by Link below XXXXXX3702 AMOUNT ****** It is understanding that the staff have a serious lack of understanding for the sales process but it is terrible that they have to need to ask the customer to call multiple locations, are giving incorrect information and managers are scarily available. I have not been provided a return label or order ID so I may complete a return/ exchange option online. I do not wish to enter a crowed store just to continue to be disappointed. When It was so easy to order over the phone and pay by link. Yet, when An item is damaged Returning it requires so many hurdles.Ralph Lauren
